Standard match

Kyoko was going to be showing another rookie how the Belly Queen was the greatest thing in LAW. While it was irritating she was being tasked with another rookie when she was a champion she didnt think to pay it much mind. She needed the break and the sooner this women learned who was the star around here the better.

Coming out to her music Kyoko looked as confident as ever, in fact she looked even mroe so thanks in part to the knowledge she was fighting a rookie. Strutting downt he ring letting ehr abs hog the spotlight she dindt pay the fans anymind even as they booed her. She as on top and she intended to stay there and enjoy it, especially standing ver whatever punk they put in her way. Kyoko only hoped she was fun

One day earlier

"What do you MEAN my first match is with Karin Shin? The loser's champ?? THAT'S who you're putting me against?" Hayley exclaimed, slamming her hands on the rather expensive looking desk.

"Look. We put newbies against people we think would make them look good for their first fight. You just happened to get her." Spoke the voice behind the desk while she leans back in her chair.

"I don't WANT someone easy! I want someone challenging! I want to be pushed to my limits with every fight!" Hayley declared. "'Easy isn't in my dictionary!"

The manager looked very irritated by Hayley's barking presence, but she could tell she wasn't going to shake this girl and take the bone she threw her.

"Hrmph... fine, if the hard road is what you want... let me put you up against someone who's not lost a fight yet. She will be your first opponent." She declared.

"Yes!! That's what I'm talking about! Thank you!" Hayley cheered.

Hayley was now backstage, finishing lacing up her shoes, making sure they were tied tight. Black socks were pulled up to her ankles. Red shorts, check. Red sports bra. Check. Headband. Check. She takes one more look in the mirror, and adjusts her twin tails one more time, looking at herself in the body mirror. She wanted to make an explosion for her first match, but appearance was part of it! Once she passed her own appearance test, she adjusted her MMA style gloves and made her way out of the lockers.

"Aaaand introducing her opponent! Hailing from Seattle Washington, we have a new girl that is sure to be champion of her class, and maybe even the next class up! Standing at 5'7"... weighing 149 lbs.... Haaaayleeeey "Haaaardboooody" Heeeenleeeeyyy!!"

As the announcer's voice finished its last echo through the arena, the room fell dark.

"Bow down, I'm invincible tonight
I'm alive, take a look into my eyes
This time I''mma take you for a ride.
I'm invincible toniiiiight!"

When the guitar kicked in, intense pyro shot up from the stage, and out walked Hayley fists raised high up in the air, to the sound of a massive, roaring crowd!

"HAYLEY! HAYLEY! HAYLEY! HAYLEY!..."

"Hayley..... HAYLEY!!"

Hayley opened her eyes to the sound of someone calling her name. She opened her eyes, blinking and snapping out of... a daydream?

"Your match is on in 30 seconds! Get out there!!" The coordinator chided her.

"Ah! R-Right!!" Hayley said, and quickly hopped off the bench, and gunned it for the stage.

"Aaand introducing her opponent, it's a new girl from Seattle Washington! Standing 5'7" and weighing 149 lbs... Haaayleeeeey Heeeenleeeey!!"

Hayley burst out from the stage.. to no music. She stops, and looks up at the speakers. They got her name wrong??

"It's 'Hardbody'! Hayley 'Hardbody' Henley!!" She shouts at the speakers. They didn't seem to really care either way though.

Her first entrance was not nearly the amazing, energetic entrance that she had planned in her head. No pyro, no music, just a light welcoming from the crowd. Hayley looked around at the reception she received, and smiles, raising both fists up in the air, gladly receiving the applause that she did. Tonight would be where she would make fans! This was her night to shine!

She jogs down the ramp, and climbs up the ring stairs, ducking under the top rope and climbing in over the middle. She turns to lay eyes on her opponent, and her face fell upon looking at her.

She stood opposite from her. Back length blue hair. Violet sports bra. Violet shorts. White eyes. The woman radiated confidence. She could tell just by her appearance alone why she had been undefeated so far. Well, tonight was when she'd break this woman's winning streak!

