Standard match
Victory by Submission, KO, Pin or DQ
After her successful spar in prepartion a few days earlier, Asuna was confident as she got ready for her real debut in the dressing room. Her opponent didn't seem that bad either from what she heard, a lightweight girl even though with a quite good record. Well, nontheless she shouldn't let her guard down. Once her entrance music started blasting through the speakers she started briskly walking towards the ring, smiling and vawing to the audience. Once she got the ring she climbed inside between the ropes, waving a bit more as the announcer called out. "
And in this corner we have from Japan, the debuting, Asuna Fujino!" Once her entrance was done she leaned against her corner, waiting for her opponent.

Asuka was in the arena tonight to fight another middleweight. The difference this time was that Asuna wasn't nearly as big or as muscular as Gato, the last one, had been. According to the score card, the woman was four inches taller than her, and 10 pounds heavier. That someone so close to her size could be counted as a middleweight was something Asuka didn't really know what to think of.
A knock at the door let her know that it was time to go out to the ring, so Asuka stood up and made her way out. She stood at the top fo the ramp, and waited until Asuna's entry was totally complete. Right after the lights dimmed, they flared back up again and Asuka's theme song blasted out over the arena speakers. Asuka herself stepped out into the light with a big smile on her face, waving all around.
She ran down to the ring, and slipped inside, walking over to Asuna to measure up with her. If you were to see a picture of them side by side, you'd have assumed they were both in the same division, since Asuna was only just barely over the lightweight's weight limit, but that didn't seem to bother Asuka. If she won, she'd be able to boast that she'd fought outside her weight class and won.
The two of them made an interesting sight in that Asuka wore bright blue, while Asuna wore dark red, creating a nice contrast that made it very easy for the crowd to identify who was who, incase Asuna's bright red hair wasn't enough.
"Kon'nichiwa! You almost stole my name!" she announces with a smile.

Asuna watched over Asuka's opening mostly indifferently. It pretty much confirmed her knowledge, a girl slightly shorter than her but nontheless something about her made Asuna feel like she has to watch out in the match nontheless. Or maybe that was just her general cautios attitude and worry about her debut match talking. After all winning a spar in the gym was one thing, getting out into the ring, in front of the huge crowd that gathered, was something very different. The specators greeted Asuka just as enthusiastically as Asuna, seemed like the lightweight had a good amount of fans cheering for her.
Eventually Asuka got into the ring, allowing Asuna to get a good look at her. She was waering a rather standard once piece wrestling suit, and standard wrestling boots, the latter very similar to Asuna's except for the colour. in general there was nothing unusual about her outift, but it was obviously designed to make her look good in the ring nontheless.
Konnichiwa" Asuna replied with a sall smile on her face. She then shrugged at the comment. Well, I have no problems with it." She replied as kicked away from the corner a little to stad closer to the center of the ring. Once she arrived there she would extend her ar, to Asuka, offering a friendly handshake. "Good luck." She told her opponent for this match. She just didn't want to start off the match without some friendly sportmanship.

Asuka happily accepted the handshake and gave her taller opponent a smile, grateful that she didn't have to tilt her head all the way back to make eye contact with the redhead. The referee stepped in to separate the duo, planning to ring the bell as soon as they were both a safe distance away from eachother where neither girl was at a disadvantage.
Asuka winked at her, and gave a smug smile while she stepped back into her corner. When the bell rang, Asuka rushed forwards toward her. Anyone who had watched Asuka's matches in the past would know of her great fondness for dropkicks, they seemed to be her go-to move whenever she needed to deal a lot of damage quickly, and for opening matches. She leapt into the air, brought her feet up, and tried to hit Asuna in the chest with one!

