Things were a scramble as LAW officials prepared to present the next match. A contest in the rising tag team division, the fans were going to see some familiar faces in the ring tonight, and the crew had to make absolutely certain that everything went off without a hitch, on their end. With second and third checks on the sound system, Gemma Faraday and Holly Matheson, the British Bombshells, prepared to make their entrance. The extra attention of the ring crew confused the British girls a bit, but eventually they shrugged it off.
“Must be we’re getting more important,” Gemma teased her friend. Holly only grinned, as she finished her pre-match stretches. The more buxom of the Bombshells always struggled with getting limber before a match, and her nerves never helped. Finally, however, the production crew gave them the signal, and the Bombshells were ready to head out!

The two stepped out onto the entrance ramp with their usual theme blaring on the loudspeakers, and the usual cheers of their fans to greet them. As they walked down the entrance ramp, Gemma and Holly smiled and waved for the fans, Holly high-fiving some and Gemma giving hugs to a few of the lucky ones near the edge of the crowd. Despite their best efforts, Gemma and Holly were on something of a losing streak, as a team. In fact, the duo were still yet to pick up a single win in the ring, much to their collective misery. Despite this uncomfortable fact, however, it seemed the fans still wanted to support the pretty British Bombshells, which was something the duo was eternally grateful for. Crowd support could be everything to some professional wrestlers, and that vocal support from their fans was what kept Gemma and Holly from hanging up their boots in disgrace, some nights!
Stepping up to the ring apron, Gemma and Holly took the middle rope in one hand. Perched on one knee, with their other leg stretched forward, Holly and Gemma struck a pose by turning their chests toward the fans, lifting and arm, and flexing a bicep. Together, they made something of a heart shape, pausing for photos, before they stood up, wiped their boots, then ducked into the ring. The pose always drew a good deal of flash photography and cheers from the fans, making the Brits grin.
Stepping into the ring, Gemma and Holly stood tall. They thrust their hands into the air in a “V for Victory” symbol, and let the cheers slowly die down. Soon, they were staring up the ramp, waiting for their opponents to come out.
“We’ve got this, Holly,” Gemma said, putting her hands on her knees and staring up at the entrance. “I guess our opponents tonight are a couple of teenagers! How bad can they be?”
“Yep!” Holly agreed, bouncing up and down in her heels but looking a little less sure, “We’re gonna take these kids to school, tonight!”
