These are the sort of important questions that float through your mind when you’re standing behind the curtain, waiting for your music to hit, moments away from debuting in a new promotion, and in a new country. AJ wasn’t a rookie by any means, but she had made her name in one company. Bled and sweat in one ring. Certainly, she had a reputation, which would precede her—at least with the most diehard fans. But would the audience of LAW prove as welcoming as she might hope…?
The answer would come within moments, as a feminine voice came over the PA system.

And as those cheers grew louder, so too did the adrenaline coursing through Swann’s veins begin to pump more intensely. Losing herself to the rush, AJ raced down the aisle, diving under the bottom rope and sliding to a halt on her knees. Remaining in that posture, the Canadian’s hips continued to rock with the music, Swann throwing up a double set of horns with each hands and extending her tongue in a display that would’ve made Gene Simmons green with envy.
Finally, “the Hardcore Heartbreaker” sprang to her feet and moved toward her corner, where she began to stretch and loosen up while waiting for her opponent to arrive.
