Mara Ashford vs. Sachiko Koizumi - Struggles

Mara had been doing good these days, winning more matches than losing, and she sought to keep it that way while improving herself all the while. And tonight, she was slated to face another wrestler named Sachiko Koizumi, and she was looking to walk out of the ring a victor. Donning her two-piece wrestling outfit with leopard print, Mara prepared herself for the match before she was called to make her entrance. The middle child of the Ashford family then made her way out to the ramp, her music played.

She seemed to have quite a sizable fanbase, considering that she was more likable compared to her younger sister, Toni. She smiled as she walked down the ramp, waving her hands to the crowd before she reached the ring. Showing off to the crowd by posing at the apron, she would then enter the ring, slipping through the ropes before straightening herself up. While Mara herself wasn't usually a crowd-pleaser, she loved the attention she was getting, and she would go to a corner and climb it up to get the crowd popping.

After that, she would jump down from the turnbuckle and lean against it, hooking her arms over the top ropes as she would look at the direction of the entrance so that she could see her opponent for tonight. Whoever she might be, she was determined to win this match and walk out of the ring victorious.

As soon as Mara was in the ring, the music turned darker and more earthy, as a punk-metal tone began to play with colored lights flooding onto the entrance ramp. The reception of the crowd, too, grew more tense, and a few boos were heard. Sachiko was known for using dirty tricks to deny her opponents any success against her, and the rest of her stable, the Heartbreakers, were hardly any better, acting as much like a band of ruthless, thuggish delinquents in the ring as they did out of it. Sachiko, however, didn't seem to care, as she now came forward onto the rope, facing her opponent with her baseball bat slung over her shoulder and a grin on her face.

In truth, Sachiko was eager to get another match under her belt, which could only help her in her rise to the top. She'd been proving her gang to be a fearsome one, and this could only help her - when she inevitably won, of course. It didn't hurt that she was up against a good-looking girl like Mara, too. Sachiko eyed her up with a grin as she sauntered to the ring with a shake of her hips. Whether it was her eager, pumped-up demeanor or her skimpy outfit, there was something about Mara that made Sachiko eager to face off with her.

The referee was already warning Sachiko not to try anything funny as she climbed the steps to the apron, but she set aside her bat and leaned it against the post before sliding through the ropes. Once on the other side, she grinned wider, tapping her fist against her palm as she came up to face Mara. "Heh...hope ya know what ya got yourself into, cutie. I'm sure as 'ell not gonna go easy on you..."

Mara watched her opponent, a Japanese young woman, making her way out of the entrance into the ring. She was carrying a baseball bat, and from the look of it, she seemed to be someone willing to resort to dirty tricks and unscrupulous tactics just to get a win. Of course, Mara wasn't about to back down just because someone was willing to play dirty. She was the daughter of a dirty-player, after all, even if she wasn't one to play dirty herself.

Once her opponent, Sachiko, made her way into the ring, Mara took a good look at her. She had a cute appearance, but just because she was cute didn't mean she had to drop her guard. Still, she retained her smile on her face even as she listened to Sachiko's words. Placing her hand on her cheek, she then replied to her, "Well, I suppose I won't go easy on you either. Hope you're ready." Mara spoke in her usual soft tone, though she sounded confident.

Mara waited for the referee to call them to the center of the ring where the match would begin. All the while, she kept her eyes on Sachiko, studying her so that she could get a better idea how she fought, though she would not be able to get a clear picture of it unless she clashed with her in this match.

Sachiko chuckled to herself, watching Mara as the two sized each other up. She winked to the girl, accepting her challenge. Sachiko was sure she could handle her, no matter what. In fact, she was downright thrilled about the prospect. Though she was already convinced she'd emerge victorious, she had no doubts that she'd enjoy every minute of tangling with a cute girl like her.

*DING DING DING*

As soon as the bell rang, Sachiko moved in toward Mara, getting into a stance as she prepared to lock up for her. She wasn't going to resort to cheap tactics quite yet - not until she had gotten a good feel for what her opponent was capable of, anyway. All the same, she kept a hungry grin on her face, leaning in toward Mara and watching her every move with eager eyes. She couldn't wait to see how she'd respond.

