L.A.W. - League of Anime Wrestling

Match type: Ironwoman match.
Rules: There will be thirty-minutes to gain as many falls as possible, whoever ends up with the most, wins.

"...I can't wait, I can't wait, I can't wait...!" Gil hopped up and down, punching the air in-front of her, training for a move she would never use. The last time Emaline and Gil met in the ring things were... Tough, and the met once after that, but things were also rough there, less so, but still, a note more sour than one could hope...!

Emaline's attitude toward Gil was stark in contrast to Gil's toward her, Emaline seemed indifferent, if not she maybe looked down on Gil, while Gil, looked up to her, saw her as more of a friend than anything...!

Soon enough, Gil would hear her name be called, and made her great appearance...! The beams of light danced crossing the crowd whilst the lights dimmed, her theme began, and before long, she shot-out in star-formation...!

Her hands thrown in the air with her legs spread while camera lights flashed...! She took part in her typical entrance, taking what was probably far too long for L.A.W management's enjoyment, but hey, she had gotten away with it this long...! She gave her selfies, hugs, and high-five, all before finally coming upon the side of the ring, and rolling under the bottom-most rope...!

She did a skipping-lap around the ring to wave to all those in the crowd and only then, she finally stopped to settle in her corner and await her opponent...!

While Gil completed her time-consuming entrance, Emaline waited within the locker rooms. She stood in front of her locker's mirror, combing her vibrant pink hair. She wore an outfit equally as ostentatious as her hair; a bright green two-piece outlined by pink accents. It took a while but eventually, a LAW official arrived and summoned her to the ring. Putting away her comb, she set out to meet and humiliate a familiar face.

With her music blaring throughout the arena, she sauntered out into the limelight. Her presence evoked the typical reaction of boos with some cheers sprinkled throughout. Invariably, she reacted as she typically would, by barely addressing the audience at all save for the occassional pretentious glance. And as per usual, her poise exuded dignity and grace yet also contempt and malice when she made her way down the ramp.

She scaled the ring apron before she grabbed the top ropes. Then she lethargically yet elegantly backflipped into the ring. From there, she decided a greeting was in order. "~Ah, if it isn't my favourite spunky stepping stone.~" She intonated in a sing-song fashion as she strolled over towards her opponent. "I must admit that I am indeed delighted to see you again."

"Aha!" Gil clapped at Emaline's beautiful backflip, cheering her on despite most of the crowd having picked a clear favorite...! "...It's so nice to see you against Emaline, Ema? Can I call you Ema? Well, anyway...! I can't wait to get this whole thing rolling, are you ready? I'm going to win this time, you know? I'll give it my best shot, anyway...!" Gil went on-and-on about anything and everything that came to her mind, never letting up for a second.

"...And that's why I think I can kick some serious butt this time around, you know? Speaking off butts, check-it...!" Gil swirled around in a circle, ultimately landing with her rear-end facing Emaline, she then flipped up her already short-skirt and exposed her backside to Emaline. "...You'll be seeing plenty of mine, mwahaha...!" She jumped up-and-down, clapping her hands and mocking an evil laugh...!

DING DING.

"...Oh, is it already time to fight?" Only then would Gil quiet down, at-least for the most part. She was guaranteed to be a thorn in Emaline's side, she knew how to be a pest, though, unintentionally! Gil recalled that despite her foes status as a heel, unlike most, she didn't get too frustrated with her, maybe it was because she didn't see her as a threat... Well, if that were the case, Gil would change that right here, right now...! "...Come and get a taste, Ema...!"

A self-assured smirk adorned Emaline's face while she listened to Gil's ceaseless ramblings, granting her free reign to spout her gibbberish until the bell prompted her to finally shut her mouth. "Hmph." The Emerald Viper scoffed derisively and placed her hands behind her back. "I shall settle the minutiae first." She spoke in a nonchalant yet formal manner, acting as if their bout had not officially started. "No, you may not refer to me as 'Ema'. That is a privilage you will have to earn."

Her grin grew wider. "And you can earn that privilage if you successfully substantiate your claim that you 'can kick some serious butt'." She remained silent from then on, only leaning forward and smiling at the brunette. The Viper intended for her gestures to goad Gil into attacking. Of course, Emaline was prepared to strike via a roundhouse kick aimed at the head should her opponent draw to close. And even if the kick missed, she would maintain her spinning momentum to smoothly follow up with a leg sweep to knock Gil onto her ass.

