Valeria Alvarado was in the locker room, casually humming a melody that brought her back home while she finished braiding her hair in preparation for that match. This wouldn’t be her first match at LAW but it would indeed be the first one against a woman, and the Mexican couldn’t wait to see what kind of rival she had been booked to fight with. Some minutes before, Val had a phone conversation with her father, a conference with her beloved Mexico. The Beast told her that everyone back home was rooting for her and looking forward to hearing of her success in LAW. That conversation had brought tears to her eyes. Damn she missed home. Leaving Mexico was a tough decision but Valeria knew that if she wanted to tread a path for herself it was mandatory, no matter how painful. She shook her head, none of those thoughts would help her in the upcoming match, so she better started focusing in the task at hand as soon as possible.

Finally backstage, Valeria waited while the announcer was rousing the crowd with their usual flair. The Mexican was the first one hitting the stage as it corresponded to the junior in the company. She was perfectly okay with that. Soon enough she would start striking an impression in everyone and with time she would become the senior of new wrestlers to come. Yes, those thoughts were the good stuff, what she needed. Now she was pumped up and ready for action, and just in time because she was signalled to make her entrance.
Entrance theme:
With her theme blasting on the speakers and strobe green and golden lights around, La Fiera made her appearance on stage. The crowd reacted accordingly: she wasn’t a debutant anymore and her first beats at LAW had been something that caught attention. She reciprocated, rousing the crowd as she walked the ramp with some muscle flexing and signalling, even giving high-fives to some fans that reached for her. It was a great walkabout, one only worthy of one of the most famous, if not the most, wrestling federations in the world.

Upon reaching the ring Valeria gave the respectable crowd a final round of acknowledgement before she finally locked in, stretching a little with the help of her corner and the ropes, all while staying sharp for the moment her rival’s theme would start blasting, moment she would use to rest in place hopping to keep her muscles warm while looking at the entrance ramp, not wanting to miss a detail of her rival’s entrance.
