Reigniting a burning hatred

Oscar coughed and rubbed his neck as he managed to find his footing and staggered away from Drake, turning around to face his attacker with a glare.

"Dude- I am getting REALLY sick of these stupid stunts of yours. Do you know what the worst part about them is aside from the hurt you cause for the people I care about? It's the fact that you're not even doing this because you NO REAL MOTIVATION"

With enough air in his lungs, Oscar took a few steps closer to the dazed Drake- giving him the harshest of starest as he looked ready to tear into this quote-spewing brute... and not with his muscles.

"You're only doing this because someone, who's too much of a coward to do it themselves, is paying you. There are a lot of rotten people in this business... especially in LAW... but at least they have motivation! Reasons to do what they do! That's what I can't stand about you, Drake. You have NOTHING. As far as I know- you're just some loud-mouthed, arrogant meathead whose only purpose in this company is to fight someone else's battles. Don't you have any dignity? Any self-worth to be more than hired muscle? I know there's more to you than that. Tell me I'm wrong! COME ON! TELL ME!!"

Oscar's emotions had hit a boiling point. He was sure he was going to get an earful from Tina for this if she ever heard- but Oscar didn't care. To be recklessly attacked like that by Drake- completely unprovoked- that was unacceptable to him. If Drake was going to act like a child- then Oscar was going to scold him like one. Plain and simple.

Oscar’s words stung. After all, there was truth to them. Why was he doing this? It certainly wasn’t just the benefactor. It couldn’t be. Drake nursed his jaw while listening to Oscar’s dressing down. ”Yeah, beating you up began as a paycheck. Some people need the fucking money man. But now… it’s so much more. You want to know why? You want to know why?!! I HATE YOUR STUPID GUTS!! I beat you, yet you run off to Florida and get a championship run. A fucking punk nerd like you gets all the girls, the gold… AND YOU DON’T DESERVE IT! I want to tear down their hero and show them they were wrong to cheer for you! I’m the best, not you, so unless you’re too much of a coward, LET’S FINISH THIS!”

Drake didn’t care if Oscar accepted the challenge or not. However he responded, The Colossus would charge the Barbarian Prince, looking to nail him with a lariat.

Oscar stared down Drake as he spit his own truth back at him- expressing his deep hatred for the Barbarian Prince as he nursed his chin and got back to his feet. With the two shouting their heads off the scrap had drawn the attention of staff members, who simply watched what unfolded while recording with their phones. When Drake tried to charge Oscar with a lariat strike, the Barbarian Prince would swiftly duck the attempt and spin around- looking to send a swift kick directly in Drake's ass as a means to shove him over as Drake issued a challenge!

"You want a match that bad? Fine- I accept! I've tried being nice- but that clearly isn't going to work for you. Let's settle this here and now-"

Oscar would be interrupted by security as the hurried in, separating Oscar and Drake as a short man in a business suit (kinda built like Danny Divito) approached Oscar and spoke to him. The man was quiet, but the words "be a good champion" could at least be made out before he smiled widely and stepped back. Oscar turned his attention back to Drake.

"... Your in luck, Drake. Management wants to make this match official. A street fight. We got two minutes to get outside so get a move on"

With that, Oscar snatched up his bag from off the parking lot floor and stormed off. It was time to settle a score on something that had been left alone for far too long.

Drake charged, but Oscar showed his agile side and dodged him. Delivering a swift kick to his butt, Drake stumbled forward but kept to his feet. He turned around and lunged for Oscar before security got in between them. LAW’s representative came in and made the match official.
“Fuck yeah!”
