L.A.W. - League of Anime Wrestling

Match Type: Ironwoman
Victory Condition: Secure points by pinfall, submission, or KO. Whomever has the most points after 45 minutes has passed wins.

Emaline stood in front of her locker's mirror as she combed her pink hair. She was garbed in her nylon green bikini, with a set of chrome bracelets worn around her wrists.

Soon, a member of L.A.W.s' staff arrived and passed her a nod. Her lips curled into a smile as she returned her comb to her locker and made her way for L.A.W.'s arena. Her theme READYMADE blared through the speakers as she strutted onto the ramp, her posture and poise alike radiating arrogance and self-confidence. A mix of cheers and boos greeted her and she basked in them both, smirking at the crowd as she went. After climbing up the ring, she faced away from it and grabbed the top ropes with both hands. Then with a short hop and the help of the ropes, she made a lethargic but graceful backflip into the ring. She strutted about for a moment before moving towards her corner and leaning lazily onto it.

In the adjacent locker room, Lightning finished up lacing her boots. Her purple and black attire with Lightning bolts was ready to go and the tattooed blonde did a couple of hops to get her blood flowing. Finally she heard the knock of the official at her door and she was told all she needed to know. With a confident smirk, Lightning stepped out of her room and made her way to the gorilla Position.

AC/DC’s Thunder was slowly building up until she finally stepped out into the arena as it reach its zenith. Basking in the cheers of the crowd before making her way down the ramp, her arm raised in the air. She didn’t have a flashy way of entering the ring though, instead she simply slid beneath the bottom rope before hopping back to her feet. She was excited, though that excitement turned to confusion when her eyes finally caught her opponent.

”Who’re you? Did one of the ring girls get lost or somethin?” she asked, crossing her arms over her chest eyes narrowing.

"How vulgar..." Emaline muttered under her breath before responding to her opponent in a condescending tone. "I am Emaline, the Emerald Viper. Your opponent. And the one who's destined for victory in this match."
She paused and tilted her head, quickly surveying Lightning before she carried on.
"And what name does this one go by?"

Lightning’s eyebrow quirked you when she heard the pinkettes response. Something about the way this chick talked just…grated on Lightning for some reason. Maybe it was the lofty high class personality she had. ”Tch. Forget the ring girl, no one told me that I’m apparently fighting a princess from the Middle Ages. Listen up princess, if you think you’re going to win because it’s “destiny” or some shit then let me bring you back to reality. When those 45 minutes are up, you’ll be pushing daisy’s as your carried away on a stretcher.”

Finally the bell was rung and the match was on. The clock then began to countdown from 45 minutes. Lightning stepped out of her corner and would casually walk to the center of the ring, her head held high. “As for my name. Well, you can just call me Lightning.”

"My, my." Emaline replied with a haughty chuckle. "For what you lack in grace, you certainly more than make up for in confidence. I do believe that I would enjoy breaking that."
With a self-satisfied strut, she strode over towards her opponent and presented two open palms.
"How about a test of strength?" Her lips curling into a smug smile, She offered up her challenge. "I'm sure the results will surprise you."

If Lightning accepts the challenge and takes Emaline's hands, she would jump up and attempt to bodyscissor Lightning.

The more words that left the pinkettes mouth, the more Lightning decided that she didn’t like her. Her whole body just oozed bratty bratty princess and Lightning was more than happy to wipe that little grin off of her face. So when Emaline met her in the center and spread her arms wide with an invitation for a test of strength. Lightning couldn’t help but smile.

But instead of locking fingers with the pinkette like her opponent no doubt expected. The tattooed blonde instead shot her foot out and into the vipers belly. If it worked and Emaline bent over, Lightning would send a left hook on a collision course with the pinkettes cheek. A blow that was both powerful, and to show her opponent just what kind of opponent she truly has tonight!

Emaline's expression froze the moment she realised her opponent had no intention to accept her challenge but by then it was too late. Despite her attempts to pivot out of the way, Lightning's kick caught her by the stomach. Her breath forced out of her lungs, Emaline reeled over in pain, only for the vicious kick to be followed up by a left hook that connected to her cheek. The blow left her staggering backwards before collapsing on her ass on the mat. Whatever semblance of arrogance she once exuded had all dissipated at this point as she crawled away from her opponent.
"No, wa-wait!" She pleaded as she backed off. "I-I believe that I made a mistake!"

However, her show of shock and fear was half-feigned, and she would attempt a leg sweep if Lightning got too close.

Lightning’s smile only got brighter when she saw her fist rock the brain inside Emaline’s skull. Though she would admit that she was a little impressed at how the pinkette was able to maintain her balance for so long before finally falling on her ass. But that was all the wannabe princess was going to get as lightning would quickly stalk towards her intent on giving more punishment.

And like a switch had been flipped the pinkette suddenly became a cowering mess. Scrambling away from lightning as she seemingly realized just who she was up against. Unfortunately for her, Lightning didn’t pity her. However it was then that the blonde learned just what snake lurked in the grass as lightning suddenly let out a shout as her legs were taken out from underneath her in a leg sweep. The viper was faking the whole time!

With a sound resembling a hiss escaping her lips, Emaline grinned maliciously upon seeing the success of her ploy and immediately moved to capitalise. Ignoring the pain, she sprang to her feet and dashed towards her prone opponent to attempt a cartwheel knee drop on her abdomen. Should the move succeed, Emaline would spend a moment gloating, calling Lightning an "insolent wretch." Then the Viper would try to follow up by running to the ropes before hopping to the second rope and attempting a moonsault.

The leg sweep didn’t really hurt all that much. It more surprised the blonde than anything else, she fell for Emaline’s ploy and so paid the price. What did hurt however, was the handstand knee to her belly that forced some air to explode out of her lips. So while Lightning was heaving, her opponent was gloating before finally standing up and running towards the ropes.

What the viper didn’t know however, was that Lightning was much tougher that she thought. And her gloating gave the tattooed woman just enough time to recover from the knee to her stomach. So when Emaline jumped off the ropes for a moonsault, the blonde was already at her feet with arms spread wide to catch her. And if she did, then Lightning would take a moment to walk around. ”You know. Just because you use big words, doesn’t mean you’re smart right.” She said before taking a running start before slamming the pinkettes body down in a running powerslam!
