Location: the dark Phoenix's room



"To be fair I didn't expect that she would go that far"

Mandi tried to explain as Brittany laid on the bed in the room, looking up at Mandi with a glare, as she slowly took off the white wig and red contacts, to show off her natural appearance

"I saw the look in her eyes, if that referee didn't step in, she was gonna make an example out of me for the next idiot to see!"

Brittany shouted back at her friend, although saying they were friends anymore might be a stretch after today

"Listen right I'm sorry, I honestly didn't know she was that unhinged, can you blame me, I thought the threat of a life sentence would've been enough to keep her away from an attempted murder"

"ugh, I gotta clear my head, tell Celina I say hi, I don't want her to see me like this"

"Will do amigo"

Mandi said as she got up, walking out of the room in order to go to the gym, at this point she was becoming more of a gym rat due to how much she was using it to relieve stress

Handa Kiyoko

Handa would be walking along the hallways and noticed that the door to the Dark Phoenix’s room was open. She then overheard the argument before Mandi left the room, leaving Brittany all alone. She saw that Brittany wasn’t actually the Dark Phoenix, with her showing her actual look. Handa was mad she didn’t nearly kill the actual Dark Phoenix but she then got a devious idea.

Handa would enter the room before she would scare Brittany by speaking and her presence alone.

「つまり、あなたはダーク・フェニックスそのものの役を演じただけだったんですね。私は自分が愚か者扱いされるのは嫌なんです。」
(“So you merely played the part of the Dark Phoenix for the actual Dark Phoenix. I don’t like when I get played for the fool.”)

Brittany's eyes would open wide as she looked at the door of the room, seeing Handa she was terrified, hoping that Handa wasn't here to finish what she started she would let out a small yelp before attempting to steel her nerves and looking at the redhead as she slowly sat up to meet the eyes of the redhead who walked in

"umm...h-hello"

Brittany said nervously as she met eyes with her

「そう、君をベッドで殺そうと思ったんだ。君は私を騙し、ダーク・フェニックスを私から遠ざける満足感を奪ったからね。でも、もっと良いものを手に入れる方法を私は知っている。」
(“Well I was gonna murder you in that bed of yours for deceiving me and denying me the satisfaction of having the Dark Phoenix staying the hell away from me. But I know a way we can get ourselves something better.”)

Handa would pull out a chair before sitting down on it and also crossing her legs while she sat. She also crossed her arms as she looked at Brittany.

"well...I don't wanna die, so umm...what did you have in mind?"

Brittany knew she was probably gonna regret asking that question but she thought at the very least if she asked it would give her a few seconds to call security if things went south, of course...she wasn't even sure if they would help her if things went south

Handa walked up to Brittany before grabbing her collar and pulling her up. She was looking dangerous in the eyes as she spoke.

「本物のダーク・フェニックスを連れてきてくれ。そして彼女を一つずつ分解するのを手伝ってくれ。分かったか？」
(“You bring me the real Dark Phoenix. And you help me break her down piece by piece. You got that?”)

"if you don't kill her I will"

Brittany said with a look of determination in her eyes, she could hear the killing intent in Handa's voice and even though Brittany was mad at Mandi she didn't want her dead, at least not too bad, of course considering Handa was coming too her, she felt like she wasn't going to be in for a very pleasurable experience

Handa had a curious look to her. She didn’t know if Brittany is saying that to save her ass or if she truly wants to kill her friend over their match together. Either way, Handa was gonna get her revenge.

「わかった。結局、君は私のために使われることになるかもしれない。さて、来週、君に彼女を背後から攻撃して、私のためにリングに連れ出してもらいたい。その後に何が起こるかは、君と私の間の問題だ。」
(“Alright. Maybe you’ll be in use for me after all. Well, next week, I want you to attack her from behind and bring her out to the ring for me. Whatever happens after that is gonna be between you and me.”)

Handa then helped Brittany up before staring into the eyes of her unlikely ally. She then let go before walking away towards her own locker room. Dark Phoenix, you better watch out.

Brittany would end up getting to her feet, looking at Handa and nodding

"as long as you remember our little agreement, you can bust her open and toss her into a dumpster out back for all I give a damn, as long as she's alive after"

Brittany said sternly, she knew that this was probably a lost cause but she might as well try and spare Mandi of the death that Handa probably wanted to give to her
