Kimiko's mind was running wild with nervousness and anxious thoughts, she had spent the day pacing back and fourth everywhere she went. This was her first official wrestling match as well as her LAW debut. She really had not had much time to adjust to the city or crowds only really meeting one person that she was to used to and trusted and that was her mentor Akari. In an attempt to calm herself down Kimiko had taken a quick shower though it partially relax her body, her mind was still running wild with thought.
Getting out of the shower Kimiko grabbed a towel and dried off in front of her locker before grabbing her gear, putting it on, starting with her bottoms and then her top. It had been her first time wearing it since trying it on one time when she first received it as a gift from her family back home, the red and white attire was sure to serve its purpose as well as highlight Kimiko's Japanese heritage. Kimiko then put her arm accessories on before sitting down on the bench so she could get her boots on and tied. The young lioness looked at the clock seeing she still had several minutes until her match, her hair only took a few moments to comb and make presentable leaving her with nothing to do but stare into the mirror she had placed in her locker.
A knock on the door would present itself to Kimiko, followed by a swift entrance into the locker room, with a welcome surprise greeting her with a warm smile. It was Akari Ito, the Sea Turtle...the first person Kimiko had met, who also turned out to be her mentor for the Young Lioness program, a wild and crazy new journey for both of them to embark on together. With mere minutes to go before Kimiko could expect a cue from the backstage crew, Akari wanted to drop by quickly and give her first real 'prospect' some words of wisdom, or-...as much as she could provide. Given she was new to this whole training and mentoring thing, Akari had her difficulties. When it came to the teaching aspect of wrestling, she would have to learn on the fly...but she refused to leave Kimiko hanging out to dry. She was HER responsibility, so she wanted to show she was more than willing to tackle the challenge and give Kimiko a PROPER mentorship. Akari had the skills and the experience necessary. All she lacked was a way to translate it. How could she guide without knowing where to go herself? With Kimiko being so out-of-touch with modern-day concepts and technology, there'd be a few shared hurdles to leap over, but the two of them would be able to make it through this storm together...The first step was clear, and that was getting Kimiko through her debut match with a WIN.
Akari Casual Outfit
"Hey! Sorry, I hope I wasn't late...I was dealing with a few things, and I lost track of time. Getting through this place is a maze, but I'm sure you know that already, haha-...I didn't want to leave you by yourself. I actually meant to get here sooner, as I said...sorry to be such a crappy mentor. For a first impression, this must really suck, huh?" She said, trying to lighten the mood at her own expense.
"I just wanted to drop in and see how you're feeling...maybe help with those pre-match jitters. You feel it, right? The anxiety? The pressure? It's all...overwhelming, yeah? It's natural, I promise...Take a few deep breaths. Remember what I said when we first met...that crowd out there, they'll be cheering for YOU someday. Every last one of them. Don't think of them as a judgmental audience. Think of this as your first chance to amaze them...show them why you deserve to be here. Show them EXACTLY who 'Kimiko Bando' is." She said, walking over toward the younger woman. She put her hands on Kimiko's shoulders and looked her in the eyes. "What matters most is that you go out there and you give it your all. Okay?"

Kimiko's ears were quick to perk up when she heard a knock at the door, though the noise in the city was often proving annoying to get used to for her, it was actually pretty quite in the locker room, in a sense it was a nice break and safe spot from all the noise. Kimiko turned her head to look towards the door seeing it swing open and a familiar face stepping in, her mentor Akari, someone she considered her friend as well, she was also the first person she had met, meeting her at the train station when she had first arrived. "Hey Akari" Kimiko said greeting her mentor, her nervousness being prevalent in her voice before she remained quite listening to ever word Akari said only breaking her silence to chuckle at Akari's joke about being late and being a crappy mentor, wanting her to know that she didn't mind. In Kimiko's eyes Akari was a great mentor and friend to her.
Kimiko listened carefully starting to take deep breaths like Akari had instructed as she continued to listen staring up at the woman until she put her hands on her shoulders and Kimiko quickly made eye contact. "Yeah. I guess"
A staff member knocked at the door. "Three minutes Ms. Bando" they shouted getting Kimiko's attention. "Hey Akari, would you be fine with walking down to the ring with me? That and do you have any ideas what I should do to get the crowd excited?" she asked with a small smile, some of the nervousness clearly having left her mind.

