Jungle Princess and a Butterfly- Cassandra vs Saori!

For Cassandra, LAW was a beginning and an end. The end of her childhood.. not that it was very good, and it was the beginning of her career independently. Years ago, she would never have envisioned following her mother’s footsteps. Watching her matches live would have been the highlight.. but not anymore.

Stepping out into the ramp, Cassandra looked around. The announcer began to introduce her, as she’d glance towards the crowd.. looking for someone. But no dice. She’d push away unnecessary thoughts from her head, as she’d walk through the ring, her hand in the air, a wide smile upon her lips. Cassandra slid into the ring, her butterfly themed outfit shimmering in the lights of the arena! She was never very loud

She'd have adorned herself in a two-piece, light blue attire. Her chest-piece encircles her breasts and attached to a lilac choker-piece, slight spiral patterns that lace across the garment, the back of the bra strap looking like little wings of a butterfly. It was a change of pace for sure, as the Butterfly Souled lady, Psyche was the warrior who would face Saori

And of Saori.. Cassie eagerly awaited her foes entrance, a step taken back against the ropes to lean against the corner, her eyes set on her entry area!

This was it, one of Saori's first matches in Japan since coming back from Brazil! Really, it had taken so long to get a match set up that she honestly thought she'd get ring rust at this rate. But this was good, the Jungle Princess was up against a fellow debuting wrestler. A good warm up to see just what exactly LAW's lightweight division was made of! With all the standout names in the league, she was expecting a lot, especially from the newcomers. LAW might not be Brazil, but she knew things could get crazy in the ring here too. And she was going to dive headfirst into that craziness!

As the jungle beat of her theme played and the announcer proclaimed Saori's existence to the world, the Jungle Princess jumped out onto the stage in a haze of green mist and green light, her silhouette as wild as her outfit and hair. There was a big pop off from the crowd, and just before even walked down the ramp-

"AWOOOOOO!"

She howled with wild abandon, beating her chest as if an ape proclaiming dominance before running down the ramp. The crowd was going as wild as Saori! She gave them all a cheeky grin, climbing up the ropes as she reach the ring and perching herself on the top rope, looking down at her opponent. She was... pretty normal-looking for a wrestler. Not as wild a gimmick as Saori, but the bright blue and the butterfly motif looked pretty interesting. Wonder how she fights. She get an answer so enough.

"Hup!" She hopped off the top rope, looking over her opponent with a grin. The girl was noticeably taller than her, like most girls Saori had faced, but... this shouldn't be to hard of an opponent! "Hey! Let's make this a fun one, yeah?" She said. "I mean, I'm gonna' knock you around a bunch before knocking you out for the three-count, but try and have fun while I'm doing you!"

Saori may have thought this was but a warm up, but she might soon realise that Cassandra was no slouch in the department of combat! The soft spoken girl looked towards her opponent making such a.. wild entrance, a Jungle Woman..?

.. honestly, she expected her to be.. bigger. Cass herself was small, but she was pretty deadly in her own right, but this girl right here.. she seemed to be in a different vein. Both were short, but Saori was.. wild. It might prove to be advantageous enough against the more composed Cassandra.. and in Saori’s frame, Cass could discern a lot of pent up energy.

She’d giggle a bit, looking up at her who was on the top rope. She’d watch Saori hop down.. and never being one for much words, she’d merely respond to her taunts with a single worded answer.. which was walking over to her. She’d pat her head gently.. before taking a step back.

“Cute..” she’d almost whisper, but then she’d lean down and give her a little smile.

“I don’t.. plan on losing..” Then she’d step back, and spread her arms. For Saori to come at her, the bell ringing to signify the beginning of the match!

"Hmph!" Saori instantly frowned and back away, smoothing out her wild hair from the patting. Her eyes narrowed at Cassandra as she pouted. Oh, I'm so taking you down! There was a lot Saori could forgive while in the ring, but treating her like a child was a one-way ticket to getting a Jungle Knee to the jaw! "Oh no, cute is my friend Kasumi. I'm tough. Tougher than a jaguar!" She rose her arms, throwing out a few elbows at the air for emphasis, bouncing on her toes and loosening up as her opponent started to prepare as well.

"Better fight like you mean it then!"

*DING!*

And the fight was on! Saori wasn't going to let this butterfly make a further fool of her. No, she was going to give this girl one hell of a showdown, and it'd start by immediately charging forward for a drop kick aimed right at Cassandra's chest!

“Oh I will..! Do not fret, I intend to give it my all!!”

