Sharon Donnery vs. Helen Andronike - Divine Wrath

Sharon couldn't help but scoff after learning of who she would be facing next. Her opponent for tonight, Helena Andronike, called herself the Goddess of Wrestling. That would mean she was confident in her own ability as a wrestler. But an overly confident one would be someone who could be easily dismantled with the right moves and techniques, and Sharon considered herself an expert in dismantling her opponents.

Making her entrance, Sharon showed a disinterested look as she made her way to the ring. Her attitude wasn't exactly something that would pull people's attentions on her, but as a wrestler, she was quite phenomenal, and many people were looking forward to see what Sharon would do in this match against this so-called Goddess of Wrestling.

Entering the ring, Sharon made her way to her corner and waited for her opponent to arrive. She had a neutral expression on her face, so it would be hard to predict what she had in her mind exactly. Of course, what she had in her mind was her desire to win this match. She prided herself as a wrestler, and she would make sure to emerge victorious regardless of the adversity that she had to overcome in the ring.

Helen Andronike's entrance theme played in the arena. Contrary to Sharon, Helen came out in full glory and soaked in the jeers of the crowd.

She made her way to the ring as the TitanTron played her pre-taped promo. "Sharon Donnery. You don't know me yet, but you're going to find out. You may have more matches under your belt, but you've never faced an Olympian before! I will take whatever you dish out and give it back. I will outlast you. I will outwork you. After tonight, one of our arms will be raised in victory, and it will be mine!"

Helen deposited her Spartan gear at ringside before coming between the ropes and posing for the crowd. She then approached her opponent for the obligatory staredown. "You ready?" she asked Sharon.

Sharon kept her eyes on Helen as she made her entrance, folding her arms under her breasts as she waited for her to join her in the ring. She even got a pre-taped promo that was playing on the titantron, and she scoffed as she listened to her. Sharon wasn't stranger to this kind of people, but she honestly thought they were deluded that they could best her in the ring just because they claimed themselves to be some sort of divine beings.

Soon, Helen joined her inside the ring after removing her Spartan gear. Stepping away from her corner, Sharon was ready for the match. The two of them were having a staredown, and Sharon didn't show any sign of backing off before the referee got between them. Stepping back, Sharon would get ready for the match as the referee then called for the bell, starting the match between both Sharon and Helen.

Now that the match had started, Sharon would raise her hands, preparing herself to clash with Helen. She would try to start off the match by moving to the side, keeping the distance between them as she would wait for her opponent to make her first move.

Seeing that Sharon was dancing around her and avoiding a lockup, Helen decided to take the bait and go on offense. Remembering her recent matches where she was struck while trying to initiate a lockup, Helen decided to strike first. She attempted to close in and deliver a swift kick to Sharon's gut.

Seeing that Helen had taken the bait, trying to kick at her belly, Sharon would catch her opponent's foot with both her hands. Smiling slightly, she looked into Helen's eyes before attempting to give that leg a twist, looking to bring her opponent down with a dragon screw takedown.

If the takedown was successful, Sharon would retain her hold on Helen's foot as she would then try to kick at the back of her thigh before finally releasing her leg, hoping to deal more damage on her.

"Ugh why did I walk into that?!" Helen thought to herself as Sharon took her down to the ground, kicked her hamstring, and slammed her leg sideways into the mat. Helen grimaced in pain as she rose to her knees. From there she attempted to lunge at Sharon and wrap her arms around her torso, if not to take her down then at least to make it harder for Sharon to follow up.

Sharon could see that Helen had risen up onto her knees before she lunged towards her, wrapping her arms around her torso. Grunting as she would bring a hand to Helen's head, Sharon would raise her other arm before attempting to hammer her elbow right at her head, hoping to leave Helen disoriented. At the same time, she was looking to keep her opponent under pressure, though she would need to have Helen in the right position first before she could start with her plan.

Helen was vain and did not like being hit in the face. As a rookie, she hadn't yet built up the tolerance to it that other wrestlers have. Helen reeled back by Sharon's elbow blow to her face, disoriented and vulnerable to Sharon's next attack.

Successfully leaving Helen disoriented with her strike, Sharon would try to follow up with another move. Holding onto Helen's body, slipping one arm between her legs and the other draped over her shoulder, Sharon would try to hoist Helen's body up before slamming her down into the mat, executing a rather impressive-looking body slam!

The breath temporarily left Helen as she was slammed onto her back. Helen arched up with a cry of pain and then attempted to roll to the ropes for a reprieve. If she was able to, she would rebound and attempt to land a clothesline on Sharon.
