Allen Riley vs. Yamato Nadeshiko - Aerial Warfare

Unread post by PrinceArjuna332 »

Standard Match
Victory Conditions: Gained by either pin, KO, or submission from the opponent.
Normal rules apply.

Last time she entered the ring, she suffered a loss, so tonight, Allen Riley was determined to emerge victorious and show everyone what she was made of. Clad in her two-piece wrestling outfit, which consisted of pink sports bra and trunks with black fire patterns, she waited for her cue to make her entrance. Soon, her new entrance theme, Oath by Starlight, was played, and the British daredevil made her way out to the ramp, receiving a moderate pop from the crowd.

Then, Allen broke into a sprint, running down the ramp before leaping straight into the ring through the ropes. Performing an acrobatic maneuver, she stuck her landing before she popped up onto her feet, receiving pop from the crowd some more. Raising her arms to rouse the crowd, she then rolled her shoulders before she did some light warm-up before she headed over to one of the corners so that she could wait for her opponent to show up.

From what she had heard, her opponent for tonight was also a high-flyer, and she wanted to see how good she was in the ring and in the air. If she was not mistaken, her opponent for tonight was known as Yamato Nadeshiko. She would wait for this Yamato to arrive as she leaned against the corner, waiting for the Japanese high-flyer to make her appearance.

Similarly to wrestler Allen Riley, Yamato Nadeshiko was ready to pull out all the stops tonight and earn a win to bolster standing in LAW's middleweight division. The self-proclaimed "Perfect Woman" made her entrance soon after Riley parkoured her way into the ring and got around to warming up, red and white pyro erupted as the lights focused on the entrance ramp! Yamato appeared and struck a pose! The Perfect Woman was ready for action!

With a loud crowd reception, the Japanese superstar would turn around and make her way towards the ring. She slaps the open palms of fans at ringside before nimbly hopping onto the ring apron and climbing the turnbuckles in the corner! Although Yamato was perfectly capable of working her matches as an all-around wrestler, none could deny her aerial prowess. She raised her arms high and faced the crowd before somersaulting off the top turnbuckle to meet Allen Riley in the center of the ring. She'd stand almost close enough for their busts to graze each other. Yamato eyed Riley with anticipation as she sized up her fellow aerialist.

"May the best woman win." Nadeshiko said with a confident smirk on her face as she pulled her hand out from her side and offered a pre-match handshake in a show of sportsmanship.

Allen had heard of Yamato, and she was looking forward to face her in this ring. She waited for her to make her way into the ring, and once she was inside, which was done in quite a spectacular manner, Allen would take a while to study her, wanting to ascertain her character as well as her way of handling herself in the ring. Yamato had brought herself close to the Brit, and the two of them had a staredown before the Japanese wrestler offered her a handshake.

Never the one to refuse a handshake, Allen would accept it, shaking hands with her opponent. Mirroring the other woman, Allen would also show a confident smile, thinking that this would be a challenge for her that she would have to overcome in order to stand victorious at the end of this match. "Yes, may the best woman win." Reciprocating the display of spirit of sportsmanship, Allen would then let go of Yamato's hand before stepping back, preparing herself for the match.

Now that the referee had taken her position, the bell was rung, starting the match between these two. Allen would start off the match by circling her opponent, already taking a stance with both her hands raised up. She would sidle to the side, maintaining the distance between the two of them before closing in, looking to engage her opponent in a grapple, locking up with her. She wanted to see how good her opponent was at grappling, and while she might be a high-flyer first and foremost, she took great pride in her ability to grapple with her opponents.

Yamato was happy to see Riley reciprocate the gesture. She shook her fellow middleweight's hand firmly and did some last-minute prep of her own. Yamato stepped back and stretched near her own. She made sure to be nice and limber for what was sure to be a fast-paced contest! When the bell rang, she'd look across the ring and give Riley a firm nod before approaching and encircling the ring together with her opponent!

The moment the pair of middleweights drew close, Yamato sought to grapple as well! She'd lock up with Allen and attempt a standard Collar and Elbow lockup! From here, Nadeshiko tested her foe's grappling proficiency by trying to transition into a Side Headlock to gain control! She'd attempt to overpower Riley, flexing her upper body as she tried to pull the girl closer and closer to the ropes in an attempt to push Riley against them and set up an Irish Whip to throw her towards the opposite side of the ring at high speed!

Yamato was adept at grappling as well. And she aimed to use those skills to lay the setup opportunities for herself to shift gears and pick up the pace while forcing her fellow up-and-comer to do the same!

"Ikuzooo!"