Asuna tried to let up the handshake quickly, but Asuka didn't let go very fast, prompting the referee to push them apart as Asuna tried to make out the girl's expression, her casual smile turning into an intense glare. Asuka's expression seemed to be just stuck halflway between that of a friendly tease, and a smile of superiority, confusing Asuna. However, she soon shook off those thoughts as she took a few steps backwards before the match started.
When she heard the bell, Asuna cautiously extended her arms, hoping to get a lockup with her opponent. She kept to that plan as Asuka charged, planning to stand her ground and use her superior weight to stop Asuka by sheer force, or with some luck use her momentum for a throw. So she braced, extending her arms however Asuka's jump took her by surprise. She tried to duck in the last moment but she couldn't get out of the way completely, Asuka's legs hitting her in the shoulders as she landed on the mat hard with a grunt.
However Asuna's dodge at least offset Asuka's landing a bit as instead of having her knees on Asuna's shoulders, she landed more forward, her shins were holding Asuna down, almost having the girl in a facesit position. It took Asuna a few moments to recover from the hit but she would immediately try to pull her arms free, out from under Asuka's legs.

Asuka landed on her butt right on top of Asuna after her dropkick thumped into Asuna's arms. The energy and impact of her move was enough to send the taller wrestler down onto her back with Asuka following quickly behind her, and she was taking longer to get up than Asuka did. While Asuna was recovering, Asuka simply rocked back onto her shoulders, brought her knees up, and then kicked up onto her feet like a spring.
On her feet now, Asuka put some distance between herself and Asuna, standing at the opposite side of the ring and watching Asuna, waiting for the middleweight to stand back up. There may only be a small difference in size between the two girls, but there was a difference nonetheless, and Asuna may well have the advantage on the floor and grappling.

Asuna grunted as Asuka landed on her, but was soon getting ready to retaliate, but before she could Asuka rolled away, squeezing Asuna with her body as she rolled over her, causing her to release another pained grunt. However this wasn't enough to take Asuna out of the match just yet, and she scrambled to her feet before long, keeping her eyes on her foe.
As she saw Asuka just standing and watching she simply went into a defensive stance, not wanting to attack the girl at the ropes as she kept a decent distance, making sure she had room to dodge Asuka's next attack if she rushed in. Her face showed a small smile of appreciation for the surprising and effective attack. If Asuka moved slowly away from the ropes instead of rushing in, Asuna would move forward as well, opting to meet her for a lockup but ready to defend against her.

Asuka brought her hands up and put her legs apart to get into stance when Asuna was finally back on her feet. If the girl came and attacked her, she'd be ready to react at a moment's notice. She began to circle around the outside of the ring, very slowly closing the gap between herself and her opponent without breaking eye-contact, that smug smirk still on her lips.
When Asuna started to advance and tried to force a lock-up, Asuka retreated, and kept retreating until she found herself trapped in the corner. Asuna was still chasing her, which wasn't great, so Asuka quickly climbed the ropes and leapt over the redhead to land in the middle of the ring, a smug smile back on her face. She stuck her tongue out, and moved back to the middle of the ring.

Asuna's expression turned a little less cheerful as she saw Asuka's tongue. She had to appreciate the girl's skill, but the playful taunting was putting her off a little at the same time. She then approached without any further comment, her expression just turning into a serious watchful gaze, as she turned her attention back to wrestling.
Eventually, Asuna got up right in front of Asuka and was ready to begin their lockup when she suddenly felt Asuka's knee impacting her. She doubled down in pain, but before Asuka could push her advantage further, Asuna jumped forward, extending her arms, tackling her opponent to the ground. Once down, she would try to climb forward quickly to trap Asuka in a forearm choke, pressing down hard on her neck. If given a bit of time she would soon reinforce the choke, by using her second arm to press her forearm down by her wrist.

After landing a knee strike into Asuna's belly, Asuka thought she'd be given the advantage, imagining the middleweight to have fallen down clutching at her abs. Instead, Asuka got the unpleasant surprise of Asuna leaping forwards and tackling her, seeming to power through the pain just to get back at the little blonde. The sight made Asuka squeak for a moment, before Asuna hit her.
Grappling on the canvas with a middleweight wasn't an idea Asuka could get particularly excited about. And things immediately began to go the way you'd expect for the lightweight. She pushed and struggled, trying to get Asuna off of her as quickly as she could, but the bigger wrestler leaned forwards and pressed her into the canvas. One motion later, and Asuka found herself unable to breathe, with Asuna's wrist pushing down on her throat. She desperately pulled at it, but her other hand came down to lock the hold in place, making Asuka's efforts meaningless.
Instead, Asuka went for the much simpler, much easier strategy of just punching Asuna repeatedly in the face, hoping to make her let go!