"I heard you've been undefeated so far!" She calls to her. "I'm glad I get to have someone like you as my first opponent. You're gonna make a fantastic rival to me!" She declares while resting her hands on her thighs, smiling at her. She couldn't wait to get this show under way! She was practically trembling with excitement!

Unaware of the massive amount of effort put in her opponents head for the match she was instead left with Kyoko watching some relatively normal looking women come up to a sing she had heard a thousand times or something like it, every nickleback song sounded the same to her. Though as the women who seemed to have an issue with how her name was said came down Kyoko evaluated her, she seemed to be in good physical condition which is more then could be said for the last rookie that she was put up against but in her mind that was just more for her to break.

"A rival..you seem to think you have anything worth rivaling me in." Kyoko said watching the women walk around in her corner. Even at this close she wasnt too impressed by what she was seeing. She might entertain her for a few minutes before she won and then never looked at her again.

Hayley starts doing a few warm ups in her corner. Torso twists, hugging her knee to her chest, bending down to touch her toes, all while Kyoko talked. When she was finished talking, she looks back up at her, and smiles, seeming absolutely delighted by answer.

"Oooh, yes! Perfect! That's exactly the kind of talk a rising spirit needs push herself further! Lets do this, Kyoko! You're going down hard!!" She exclaimed. She raises her fists up, and bounces her feet against the canvas. She was ready to spring the very moment she heard the bell!

Kyoko looked at the women with a look of incredulity, she just insulted her and she was pumped up? Kyoko could already tell this was going to be a long night so the best she could do was make it a little harder for Hardbody to endure. Shaking her head she would wait for the bell to ring her mind no longer interested in talking o the loon.

"Alright lets see how well that works out for you." Kyoko says when she starts to close in after the women offering the simplest of start ups. A test of strength, she would show how much better she was by overpowering the women outright and making sure she knew she never stood a chance.

"Mm!" She nods firmly, and hunches down towards a grappling stance.

*Ding!*

When the bell rang, Hayley shot out towards her, arms out. "ORYAAAA!!" She shouts as she runs at her, and clasps hands with her as she sees her offering a test of strength! She collides bodies with her, trying to slam into her and bowl her over to her back! "Take this!!"

While Kyoko was on the more calm end she found herself put up against a more aggressive and straightforward opponent who charged at her right off the bat. Colliding in the test of strength and actually attempting to overpower her with both ehr hands and her body. Needless to say Kyoko was not about to let that happen.

"Coming in hot..aint gonna get you the win!" Kyoko declared pushing against her and trying to force her back anyway she might be able to or at least keeping things on a stalemate to slowly establish who's boss.

Hayley clasps hands and slams into Kyoko with everything she had. The momentum caused Kyoko to slide back on the canvas, but she managed to bring her to a stop! Hayley was shocked when Kyoko stopped her charge head on. She clenches her teeth, and digs her feet into the canvas. This woman's strength... she was putting all she had into it, but Kyoko wasn't moving an inch!

Hayley glares into Kyoko's eyes, growling at her. "Rrrghh... you won't... overpower me!" She says in a strained voice. Neither girl was giving off an inch after Hayley's initial charge!

Kyoko found herself in a deadlock with the less experienced girl who charged like a rhino and got stopped like anything else that would try to barrel into her like that. Now the matter became how could Kyoko force her to back off and retreat. Something told her it wouldnt be with a stern demand to do so.

"And you actually...think your gonna overpower...me!?" Kyoko kept pushed back her arms pressing into her opponents as her body did the same in her effort to try and force her back in a show of dominance.

Hayley clenches her teeth, refusing to back down as their hands clasped. She couldn't push her back, but she wasn't letting herself lose a step either.

"Rrrngh... for all... the talk you're doing... I still haven't moved." She says with a strained smile. It seemed like they were evenly matched, in terms of strength.