Locking up with Yamato in a grapple, Allen then found herself being pulled down before she ended up in a side headlock. She grunted slightly, trying to get herself out of this predicament before her opponent brought her closer and closer to the ropes. She knew that her opponent was controlling the match at the moment, and she had to find a way to gain an upper hand over her to turn the match around in her favor.

As she felt herself being pushed against the ropes, Allen was then sent running towards the opposite ropes by Yamato's Irish whip. This time, she was determined to make use of this opportunity, moving towards the ropes. Soon, she would reach the ropes and stop herself from rebounding from them. She would do what she knew best as she would grab onto the top rope before leaping up onto it, looking to use the ropes as a springboard.

"Here I go!!"

Yelling out, she would try to use the ropes to launch herself upwards into the air, looking to perform a breathtaking somersault. Hoping that the force of her using the ropes as her springboard was enough to send her towards her opponent, Allen would try to land a moonsault knee strike right at Yamato's head.

Having gained a slight advantage in grappling, Yamato held Riley's head at her side to maintain some control over her. The simple yet oppressive hold enabled Yamato to dictate the pace for the moment. Feeling like she was at least marginally stronger than her similarly-sized opponent, The Perfect Woman sought to pick things up by throwing the edgier aerialist towards the ropes! The sudden throw didn't seem to faze Miss Allen. Yamato eyed her opponent carefully as she seemed to roll with the momentum and springboard off the ropes to turn the tides!

"Nani?!" Nadeshiko gasped in surprise as she scouted the Moonsault. Fans cheered as Riley seemed to move with impressive speed and agility, making use of the ropes as if bouncing off then was second nature! Yamato ducked and rushed forward. Barely in the nick of time did she managed to slide under Riley and evade the move! Having witnessed her foe's skill firsthand, The Perfect Woman looked to follow up her "perfect" evade by continuing her low dash and barreling towards the ropes! She hopped into the middle rope for a Springboard of her own! Yamato would spin gracefully as she looked to turn around in midair for an airborne kick of her own in the form of a Springboard Roundhouse! She set the toe of her red boot on a collision course with her opponent's pretty face!

"ORA!"

Making use of her own momentum to launch herself into the air, Allen tried to perform a moonsault knee strike in order to deliver her attack at Yamato, but her opponent was quick that she managed to avoid being hit by her. Sticking her landing on her feet, Allen prepared herself to get moving despite her still pretty shaken after landing on her own feet, she saw Yamato going for a moonsault of her own.

This time, Yamato went to deliver a moonsault roundhouse, delivering a kick aimed to Allen's face. Repeating what her opponent had done earlier, she would duck and move forward, avoiding the kick before running towards the ropes again. This time, instead of launching herself into the air with a springboard, she aimed to rebound back to where her opponent was after she landed so that she could try hitting her with a shoulder block, looking to knock her off her feet.

The pace of the match quickened as Allen Riley emulated Yamato's dodge, ducking under the airborne kick just in time to dodge and dart towards the ropes! Fans cheered as the pair of aerialists avoided each other. Yamato had found her footing the moment she landed. She raided her head just in time to see Allen Riley rebounding off the ropes. The Joshi superstar prepared herself in anticipation of her foe's next offensive move! When Nadeshiko noticed her opponent's feet leaving the mat, she'd spread her arms and stagger backwards as she caught Allen!

"Yosh!" Yamato would cry out as she tried to slide her arms down Riley's upper body and waist to try and pick Miss Allen out of the air and secure her in a Bearhug to punish her!

Propelling herself towards Yamato after hitting the ropes, Allen aimed to hit her with a shoulder block, but before she could deliver her hit, her opponent managed to catch her in the act. "Aahh!!!" Allen yelped when she was caught, and before she could do anything, Yamato shifted her hold on her before subjecting her to a bearhug!

"UAAHHH!!!"

Allen cried out in pain, her body squeezed by Yamato's powerful arms. She struggled and shook her body, trying her best to pull herself out of the hold. Her eyes were screwed shut as she gritted her teeth, and the Brit would exert her strength in order to attempt her escape.

Yamato had managed to pluck Riley from the air while maintaining her balance. Her biceps and triceps tensed as she tried to put the squeeze on her fellow aerialist and take control of the pace of this match. Just a few seconds of the hold was enough to demonstrate the effects. Allen Riley was strung up and immobile, perhaps losing some stamina. But Yamato could feel her opponent's upper body firing on all cylinders and exerting everything she could to break free! Not wanting to draw out the hold, Yamato would opt to hoist her foe higher and drop to a kneeling position, driving Allen's tailbone down onto her knee for a Manhattan Drop!

If the move connected and stunned Riley, the Japanese superstar would rise up and attempt to follow up with a Jumping Knee strike, aiming for Riley's face to take control of things and keep her on the defensive!
