Roni's assault had been successful, and as a result, Aika was doubled over in pain. Still, despite having to be happy about this, the Italian woman was scowling at her as she pawed for her, mostly to try keeping upright. "I told you it was the wrong freaking move, super hero," said The Hitwoman grimly. Mancini would then shoved Aika back enough to get her off of her.

And after that, Roni Mancini would attempt to grab Aika's cape and then pull it over her head and face. "And here's a big reason why pretending to be a super hero is a stupid idea," she would add, before then attempting to use the cape to double Aika over again and leave her more defenseless for hammering punches and blows to the hero's chest and stomach, hoping to just bludgeon her into mush.

The shove would have been a blessing in disguise, had she managed to get time to catch her breath. Roni it seemed was far more intelligent than to let her sneak away that easily. One tug of her cape made the hero gag, with the material tightening around her throat! The maneuver pulled her right back into the hitwoman's arms, where her garment would again be used against her!

The cape was pulled over her head and face, obstructing her eyesight and bending her over at the waist! She was panicking now! This was bad on a whole number of levels. Roni early on proved her speed and striking power in close quarters, but to have her target in such a helpless state? Yeah....out of the frying pan and into the fire indeed.

Spit flew from her mouth as the fists slammed into her abs over...and over....and over again. Pain just flooded the nerves in her body, with her arms jerking and swaying at her side. Without being able to see her, Aika had no choice but to weather out the onslaught of punches!

Roni had Aika right where she wanted her. The superhero's cape debillitated her and The Hitwoman was free to best the everliving crap out of her. Each hit had Aika slumping over more and more as she struggled.

The Italian had another wicked idea though. She tightened the cape around Aika and then started to walk her to the nearest set of double doors. "We're going on a trip, since you like to show off so much," said Mancini tauntingly. Roni would then take the covered hero and attempted to throw her straight into the doors, knowing her impact would bust them open and have her tumbling to the ground hard if she couldn't stop herself.

Aika barely managed to withstand the beating the hitwoman was putting her through. True she dealt with psychos like Alexia before, but where that chick was just plain crazy, Roni knew what she was doing. She knew where to strike, and how hard to hit. This woman knew how to make her opponent's hurt...a fact that was becoming all too clear to the heroine.

Her arms hung beneath her, swaying with every motion of her body as she was tugged toward an unknown destination. One brief moment of weightlessness as she was thrown forward, only to black out momentarily as skull met metal. Her body slammed into the double doors, busting them open and depositing her body on the cold floor. The clasp of her cape was smashed in the slam, leaving the garment to flutter to the floor, finally freeing her and restoring her vision.

The Hitwoman watched as Aika barreled through the double doors messily and landed on the hard floor and she clapped her hands together as she followed behind her, a bitter look on her face. "Boy do you look stupid now," noted Roni Mancini as she stepped up to her fallen foe. Mancini went to grab Aika by her hair and ripped her head up so she could get a good look at where she was. She was now in a conference room with many rows of chairs in front of a stage and podium, and a few tables in the back.

"Tell you what. You could use a break. Why don't you have a seat," suggested the Italian, voice dripping with grim dread. The stronger woman would then grab hold of the would-be superhero and attempt to heave her body into the rows of chairs rather recklessly, seeming to not care how exactly she would land in the mass of metal.

Aika was in a daze from the battering she had gone through. Turns out she may have to rethink the cape if it meant beatdowns like this. Her hair was wrenched up sharply, making her cry out in pain, her hand grabbing onto Roni's wrist. A conference room? Not exactly the kind of battleground the hero had in mind for this. In truth, she preferred a ring, but at the very least she had an arsenal to help even the odds in this skirmish.

A sharp heave dragged the hero to her feet, before Roni attempted her biel throw. Aika's body sailed across the room, slamming into rows of chairs with a cacophany of clangs and rattles. Her body slumped to the floor, with the chairs pitching over and burying her underneath a tangle of seats and legs.

Roni had thrown Aika directly into the row of chairs, watching her current punching bag's body land rather messily in the group of chairs, loud cracking and banging being heard as even Mancini had to wince when looking at the impact, not even sure where she had hurt the super heroine. Still, that didn't stop the Italian from looking down at her and smirking at her handiwork. "That one even almost made me feel bad."

The Hitwoman would then skulk towards Aika, heaving a sigh as she grabbed the first chair she walked into and said, "Tell you what. I'll give you the chance to say something to maybe get you out of any further beatdown. I'm giving you that choice. Apologize to me. I'll have you know I'm very forgiving." Her last words didn't seem like they held a lot of weight, but as Roni drug the chair along the ground and looked down at the mess that was Aika, she waited for any sort of response.

The chairs began to shift. It was subtle at first. A small clink here, a shift of metal there. Nothing too drastic for at least a minute or so. Then the pile of chairs and debris began to shift, with the battered heroine struggling to push herself to her feet. The journey was painful, with her entire body wailing in agony. She was definitely walking away from this with bruises. That much was certain. But she was not going to lie down while this woman continued to terrify innocent people.

A trembling hand reached up, grabbing the hitwoman by her tights and pulling herself up to a kneeling position. The heroine panted, practically leaning on Roni with her cheek pressed against her thigh, "I can.....do this.....all....day..." she coughed, sporting a nasty cut on the side of her face, along with bruises along her well sculpted arms.

Roni Mancini watched as Aika managed to pull herself out of the rubble and then even up to a kneeling position. The Italian woman looked incredibly skeptically at her as she claimed to be able to do this all day. A grin creased her lips and she let out a chuckle, stepping back once and grabbed a hold on the chair with both hands. "Ain't that something. Because so can I," said the Hitwoman grimly.

She would then take the end of the chair and then thrusted it towards Aika's stomach, hoping to take the wind out of the girl's sails and, and more literally, her lungs.

Aika clawed her way to her feet, even using Roni's gear as handholds to bring herself back to eye level. Bruises dotted her skin, even a small bloody trickle coming from the cut on her cheek. Raising a heavy fist, she was ready to go once more, when the frame of the steel chair was slammed directly into her stomach! The hero doubled over, reduced to a coughing fit as her battered lungs struggled to take in air.
