K.Z.K vs. Helena DuBois

Helena was ready for action tonight. She was up against a larger woman but that wasn't going to stop Helena from displaying that mix of ability she had including her superior technique inside the ring tonight. Also in the mix other abilities was her cruel rule breaking offense she used to try to break the will of other women in the ring. Clad in her wrestling attire the cold, calculating Helena was strutting through the halls as many of the crew gave her a wide berth.

She was going to make people remember that she should be feared.

Her music began to play and she came out smiling, holding her arms out as she heard a chorus of booed from the crowd. Helena was taking it all in and loving it. "You idiots don't know true dominant wrestling royalty when you see it do you? Hmph." Helena said as she strut down the ramp towards the ring steps. Helena gracefully walked up the steps and bent down to get through the ropes making sure to sway her backside a bit while she was bent over. She stood up and held her arms out again in the middle of the ring looking to the sky and smiling. This was going to be her night and this other woman whomever it was would regret ever setting foot in a ring with Helena.

Kelya was new to LAW and was not quite sure who her opponent was, even when her name, Helena DuBois, was announced. Judging by the crowd reaction she could heard from backstage over her theme music, is certainly wasn't someone that the crowd liked. That bode well for the Brazillian in one way, she'd likely have the crowd on her side, but it also mean't that in all likelihood she'd be facing a heel and she couldn't know for sure what to expect from her.

Kelya's theme would soon start, signaling that it was time to head down the ramp.

She was wearing her primary orange attire for this match.

Once she'd exit from backstage onto the top of the ramp as her name was announced. Intending to feed the crowd and annoy the heel, she'd point to Helena with her right hand, making sure she'd see her, before brining her other hand up before brining both hands down and her right knee up, potraying a snapping motion over her knee to get some pop from the crowd. Strictly speaking, backbreakers were not usually her thing, but it was certainly a way to get the crowd on her side with a straight forward promise to harm the heel.

Wanting to continue to show off, almost certainly increase the anger of her opponent, the athletic brazillian speed down the ramp toward the ring, pumping her fist up in the air and spinning around, before executing an aerial cartwheel and spin that concluded with her landing just before the ring apron, spinning around and pumping her right first in the air one more time. From there, she'd leap up, before doing the splits on the ring apron. Assuming Helena didn't interrupt her out of anger and opportunism, she'd bend under the bottom ring rope, slide into the ring and head to her corner.

Helena watched her opponent arrive. Her reaction? Casually leaning back against the turnbuckle in her corner and yawning as she watched. "Cute dear, very cute." Helena said giving a mock clap as KZK entered the ring. Helena stepped out towards the center of the ring with her hands on her hips looking unimpressed... or even bored.

"All right little miss showoff, lets get this going shall we?" Helena said holding her hands out as she smiled, waiting for the bell to ring. She hoped that this woman reached out to grapple, as soon as she did Helena was going to swing her long, strong leg up and try to smash KZK in the abdomen with a toe kick to open up the match with her opponent hopefully doubled over!

Kelya would be somewhat disappointed that her routine hadn't visibly angered Helena, but at least that told her something about her opponent. She likely wouldn't be particularly easy to provoke into mistakes or lose focus. How well should could maintain that through pain and frustration would be another question and the Brazilian intended to but the Canadian through plenty of that

So for what it was worth, the girl of the amazon intended on remaining flamboyant. She had a crowd to entertain, after all, but she'd try to make sure she didn't sacrifice her effectiveness as she did.

"Oh thank you, Helena." Kelya would say in a sarcastic tone in response to Helena's obvious mockery, complete with a small bow before spinning into the corner, from which she grabbed the top ropes from on both sides of the corner and 'pulled herself back toward the centre of the ring.

"Sure, let's get to fighting!" The LAW rookie would say enthusiastically.