As the bell rang, both stood still, neither one budging to attack, instead trying to lure the other in, but which one would bite first? Gil knew her odds were... Well, pretty miserable when she opened-up with an attack, she was used to utilizing her evasion more than anything, but from what she remembered about Emaline, was that she good deal some serious damage, but a few good hits would leave her more than worse-for-wear, as her endurance was rather lackluster...!

"...Daww, alright, but by the time we're done here, I'll have more than earned that right...!" Gil bit first, she figured that landing one hit was all it would take to get the quick-upper-hand, but she also knew Emaline was going to be prepared for a-lot of things, she was calm, calculated, she knew what she was doing! Gil had to be careful to make this count, so she crept in, speeding-up as she went along, getting close before ducking under a swift high-kick...! "...Missed me, missed me, now you g- WOAH!" Gil busted her ass on the mat, as she came back around, finishing her move with a leg-sweep that caught Gil off-guard...!

Gil felt fine, it didn't hurt, but she was in the danger-zone, too close to her foe for comfort, and what's worse, is she was vulnerable...! "...Umm, you don't think there is any chance I can get up and try again, do you...?" She nervously looked-up at Emaline...!

Although Emaline whiffed her roundhouse kick, she instantly redeemed herself via a leg sweep which left Gil sprawled on the floor. She pleaded from her downed position but her words fell on deaf ears. The Viper briskly grabbed hold of one of her opponent's legs before she gracefully spun around and straddled the leg trapped in her grasp. Then she picked up the other leg and free fell to the canvas for an excruciating figure four leglock.

"Your vapid words bore my esteemed personage." She intonated imperiously should she successfully apply the submission hold. "If you may please grace my ears with your delectable screams, I would very much appreciate it. It has been too long since I have had you at my mercy." Meanwhile, a self-satisfied smirk adorned her face as she watched Gil endure the effects the leglock on her legs.

Gil felt pretty proud after ducking the high-kick, but Emaline followed through and send Gil tumbling downward, and just as she suspected, her pleas weren't going to do the trick, not against most people, especially not Emaline...!

Emaline made quick work and executed a figure-four, forcing a quick, and shrill yelp out of Gil before she clenched her teeth...! "...Ow, half those words you just said weren't even real...!" Gil stuck her tongue out at Emaline and took to her next line of defense, despite the pain from the hold, she was still mostly mobile, and so she executed a little move of her own, known simply as the Death Roll...! Taking inspiration from alligators, she began to roll about while still held up in the lock, hoping to drag Emaline along with her and maybe even force her to release the hold...!

"~Tsk tsk.~" Emaline mockingly clicked her tongue in response to Gil's remark. "It would seem that your vocabulary is equally as deficient as your wrestling-woah!" The pinkette cried out in surprised when the brunette rolled around the ring despite the figure four leglock, the torque also causing Emaline to roll about. She deemed the figure four untenable and freed Gil from the submission hold, slipping away at the same time. "Hehehe." The Viper couldn't help giggling to herself as she stood up and dusted herself. Then she placed her hands behind her back and awaited her foe's next move.

Emaline was right, Gil wasn't all that smart, strong, or technically trained, but she made up for it in heart...! She knew she had enough of it to keep her going forward, even when things looked grim, but still, she had to play as smart as she could, and for someone without any proper wrestling training, at-least extensive wrestling training, that is, she needed to think outside the box, while using what she had been given by her many teachers...!

"...You're pretty cocky, you know...?" Gil giggled, getting back onto her own two feet, a fair amount of distance placed between the women. "...But let's see how cocky you are when you get a dose of this...!" Gil charged forward, it looked like another predictable move, and that's because it was, a simple charge forward, only this time, she had a back-up, if Emaline did move out of the way, as she expected her to, she would spin on her heel and bounce her back into the ropes and come right-back at her with a nasty hip-check to, well, the hips...!

"Deservedly so." Emaline snidely commented when Gil called the pinkette cocky. "Of that, there is little doubt." The brunette then proceeded to rush forwards, as if to tackle Emaline. "Hmph." She sidestepped the witless and clumsy attack with contemptuous ease. "How piti-gah?!" Only to be blindsided by a hip attack to her hips, sending her staggering awkwardly away. Although she managed to maintain her footing, her nonchalant smirk faded away, replaced by a mildly irritated pout.

"I suppose you are proud of that fluke." She uttered flatly before remaining silent, seemingly to give Gil the chance to reply. Halfway through her response however, the Viper suddenly dashed forward. Spinning her entire body around, she executed a roundhouse kick aimed at her opponent's head. Should her kick miss, she would maintain her spinning momentum to bounce onto her kicking feet and attempt another roundhouse kick also aimed at the head, believing that Gil would falsely deduce that a leg sweep was coming.