"Oh, Kimiko-...Of COURSE, I'll walk down with you." She said, hugging her, trying to make sure that the woman felt calm, comfortable, and supported. "Trust me, you're gonna kill it out there tonight. I just know it." When asked how the rookie could get the audience on her side, Akari smirked, stepping back with a bright smile. "I'm SO glad you asked. I wanted to train you on this because personality is EVERYTHING here...It's not just enough to be good at wrestling. You have to be able to command attention and respect. When you go out there, ALL eyes should be on you, and people should be hanging on to your every word. People must see AND feel your confidence. If you can get them pumped up, they'll naturally follow behind you. So when you get out there, remember-...deep breath, strike a pose, and give a confident shout, like-...Oh! Like a samurai general leading his men in a charge, give them a war cry!" She said.

Kimiko rose to her feet getting ready to leave the locker room and begin her entrance and was suddenly met with a hug from Akari. Kimiko smiled and returned the hug, truly feeling like Akari supported her as the hug lasted for a few moments, the woman still giving Kimiko words of encouragement before the hug ended and Akari stepped back to answer Kimiko's question. Kimiko nodded and smiled taking every word and piece of advice Akari gave her into account as she tried to think of a pose that could get pop from the crowd, Akari's samurai reference only spurring her imagination and childhood memories, reading stories about the samurai and there Bushido, or way of the warrior. Kimiko thought that in a way she could be or was an in ring samurai but that needed to wait as the match was quickly approaching. "Definitely thinking we should work on stuff like this next training session" Kimiko said glancing at the clock. "Okay Akari. I'm ready"
Kimiko exited the locker room presumably with Akari following behind heading towards the curtain, memorizing where it was after passing it on her way in earlier. Kimiko waited a minute practicing and trying to come up with a motion and a pose to make before her music came on.
NOW ENTERING THE RING AND MAKING HER LAW DEBUT... STANDING AT 5'5 AND WEIGHING 120 POUNDS. KIMIKOOOOO BANDOOOOOO Music
Kimiko took a deep breath and walked out onto the stage, stopping and kneeling in the center for a few moments before springing back up to her feet, her arms shooting up into the air as she let out a war cry as her music intensified slightly. Kimiko then walked to the ring, stopping to give a few fans some high fives, hoping to gain some good will with the LAW fanbase as well as show she was a friendly face that the fans could hopefully get behind as she made her way to the ring, sliding underneath the bottom rope to get inside. Kimiko pondered quickly what to do next as she made her way to the corner, climbing to the second rope and spreading her arms, soaking in the fans before hopping down. Kimiko didn't want to waste time as she began to stretch her arms, keeping her eyes glued on the ramp waiting to see who her opponent was.

Alizeh took a deep breath in preparation as she waited backstage for her entrance to begin. Fixing a mask over her face for her entrance it also served to hide her expression for this match, something that she'd definitely need for at least the opening moments of this bout given what had transpired the last time she stood in the squared circle. It still ate her up how the match against Kyoko went but there was nothing she could do about it but reflect and do what she could to push forward. No matter what. Getting the signal from the backstage crew to make her entrance Alizeh would nod and take a deep breath as she stood up and headed out, the crackle of lighting accompanying her as she did so. Spoiler
Coming out from the back and posing before the fans with her arm up in the air the crowd would immediately cheer for her, even after how the Kyoko match went it arguably cemented Alizeh's status with the fans as a top face main eventer. Coming down the ramp as the song kept playing Alizeh would remain as focused as possible, while she didn't want to put any of what she went through against Kyoko on a debuting talent, she wasn't about to lose focus and misstep in this oh so important first match since the title belt. Making it to the ring Alizeh would hop up on the apron, turning in place as she did so Alizeh would pull the obi of the robe before pulling it apart and dropping it to the floor before reaching up to her mask and pulling it off, finally showing a full expression. Dropping it down to the apron as well Alizh would leap over the ropes and into the ring. Now faced fully with her opponent Alizeh would take a breath before smiling at her opponent. Kimiko seemed like a nice girl and she wanted to start this off right. So she'd approach the middle of th ring and hold her hand out for a handshake with the rookie before the match began. Spoiler

