L.A.W. - League of Anime Wrestling

Alaina was backstage in her wrestling gear pacing through the hallway. She was less tha thrilled about her matchup the week prior. She had it won when that little twerp Rose Gold stole a victory over the amazon herself. Worse still was the admission Alaina had to make. Cheaters being able to call themself an ace or poster wrestler for a large promotion just left a bad feeling with Alaina.

Still she said if Rose Gold won she would call her just that. Alaina paced as she waited for the interviewer hoping to get this over with....

Nanako finally had a hot scoop! She'd been working with the LAW magazine for some time, but today she was being given a shot at some genuine fieldwork! And with a legend of the ring, The Amazon, Alaina Sanders!

Nanako arrived on the scene! She was a short, lithe girl. She had a modest figure and a pretty face that was framed by golden curls. Her eager eyes were hidden behind coke-bottle glasses.

"Ms. Sanders!" She called out as she approached her with the cameraman behind her and the microphone extended her way!

Alaina saw Nanako coming and smiled to her, waving at the energetic young woman. "Hey there!" Alaina said trying to be as cheerful as she could. Alaina paused for a second, taking a couple deep breaths as she paced about. She stood with her hands on her hips, shaking the tense energy out of her legs as she was about to speak and she was going to hate what she was about to say.

"So yeah.... I am going to guess that you saw that match I had with Rose Gold and know the stipulation it held given the fact that I 'lost' even though I had her beat." Alaina said. She felt such anger and frustration at Rose Gold for being so cocky, for managing to get Alaina to pass out before she could escape the hold, and for not being pinned even though she herself was out. There was a lot that left a sour taste in Alaina's mouth. "Well.... I guess I will say it. She officially managed to beat me, disregarding the early goings on of the match. So Rose Gold is the Ace of LAW. I said it." Alaina said as she was about to turn away.... only to look back at Nanako.

"Oh... I meant A.C.E of LAW. Always. Cheat. Everyone. the A.C.E of LAW." Alaina said with a sly grin and wink. She had to call Rose Gold the Ace of LAW that was true. It didn't mean she couldn't throw some shade there as she did feel cheated out of a victory over Rose Gold, and more importantly possibly cheated out of the only chance she had to shut that overworked mouth of the lightweight champion.