Cassandra smiled happily, perfectly still and content with looking at Saori stretching as the bell rang. She’d look at the raging girl, wondering why was she so offended! It suddenly dawned that she might be mad cause of the cute comment..

“Oh, I’m sorry.. I’m sure you’re very tough.”

She assured her quite sincerely, as she’d take a step back. But as Saori came for the drop kick.. while fierce, it was a bit choreographed for her, as she’d sidestep it almost effortlessly. Turning around, she’d lunge towards Saori almost while she was midair.. and shove her shoulder against her to send her crashing against the ropes!!

Okay, so maaaybe going in hot wasn't the smartest move. The dropkick might had been quick, but Saori's opponent was just as fast to react. Before Saori's feet could even connect with flesh Cassandra faded from view-

"Gragh!" And rammed right into her body with a shoulder tackle. Saori's small body shot right into the ropes, tangling herself in them. "Gra..." It hurt, but there was more psychological damage than physical. Losing the first hit was always hard to bounce back from, and given how tangled Saori was in the ropes, it'd be even harder.

“Alright..!”

She’d cheer mentally. Before walking over to Saori, clasping her leg and tugging. She was pretty tangled in them.. as Cassie knelt to survey the damage dealt.

Not bad, she’d suppose. Pulling back her fist, she’d dig it right into Saori’s stomach, hoping to elicit a cry of pain from her.. and to soften her up! Clambering the ropes.. she’d wrap her thighs around Saori’s neck, locking in the hold and dangling down on the other side of the arena, placing her in an absolutely devastating submission from the get go!

"Gnh..." Saori winced, gritting her teeth and narrowing her eyes at Cassandra's pulling. Yeah, she was stuck alright. That tackle got her good. Not the worse hit she had taken, but it'd take some effort to get herself out of this position. Still, the satisfied look on Cassandra's face did the wild child little favors. Not that her opponent was giving much voice to her excitement... and Saori didn't know if that should piss her off or not. Though... seeing Cassandra rear her fist back had her sweating. "Wait, do-"

Saori was cut off, the air coughing out of her lungs mid-sentence as Cassandra slammed her fist into Saori's gut.

"Guuh!"

Her thoughts were scattered by the punch, her light body getting knocked back a little. "Ragh! You-!" She didn't even have time for a retort, Cassandra quickly went to work on her neck move, latching her thighs to Saori's neck and dropping from behind to make for a suffocating submission hold!

"A-Aah..." Saori's body bent back against Cassandra's weight, gagging under the pressure. This was bad. Cassandra was trying to put her away fast, and Saori was still tangled in the ropes. The most she could do was buck her hips out, trying desperately to shake Cassandra off her.

“Sorry, sorry! I promise ill.. uh, buy you some food later..!”

In response to the fist she had delivered to the stomach. Now she felt a little mean for locking her in a hold that most experienced wrestlers would tap out or pass out from.. but Cass merely shook her head. She would have to learn one way or the other, and learning from her was as good as any.

So, while Saori bucked her hips, Cassie merely kept the grip. It wouldn’t exactly deter her.. but maybe she felt a little bad about putting her in that position with no room to fight back, nor did she want her first fight at LAW to finish so.. quick. In response to a particular violent thrust of her hips, she’d spread her legs and let drop, crashing down onto the canvas, and then rolling off the stage..!

“Ow..”

She’d softly mutter. It didn’t hurt her much, just a slight bump on her head..

"Pwaaah!" Saori let out a gasp, taking in air. She staggered forward, a hand near her throat as she took slow, heavy inhales. That... was a close one. Just the start of the match and her opponent was already out for blood. This wasn't just some newbie... this was someone wantingo t make a damn loud statement with Saori's body. "Haah..." But... even though she was able to buck Cassandra off, it felt more like her opponent simply let her go rather than Saori's effort to free herself working. That annoyed her further. "Grrn!" She was not going to just be someone's little wrestling doll. She was a fighter too dammit!

She snapped back around, looking down at Cassandra as she was out of the ring. The ref started to count her out, but the Jungle Princess was in no mood to let her just get back up and into the ring yet. No, if this Butterfly wanted to flutter about in her jungle, then Saori would start clipping some wings. She hop up on the top ropes, snarling at the Butterfly below as she collected herself. She didn't even look that hurt now that she got a good look at her.

Time to fix that.

"GAAAAAAOOOOOOO!" With a wild howl, sprung right off the ropes, her feet on a course to slam right into Cassandra's skull.