Kimiko looked all around confused as she heard a crackle of lightening, the girl who barely had been around modern technology not knowing it was part of her opponent's entrance until the music fully started. Kimiko's attention immediately snapped back to the ramp seeing her opponent, the woman had a mask on making it hard to really tell who she was though by the sounds of the crowd Kimiko was put against a fan favorite, causing some nervousness to return to her mind wondering how the crowd was going to react throughout the match.
Soon her opponent was at the ring, taking off her robe and mask, Kimiko her first good look as the woman joined her in the ring. Kimiko couldn't help but return the smile her opponent gave her. Kimiko then saw the woman walk towards the center of the ring holding out her hand. Kimiko hesitated for half a second but let out a deep breath and joined her opponent in the center of the ring accepting the handshake. "I'm Kimiko, I really love your attire" Kimiko said introducing herself as well as complimenting the green haired woman.
Akari had accompanied Kimiko down to the ring following her entrance, giving the woman space to perform her first-ever entrance. Akari smiled from the sidelines, watching as the crowd erupted with a deafening sea of cheers in support of LAW's newest signee under the Young Lioness program. Akari walked behind Kimiko, letting her lead the way with confidence. She wanted to support Kimiko without eating up any of the rookie's limelight.
This match was going to be a tough one, that much was certain...but Akari believed that Kimiko would be able to make it through and come out on top. Of course, this fight would be no gimme. The young woman's debut would be set to a multi-fall match, best two out of three falls. This was unorthodox. Kimiko would have to fight in an abnormally paced match for an unforeseen amount of time. There was no telling how long this could drag out. Akari could only hope that her new student had the stamina and wherewithal to outlast her opponent...and speaking of, the identity of Kimiko's adversary was the most heart-stirring, troubling problem of them all.
Kimiko was faced with a dangerous, highly-skilled competitor...A high-class wrestler by the name of Alizeh Midori. She was a notable name amongst LAW's ever-expanding roster, always making headlines and being featured in high-profile matches. She was someone the Sea Turtle had yet to cross paths with. This would be a good test for Kimiko, both in a physical aspect and a mental one. As Alizeh made HER entrance, it became clear that she was an experienced veteran in more than one way. Strong, fast, experienced, gifted, and regimented. Alizeh had all the makings of a champion. On top of that, she knew how to curry favor with the crowd, garnering a massive wave of support with her stylish performance before she made her way to the ring. Akari could feel her aura even from ringside...Kimiko would be in for a long night, but there wasn't a doubt in Akari's mind that she couldn't handle what was about to come.

Alizeh had now made her entrance in full and the crowd was definitely still on her side which was admittedly a bit reassuring. Especially since she wasn't the only fan favorite out right now. Akari Ito, the Sea Turtle Dj, like Alizeh she was one of the top names in the middleweight division and a amazing talent, someone who's work Alizeh was familiar with and fond of. If she had a interest in Kimiko's progression as a wrestler and had a hand in training the girl, than it was even more proof that Alizeh was in for one hell of a fight tonight.
Speaking of, Alizeh approached the girl and offered a handshake to the girl who while hesitant stepped forward and clasped hands with Alizeh, shaking hands with her and even complimenting her attire. "Thanks yours is really good as well. It's great that their letting the lionesses wear their own gear more." Alizeh said with a smile and nod to the girl before releasing her hand and backing up with a slightly more serious expression. "Just cause this is your debut though, don't expect me to go easy on you." She warned with a nod while putting her hands up in preparation for the bout ahead.
Kimiko certainly wanted to put on a show not only for the crowd but for Akari also, wanting to get the fans to start liking and rooting for her as well. She was already trained by her family even before joining the young lioness program though Akari's experience and training had been great for Kimiko, the woman was also helping her adjust to city life and things such as technology becoming almost like a sister to Kimiko. The young lioness could only hope she had trained hard enough to beat a top tier talent like Alizeh. Kimiko did feel a bit confused by the green haired woman's words about letting young lioness wear there own attire having no idea of such a thing. "My family got it for me" Kimiko replied deciding not to bother a stranger with a trivial questions about attire rules and other such things instead paying close attention to Alizeh starting to get serious about the long and far from easy match in front of her.
"I really wasn't expecting anyone to and honestly I don't want people to go easy on my just because I'm new" Kimiko said feeling like going easy on her might as well be an insult, she was here to compete and reestablish her families name as one of the best in wrestling and create a legacy of her own in the process. Taking it easy didn't help Kimiko and if anything it only downplayed her skills. The young lioness returned the nod raising her arms as well, waiting for the bell to sound before beginning a grapple with her opponent.
