Most would consider it to be another night at the
League of Anime Wrestling (LAW), where there would always be an abundance of entertainment. The audience cheered and roared for the spectacles that were come. Yep, it seemed that it was indeed going to be just another night of fun. But not for one gal.
Sam "Diamond" Miller was the newest addition to the roster of LAW. She had a previous background of wrestling, and was a good wrestler and fighter in her own right, but she was never part of anything like what LAW was. No matter how nerve-wrecking something like this could get, Sam was rather excited. Wrestling became one of her passions and the cheering that she could hear from the locker room merely made her more thrilled to be participating in this. She was determined to win her first match fair and square while giving it her all. It would make for a great impression to both the the audience and viewers watching, as well as proving her worth to the officials of LAW (including any fellow wrestlers that were watching).
Sam was putting on the last parts of her attire, after having dried herself off from a shower (as she did some warm-up exercises in the gym in preparation for the match). She stood at 5'9'' feet in height, with grayish blue eyes and long blonde hair that was tied in a ponytail yet stylized to look a bit shaggy; with it almost covering the right side of her face. For tonight's match, she would wear her 'wrestler' attire (as she referred to it as). It involved wearing a black brief and bra; with the addition of a short, sleeveless white and black vest. On her arms were long, black finger-less gloves with patterns on them to look like jewels. Finally, she wore white boots that stopped just below her knees.
One she set up her attire, she went to counter-top for a final moment of solitude before she would have to get out there and put on a show for the crowd that (at least to her) was getting louder and louder. During this moment, she thought a bit about her opponent; the first opponent she would ever face in LAW. All she knew was the codename of her opponent: Princess. Outside of that, Sam knew little more as she hadn't met this individual in person. Still, it just meant that she could not take her opponent lightly. It was her first match and she knew that she couldn't make careless mistakes.
After taking a sip from her water battle, she flexed in front the mirror, stretching her body, before looking at the reflection. She smiled with confidence and joy as she said to herself, "
Alright, Diamond, time to show the world what you're capable of." Just as she said this, she received a que to get ready to head on to the arena.
As she stepped out of that locker room, 'Sam' was left behind. In the ring and in front of all of LAW she was: Diamond.
She moved to the designated spot, which was at the end of the hallway before walking out into the arena. All that was left was to wait to be called out.

Ana is feeling more comfortable, having a few matches under her belt... minus that first match being humiliated by her opponent but beside that Ana is starting to find her groove in LAW. Now she just need's to win some matches and maybe her career would not turn out like her half sister Serilda is at the moment. Checking her phone and sending Serilda a text to get better and wish her luck before heading to her spot to make her entrance.
Bouncing on her feet and taking a deep breath ready to go out and perform for the fan's
"Tonight is going to be the night....I can feel it this is going to be my first victory..", pumping her fists to to get herself ready as her music plays over the speakers. Ana with a big smile on her face walks out on stage and poses for the fans who cheer her on.
Making her way down to the ring exchanging hug's with the fan's even giving one lucky fan a kiss on the cheek before sliding into the ring. Blowing a kiss for everyone before going to the corner and does some light stretches to keep herself loose waiting for opponent someone called Diamond.

It seemed that her opponent got introduced before she did. Sam heard the crowd cheer and the music of her opponent's theme playing through the speakers. She figured that her opponent was someone the crowd had known for quite some time. Just then, she heard the music begin to change and the commentators starting to announce her; though of course she smirked a bit at the comment the commentators saying whether she would be a new star to Law or a wash-up. She knew that she had to give it her all to show that she was more than fresh meat to be thrown to wolves for a one-night amusement.
It would be long until the commentator finished the introduction with: "Without further ado, let's welcome the latest addition to LAW! Give it up for Diamond!" Sam's music played as she was ushered into the arena. As she walked out, Sam smiled and waved both hands high into the air for the audience to see. The crowd cheered, but it was not as much as what was given to her opponent. Fair enough, as she was new to the whole wrestling industry. However, she was hoping to change that a bit.
Sam got into the ring to see her opponent. This 'Princess' was slightly shorter than her and had an outfit to go with her short, blue hair. By the look of things, Princess was doing some last minute warm-ups. Sam could only figure that her opponent had much to gain from winning this match as well.
"So, you're Princess?" Sam said as she raised her for a handshake, "Nice to meet my first opponent."

