Mic Chick vs. Amaya Shizuko

The lights dimmed in the LAW arena and suddenly a wailing guitar solo played for about ten seconds before puff of pyro went off. After a moment, Joan Jett's I Love Rock & Roll starts to play and Mic Chick in her black, red, and gold outfit, smirking out at the crowd who got loud for her before she began clapping to her theme song.

When the song began, Mic Chick wasted no time in singing along with her hot, raspy vocals into a microphone as she walked down the ramp, moving to slap hands with some of the fans. She had tons of fans, a lot from her career as a singer in Japan, and she was eager to show them all respect and a good time, above all else! She even took the moment to pose for a picture for a girl who was recording her on her phone before getting down to the ring, walking up the steps and stepped onto the apron, leading the crowd in the chorus, which they sang along to!

The song cut off after that and Mic Chick walked to the middle of the ring and then hung her head briefly, grinning. [color=

Then, when the vocals kicked in, the famed cover artist began to sing the words in a sexy, raspy voice into a microphone as she came down the ramp. There were many die-hard fans in the crowd, and when Mic Chick saw them, she took a moment to slap their hand as she sung, not missing a single beat, sounding like a serious professional. Her debut had been greatly anticipated, and she had teased her fans of it for a while over social media, so when they were in the crowd, they got loud for the singer.

When Mic got to the steel steps, she led the crowd in a chorus, waving her arm and commanding them rather effectively to move to the beat, and when the chorus was over, she stepped into the ring and the music cut off. She looked over at her redheaded opponent and gave her a wink before taking a spot in the center of the ring, looking out at the crowd with a big smile on her face, genuinely seeming grateful for the support as they rained cheers on her.

After enough time of this, Mic Chick tapped her microphone, forcing it to feedback, but not in any sort of painful way. She had a good touch with that. Then, finally, she spoke. "You guys feel that?" The rocker held up a finger, wagging it as she looked back up again. "I'm talking about feeling that electricity in this building right now, baby! Let's give it up for everyone here for keeping this place ALIVE!" She struck an adorable pose and held the mic in the air for the crowd to cheer, which they did loudly!

"That's what I like to hear! Now, do you guys know my opponent? Amaya Shizuko? Because believe it or not, but I do my research. I'm not a total idiot when it comes to this. See, I don't have any issues with Amaya. Not even one." She paused and then bobbed her head back and forth. "Buuuuut, I do have a concern. The girl doesn't know how to have fun, you know? And we like to have fun here, right?" There was a cheer in response, but Mic Chick waved a hand. "Of course we do. So all of us here, we have one goal tonight: And Amaya, I am calling you out."

With an intense look on her face, Mic walked to the ropes facing the ramp and glared at the entrance. "We're going to get you to smile--like a real smile here tonight. And I'm not talking one of those 'Doohoo! Victory is mine!' kind of smiles. I mean an 'I'm having a good time' smiles. Or hell, maybe even a 'Damn that girl who just kicked me in the head is cute' smiles. I'll take those bedroom eyes, sweetie, so long as you flash those pearly whites for me when you drop them on me!" The singer laughed and stepped back, unable to keep up the charade anymore.

"So come on down to the ring here, Lady Death Star. Mic Chick's got a little rock and roll and hustle and soul to show you. And you know I've got plenty to spare, so bring the scary face on, baby! I've got a boot it can kiss if you're feeling lucky!" Mic Chick ended by making a kissing noise into the mic and then threw it over her shoulder, walking back to the opposite end of the ring and leaning against the ropes, arms draped over the top, and reclining with a smirk on her face as the crowd went wild for her declaration. She was a showman, that was for sure. But she did feel like getting this chick to smile might be a good enough of an accomplishment for her in this match, or at least an eager challenge.

Re: Mic Chick vs. Amaya Shizuko

As Mic Chick made her entrance, Amaya stood in the gorilla position and would make her cue to arrive on the scene. And that cue would not come for a while as this girl seemed to mix a short performance on top of her ring entrance which was great to get the crowd all fired up. She was a good performer, how well she stood up in the ring remained to be seen but least the crowd would be invigorated for their contest not that Amaya's neutral expression gave much care for that.

But then Mic Chick decided to use this chance to turn an entrance into a promo, which caught Amaya's attention.

Mic Chick began to go on about Amaya, saying she had nothing against her but was ever eager to get a smile out of the girl. A real smile, not merely one out of pride for victory or some fake smile but a true smile of enjoyment. And it seemed to be a popular decision, as the crowd seemed to support Mic Chick's goal to get that smile out of Amaya and encouraged her all the more as the girl's confidence was quite clear. And it was more than just her confidence in her ability to make her smile, but to win as she made oh so clear when she called her out as the end of her impassioned promo.

Amaya was amused by the display, though her face never shifted from her intense focus as soon enough she got her cue and would make her way to the stage. Kiryuu ga KILL by Hiroyuki Sawano began to play through the loudspeakers as the air took a turn from the jovial "ruckus" atmosphere Mic Chick created as before long Amaya Shizuko made her way to the stage as she gave that tried & true cold glare to everyone present.

Amaya was as prepared as ever for this match, and as her thick eyebrows frowned as she scanned the capacity crowd around her getting a happy go lucky smile out of her would be no easy task. With confidence behind each step Amaya made her way down the entrance ramp as her music which seemed to command attention that kindly mixed with her intimidating aura as she walked up the steel steps and stepped in the ring through the middle rope.

There'd be no fanfare, no pyro and no gimmicks. Just the music as Amaya stood in the middle of the ring and eyed the capacity crowd around her though Amaya would not let her words go without an answer. As Amaya would without saying a word to the referee demand a mic who quickly provided one as she turned to Mic Chick for her own retort.

