Noelle laced up her boots as she waited backstage as her (still yet unrevealed) manager continue to spout nonsense about how important it was to win on her first match in LAW. Telling her that despite being young and prone to mistakes, like not finishing matches that she could win easily and taking time to prolong it just to hurt people, she could make a big impact if she won the right way and start a big momentum early in her career.

Noelle rolled her eyes at the that, she didn't care about winning the right way. If she won and had fun doing it at expense of others, what was the problem in that? Her manager continued to talk about the profits of having an illustrious career and what not. Noelle was grateful of the man who plucked her out of the dinky promotion in stateside, but beyond that she didn't care much for his advice about how to live her life as she grabbed her umbrella as her theme began to play.

She had yet to be given anything other than a generic theme song, but she didn't care. It wasn't going to change a thing as she started walking down towards the ring twirling her umbrella over her shoulder. She looked around the arena, definitely much more bigger than those crowds that barely hit the double digits. Her lips curled into a smirk, making her way to the ring stairs as she closed her umbrella and laid it against the ring before climbing into it. There was no real spectacle that Noelle wanted to do, not before the match anyway. She needed her opponent inside of the ring in order to achieve the spectacle that she wanted, waiting in her corner of the ring as she smirked while looking at the entrance.

She didn't care who entered, she just wanted someone.

Asuka was back into the LAW arena after a short break. She'd spent a lot of time (and money) designing a new look for herself, changing out the brown hair for blonde, brown eyes for blue. Her old pink & neon blue colour scheme had been replaced with a stunning and vibrant blue & yellow. Over her break, she'd spent a lot of time streaming the latest and greatest in video games, and broke her previous record for viewercount by more than 25%. Her body had healed, and she felt amazing.

She stepped out at the top of the ramp once her music hit, and made her way excitedly down the ramp, her arms thrown up into the air. The audience gave a deafening roar for the superstar lightweight, it was hard to go anywhere in Japan lately where nobody knew who Asuka was, and the jam-packed arena reflected that. It filled Asuka with a great sense of delight to see so many people who were here to watch her and Noelle fight.

She slid into the ring, and rolled over onto her feet, bouncing about until the roar started to die down, and then came to the middle to meet her opponent for the night, waving to her. "Kon'nichiwa!"

Contrast to her, Noelle's opponent was much more lively as she watched with her dual colored eyes as the yellow clad girl made her way down to the ring. She would break her concentration to look around the arena, seeing how the crowd reacted to her with such boisterous approval. She had heard of this Asuka, apparently taking a quick hiatus from LAW to come back with a new and stunning look and was most likely looking for a great victory to top off her return. Her smile curled even higher, Noelle was going to make sure that this return to be a nightmare for her.

Looking at Asuka wave at her, all Noelle did was a flick of the dual colors of brown and pink hair and her smirk firing on cylinders to ooze off her arrogant confidence. Noelle wouldn't waste anytime in trying to ruffle Asuka's feathers, not saying a word in response to her warm greeting. Noelle would wait in her corner, leaning back into the turnbuckle with her arms lackadaisically resting on the top rope as she waited for the bell to ring. She couldn't wait to get back into action, having been waiting for another match since the long flight to Japan as well as the negotiation process that her manager dragged her into.

And her excitement was squarely put down when Noelle just sat atop the corner and gave a disinterested look. Asuka had a feeling it was going to be one of those fights, the type where her opponent would refuse to give in purely out of spite, and would constantly break the rules just to get a cheap hit or two in on her. Her smile faded, and she crossed her arms over her chest.

The referee gave up trying to call Noelle over to explain the rules, and just went to ring the bell regardless. When it did, Asuka hopped back a few steps and brought her hands up into a boxing stance. If Noelle advanced, Asuka meant to force her back into the corner with a series of quick jabs and hooks, none really meant to hit, but just make her opponent backpedal and retreat.

Noelle saw the roll of the eyes and the light disdain that Asuka had for her. Enjoying watching her opponent's reactions to her, Noelle found a great kick out of irritating her opponent during the course of a match. Seeing Asuka already reacting to her, tipped Noelle off that this was going to be the kind of match up she liked. She would begin to walk out of the corner after the bell rang, her arms relaxing at her sides while her opponent took a more serious stance.