Ana gulps a bit at first thinking her opponent is one of those mean heavyweight's or worse that nasty middleweight who people have told her to avoid, which she doesn't need to be told at all. But seeing her opponent make her way down to the ring she perks up seeing that it another new wrestler like herself. So she should be nice... hopefully.
"Oh Umm likewise Diamond... ummm Good luck I hope we have a fair match..", Ana replies even shaking her opponent hand in sportsmanship. Taking another deep breath and ready to begin the match, she is laser focused and tonight she will win and take home the victory to tell her sister.
The bell ring's in the background as the ref starts the match off, Ana comes out of her corner lunging forward and raising her hands up wanting to go for a test of strength.

"Likewise." Sam said in response to Ana's comment about wanting a fair match. Though Sam did not pick up on physical signs, she did note in Ana's reply that her opponent sound a bit...nervous. Was it an act to lower Sam's guard. She doubted it as it did sound like Ana was legitimate about a fair match. It appeared to Sam that her opponent was nervous; at least a little bit. To be fair, it appeared to Sam that things were on the line for Ana as well and the latter wanted to win as well. Whether or not this nervousness could potentially cost Ana the match was something time would tell. Sam, regardless of her opponent's feelings, had to focus (even though she wanted to have fun as well).
Sam got into her corner and waited for the bell to ring to kick off the first round. She knew that she needed to at least win two out of the three rounds to score a victory. She thought what strategies to use, but she didn't have much time as the bell ran and the match started. The crowd cheered for what was hopefully an entertaining fight.
Sam saw Ana coming towards her with her hands up. Reacting, Sam raised her hands and the two women gripped each other's hands in a test of strength. Sam planted her feet firmly behind her while using enough strength to hold her opponent back for the moment; with her legs out of the way of a close leg sweep. She was not going to go all out at the start of the match as to avoid tiring herself out too soon. She did have a plan to deal a major blow against her opponent to get things interesting. All she had to do was see what Ana would do next.

Ana is using all of her strength to try and push her opponent backwards, going hard as soon as the bell was rung. But Sam is able to match her in strength cause even through Ana is pushing with everything she has... her opponent has not moved an inch or even taken a step back, much to her horror.
"...Okay let's try something else then..", with her confidence starting to slowly leave her voice, Ana tries to yank Sam towards her. So that she can fall back and go for a monkey flip to her opponent, she just learned the move not to long ago and been wanting to try it out in a match and see if it would work.

Sam was not expecting such a maneuver from her opponent, as she felt Ana climb up on her to perform the move. But it was clear that the monkey flip was recently learned move, as Ana got into position for it, Sam had just enough time to grip Ana's wrists as her head was grabbed for the flip. By preventing Ana from getting a good grip, Sam denied Ana complete control of the flip. Sam would get thrown, but not as high as Ana would like; meaning less impact Sam would make with the arena.
The flip, or as much as Ana could do, result in Sam flipped only a couple feet off the arena. Having little time, Sam braced her body for a rolling motion. As she rolled, she quickly recovered and saw Ana's back facing her. It was time to go on the offensive while she had this chance. Normally, she was not one for powerhouse moves, but her opponent was in a position that she could capitalize on. She ran towards Ana to wrap her arms around her opponents waist from behind.
If Sam succeeded in securing a good grip, she would lift Ana in a backwards suplex with the intention of slamming her hard onto the arena floor.

Ana smiles seeing that the move she been practicing for so long finally worked in a real match. But since she just started learning how to do the move she didn't know that it can be easily countered by opponents who knew how to do it, someone like diamond or older wrestlers with more experience then Ana.
Getting to her feet, and smiles at how good the move looked, not focused on her opponent who didn't even get thrown that far at all and even rolling back to her feet.
Ana let's out a loud gasp feeling her opponent arms wrap around her mid section, before bein lifted off her feet and slammed over the ropes to the outside hard. Groaning from the impact of the move, clutching her head in pain.

The crowd cheered with excitement when they saw Ana landing hard outside the ring. Sam herself nearly fell through the ropes as well when she performed the suplex. That was another reason to be careful of performing such powerhouse moves. Nonetheless, she waved her hands at the audience, recognizing she was off to a good start.
However, she didn't want to get cocky and make a mistake of allowing her opponent to get the drop on her. Turning around, she looked to see Ana getting up after the suplex. Sam moved back a bit as to give Ana a chance of getting back into the ring.
Sam adjusted her posture. Raising her arms and slightly clenching her fists, she took up more of a boxer pose.

Ana clutching the back of her head slowly get's to her feet, giving a shocked look to her opponent who was able to toss her out of the ring with such a simple move. Now she has to be even more careful around her opponent.
Sliding back into the ring, looking at Sam more wearily since she in a boxing stance. She really doesn't have a idea on how to get close and grapple her opponent before being hit and don't want to really chance it as well.
"Umm... Your move.. I guess..."