When the bell was rang, Mara surged forward, locking up with Sachiko in a grapple. Boots skidding against the mat, Mara would try to exert her strength, hoping to gain an upper hand over her opponent. She needed to ascertain her opponent's strength first before she could decide on what to do next. So, as they grappled, Mara would bury her face right at the side of her opponent's neck while pushing against her.

And then, as she pushed against Sachiko, Mara would suddenly unlatch her hands from the lock up, hoping to suddenly slip to her opponent's side. From there, she would attempt to seize Sachiko's head, pulling it down in her effort to put her into a side headlock, keeping her under pressure all the while.

Sachiko clenched her own teeth, her brow furrowing and her eyes narrowing as she pressed in closer against her opponent. Their chests met one another as they bent at the waist, their breasts squashing into each others'. Sachiko would be remiss to say she didn't enjoy the contact - but she was also trying to get an edge on Mara right out of the gate, gaining control as well as asserting her dominance. For now, the two of them seemed evenly matched, and neither could get the other to budge far.

However, Mara would be the first to shift her position, as she reached up to grab Sachiko by the head and bend her over! The blue-haired girl yelped, doubling over at the waist with her head in Mara's grasp. She grit her teeth, struggling and twisting her body from side to side as she tried to loosen the hold. "'ey, leggo!" she growled.

When that didn't seem to be working, however, Sachiko would try for a different tactic. She would throw her body forward, aiming to bowl Mara off the ground and take her onto her back!

Successfully trapping Sachiko's head in the headlock, Mara would squeeze her head in order to keep her under control for the time being, but it looked like her opponent was quite resourceful as she then tried to throw her body forward. Realizing this, Mara quickly shifted her hold on Sachiko's body, opting to grab onto her torso. She would make use of her momentum to flip her over into the air before slamming her down back first onto the mat.

If the maneuver was successful, Mara would then look at her opponent's direction to see her and ascertain on what to do next. She knew that she couldn't drop her guard early in this match, and she needed to figure out a way to retain an upper hand over her opponent, provided that she managed to gain it after this.

It wasn't the most graceful of manuevers, but to Sachiko that didn't matter. What mattered was that she was getting results. Using her size and strength to her advantage, she pushed Mara forward, making a charge like an irate bull to try and force her off her feet. However, Mara had a counter to Sachiko's own, and her arms went low, turning the momentum against her! As Mara fell back, she slung Sachiko behind her so that the blue-haired girl would take the brunt of the impact; she landed with a cough, her legs bucking up from the mat before she came to rest.

She was off her feet for a few seconds, but Sachiko wouldn't let something like that keep her down for long. Grumbling under her breath, she soon recovered enough to roll forward onto her hands and knees, where she brushed some hair out of her eyes. "Not bad...but still won't do ya much good!" she said. She tried to push herself back onto her feet, charging at Mara with her knee raised as she hoped to hit her in the face with it before she was fully up.

Flipping Sachiko over in the air, sending her down onto the mat, Mara had decided to keep moving, not wanting to give her opponent any opportunity to recover, but as she turned around, it seemed that Sachiko wasn't going to stay down for long as she picked herself up quickly and charged towards Mara, delivering a knee strike to her face.

"AUGHH!!"

Mara cried out in pain as Sachiko's knee impacted against her face. She fell backwards and hit the mat with her back. She groaned in pain as she clutched onto her face, trying to soothe the pain as she then rolled to her side. She needed to recover quick, or else her opponent would take advantage of her downed state.

Being taken onto her back had left Sachiko panting, struggling to catch her breath in time to get back on her feet. But the determination still burned in her. Even if she wasn't going to make anyone's list of geniuses or saints, she was stubborn, and when it came to being taken down, she simply wouldn't stay there for long! Forcing her body to push itself up from the mat, Sachiko barreled toward Mara faster than she could feel sore - and she swung her knee for her face just as her opponent was rising, sending her toppling over backward!

With a smirk, Sachiko dusted off her hands, taking a few steps closer to where Mara had fallen. "Hurts, doesn't it? Heh...gonna get a whole lot worse, too~" Sachiko winked at the fallen Mara just before picking up her leg, grabbing for her ankle and starting to twist it with an ankle lock!