The smirk on her face, eyes relaxed she approached Asuka and despite her outward appearance she was careful. The striking stance of her opponent was no laughing matter. A successful string of blows would spell trouble for her, as she lifted her hands trying to look as amateurish as possible. However, there wasn't any opening that Noelle could find, the girl had a solid lock with her stance. Noelle needed her off of her guard if she wanted to do anything. She started to back up into the corner, a head on challenge like this wasn't the best course of action.

If she managed to get there with Asuka charging in on her, Noelle would mask her worry and inability to start an offensive by leaning against the corner with her arms draped on top rope, smug smirk in tow on her face.

Asuka's constant feinting and punching was enough to bully Noelle backwards until she bumped into the corner where she had previously sat so smugly. Again, Noelle decided to show off and act cool by hooking her arms over the top ropes and standing as if she were invulnerable. This seemed to be something of a mistake, as she ended up making Asuka a little angry, wanting to put this cocky mute down.

Any remotely competent striking teacher would've told you that completely dropping your guard against someone who knows what they're doing is a huge mistake. This was a lesson Asuka planned to teach her opponent, quickly stepping in to block her opponent's escape from the corner, and beginning to throw fast, low hooks and uppercuts aimed at crushing Noelle's lungs and winding the girl!

Noelle saw Asuka racing in after her, hasting her retreat into the corner as she covered up, bringing her arms in front of her body while tucking down. She managed to block most of the fast hits, but some managed to sneak past and nail her in her belly. From those light blows in her stomach that stung with each hit that she didn't managed to block, she knew that these wasn't wild strikes either as they were all targeted for her solar plexus, looking to sap and rob Noelle's ability to breath. It just proved that Noelle was going to be in for some trouble the second she would allow a massive blow to hit.

Her eye caught Asuka winding up, spinning around with her fist extended as she wanted to knock her block off a back fist, Noelle would duck underneath the blow and move her upper torso between the top and middle rope, where it would force the ref girl to break up the onslaught of blows. Noelle would wait until Asuka was preoccupied with the ref girl before attempting to toss a kick at the girl's mid section, clearly not wanting a clean break before scurrying out of the ring to catch her breath. If she connected she knew that Asuka would not be pleased with her and was on edge in case she came after her.

Asuka grumbled and complained when the referee hooked her in a full-nelson and dragged her away from her opponent once Noelle slipped in between the ropes. It was technically a rope break, but the bi-coloured girl was just so cocky and smug that Asuka wanted to wail on her and show her that she wasn't as good as she thought. To make things worse, just as soon as the referee broke Asuka's guard to carry her off, Noelle threw out an illegal kick at Asuka's flat, invisible abs.

The blonde was just barely able to avoid it by bringing her own leg up to catch the kick with her pad, making it deal very little, if any, damage. As soon as that happened, Asuka started to struggle against the referee's grip, but he was simply far far far too strong for any lightweight girl to do anything about it, so she didn't get to go free until he let her. Asuka immediately started to chase Noelle down, aiming to beat her senseless!

Noelle's attempt to sneak attack Asuka didn't work out as planned, the excellent striker was all too prepared for it as she blocked and parried in swift motion. Rolling out of the ring, Noelle would count her blessing as she ducked out of the ring to escape Asuka's fists and feet of fury. She would lurk around ringside, watching and waiting for when the ref girl would give her enough space to enter back into the ring.

Seeing her chance, Noelle would roll back into the ring with her smirk still plastered on her face as she was still confident that she was the one in control of the flow of the match. A straight kick to the chest quickly proved her wrong as her eyes widened. No sound came out of Noelle's mouth, managed to internalize the gasp to keep it under control, but not the pain. Her hands went up to her chest as she staggered against the ropes and ended up back first against the corner.

Ironically ended up where she was moments ago.

As soon as Noelle was back in the ring, Asuka hit her in the chest with a hard kick and sent her stumbling back into the corner. Again, Asuka had her right where she wanted her, and she charged in to block any hope of Noelle getting out to open space in the middle of the ring. Immediately, she started laying punches down into Noelle's body, not being at all strategic about it anymore, just throwing jabs and hooks and straights wherever it looked like her opponent's block was weakest.

Eventually she started to focus on Noelle's flat belly, torturing it and working it with a near-constant string of shots that seemed to come one after the other with no delay in-between. Things were looking pretty grim for the bi-coloured wrestler by this point, and Asuka loved it.