"Quite the display. I certainly hope that you are more than just flare...I myself do not bother to waste energy on unnecessary actions, so if you desire to make me smile you'll have to show me that you are worth the time. Show me the resolve, the substance behind the superficial! I have no intention to merely give these people a show, I am here to win and if you wish to stand across from me you'd better focus on that and nothing else! Amaya said, speaking as if she was giving a public speech to not just Mic Chick but the crowd. As Amaya passed the mic back to the ref and moved to her corner one thing was clear.

Amaya meant serious business, and she would not give Mic Chick an easy time. She came here to win and made her intentions crystal clear.

Mic Chick watched as Amaya came down to the ring, playing to the crowd a little bit more, flirting with those in the front row briefly. But when her opponent entered the ring and requested a microphone, the rocker looked a bit surprised and impressed. Maybe this girl would have something cool to say and light this crowd up. But then as she spoke, it became very clear to Mic Chick one thing: this girl should not have a microphone.

About halfway through the black-haired girl's retort, Mic covered her mouth in an exaggerated yawn and then wiped at her eyes. And finally, when Amaya had finished, the entertainer went from looking like she was about to fall asleep right then to perk up. "Shoot, sorry... Almost dozed off there," said Mic Check cheekily before walking backwards to her corner.

"As an aside, are you ticklish in any way!? And do you like knock knock jokes!?" shouted Mic from her corner, grinning broadly. Not long after that, the bell would ring and Mic would back herself against the turnbuckle before making a sprint directly towards Amaya and going for a flying headscissors straight off the bat!

Amaya rolled her eyes at Mic Chick's reaction as this girl seemed a bit...unfocused in general, and quite frankly that only rose her desire to show this girl why her words should be given their due respect. She was asked about if she had been "ticklish" or not and as Amaya prepared for a likely sarcastic reply her eyes widened a bit as Mic Chick charged going for an unexpected flying headscissors.

Amaya had no way to prepare for this, so the headscissors had been successful so she was sent tumbling, but Amaya was quick to adapt to the sudden offensive as Amaya rolled through and landed up on one knee as she faced Mic Chick with an intense glare.

"...an impatient one, aren't you?" Amaya mused as she worked to get back to her feet as if she was eager to start fast & furious she'd answer in kind as she charged and aimed to try and take Mic Chick down with a clothesline.

Mic Chick had hit the flying headscissors flawlessly on her opponent, and the rockstar immediately got to one knee, wheeling around to take look at her opponent, who also rolled forward through the move. With a nod of approval, Mic grinned. "Just excited to scrap, baby girl. Let me know if you can't keep up and maybe I'll slow down."

The blonde stood up as Amaya did and then scouted her clothesline, rolling right under it barely! It was looking like her opponent was quite speedy as well! But she was about to see just how quick Amaya would be. When Amaya would turn around, Mic Chick would try to leap up and hit a leg lariat, seeing if she could nail her again and take her down!

Amaya internally rolled her eyes though she remained focus on the task at hand as she worked quickly to turn as she caught glimpse of Mic Chick's leg as she went for a lariet with it. Amaya was quick to act as she dropped back to the ground using her hands to help cushin the fall of the self back bump but in quick succession once the lariet had been avoided she'd kip up to get back on her feet.

In quick succession, she'd try to get a takedown of her own as she went for a leg sweep from behind on Mic Chick. This fast pace sequence already seemed to get the crowd fired up as they watched with great intent behind each move.

Mic Chick had went for the leg lariat, but she missed! She figured it couldn't be that easy and she was ready to pop up to her feet, which she did! Her opponent was a bit more driven, and she knew her style. She anticipated a swift counter to her move and glanced back and reacted just quick enough to leap over Amaya's leg sweep!

"Oh, so close!" shouted Mic sarcastically. She would then turn and attempt to kick Amaya in the side of her head, continuing the fast pace of this match up with her equally speedy foe!

Amaya frowned as her leg sweep was met with a quip and a leap as quickly Mic Chick struck back and aimed to try and kick her in the side of the face. One had to react quickly and Amaya had done exactly that as the natural striker raised her own leg and kicked at Mic Chick's leg aiming to block the kick with one of her own as this blow of powerful kicks got a pop from the crowd.

"...and yet so far." Amaya replied as she pushed on her kick to try and knock Mic Chick away from her.

Both Mic Chick and Amaya's lets met each other, with Mic looking pretty impressed by the clash. And, she at least could see her opponent was willing to share in some banter. With a big grin on her face, she felt her dark-haired opponent shove on her leg and the rocker staggered back a couple paces. "Now that's what I like to see, baby!" shouted Mic, waving her hands up in an attempt to rile up the crowd who were already hyped up.

The blonde would then put her fist out for a fist bump. "Props," stated Mic Chick plainly, smirking. She wanted to see just how friendly Amaya could be.

Indeed the crowd seemed hyped as the kick and Mic Chick's subsequent attempt to rile them up worked like a charm as the crowd gave a round of applause to both competitors to this point. Amaya kept a stone face expression as she was on guard in case Mic Chick tried an attack...but merely was met with a compliment and an attempt at a fist bump which left Amaya silent for a minute.

"Let's save the feel good pep for the...post match content." Amaya said, as it seemed that while she was one to slip occasional sarcastic quips she was not yet ready to fully embrace the "pep" that Mic Chick embrace. Though she had not tried to cheap shot Mic Chick either when she moved for the non-attack gesture and moved to a stance almost as if she tried to invite her for a lockup to begin the next "round."