For a moment she'd start with getting into a classic low Ginga Capoeira stance, but the opportunity to lock up with and attempt to overpower the somewhat shorter woman with her size advantage was too enticing. So she'd quickly accept the grapple with the Canadian, only to find herself kicked in the abdomen just about as quickly.

"Oof" she groaned in response to the kick. It wasn't close to the worst she had taken, but it was solid enough to double her over and let go of her opponent, but her focus still remained.

Helena managed to land the quick kick and get the desired effect. She wanted to follow up by quickly swinging her knee upward right into the jaw of KZK to snap her back upright again! Helena hoped that this would disorient her opponent enough to allow her to follow with a dropkick to the chest! Helena was aiming for a simple but effective approach as best she could to start things off against her opponent. She wanted to dismantle her piece by piece tonight. She was out to grind someone down.

The kick to her stomach reflexively lead to Kelya reflexively pulling her arms closer to her body, which combined with the fact she had been winded but not dazed allowed her to get her hands up quickly enough to block the full force of Helena's knee from hitting her chin and rattling her head.

Unfortunately for the Brazilian, the Canadian's move, having still left her off balance, managed to give her opponent the opportunity to complete a dropkick to her chest, sending the taller woman stumbling backwards. However having more of her wits about her than she otherwise would had she taken the full force of Helena's knee, she managed to remain on her feet as she stumbled to the ropes.

Kelya could have stopped once she reached them, but still wanting to maintain a sense of flair, chose instead to flip over the top rope and plant her feet on the ring apron outside of the ropes.

Helena saw K.Z.K stumble and was a bit miffed that her dropkick didn't floor the larger woman. Her little flair was going to be the end of her though. Helena felt as though she could catch this woman making mental mistakes and make her pay horribly. As her opponent was flipping over the ropes Helena was already in motion, the agile Canadian moved far better than people expected of someone her height. The graceful Helena was running right at K.Z.K to clothesline her from the apron down to the floor below!

Kelya had baited Helena into charging at her before the match had even begun, her splits on the apron had been done understanding that there was a danger of the heel attacking her then and thete, without having anyway to protect herself. However she if she didn't, it'd likely put idea in her opponents head, possibly to attempt similar later.

This time, she was fully prepared to defend herself if Helena came barrelling toward her, which was exactly what she did, even if it was a little quicker than the Brazilian expected. Kelya would allow the momentum of the flip to immediately carry her into a crouch on the ring apron, to dodge Helena's clothesline, something she wouldn't have been able to do had her foe simply aimed for a midsection tackle.

It would the be the Canadian who would likely be in for some midsection pain, as Kelya would throw a stiff right punch at her abdomen, specifically aiming her liver, hoping the maximize the chance to both stun and bend her over.

Lastly, if her punch had sufficiently folded her opponent, she'd try grab her by head and hair to pull her over the middle rope and wrap her left arm around her neck, before immediately leaping and turning off the ring apron to perform a rope hung DDT. She aimed to bring the heel's head down swiftly to the hardest part of the ring.

If all went well, Kelya would drop on her butt outside the ring, making sure Helena's head hit the ring apron before any part of her hit the ground. Despite being a face, there was a certain satisfaction Kelya got from a good spike to a hard surface, so she'd take chance to attempt one when it presented its self to perform one.

Helena ran in and swung but she took a hard shot to her mid-section instead! "Oomph!" Helena groaned as she doubled over and hobbled. Things only got worse though as her head was grabbed and then smashed on the ring apron!

"UGH!" Helena groaned as her skull was crushed, sending her crashing in a limp heap to the canvas. Helena moaned in pain, trying to reach up and cradle her head in her arms but at this point she was barely moving as she writhed on the canvas. This was hardly the position Helena wanted to be in and she felt embarrassed that this woman had outplayed her this much making her look like some hapless rookie.

Kelya would turn around and get to her feet, getting her first glimpse at her handiwork on the canvas.

"That hurt, right? It'll get worse!" She yelled at Helena as she got near her.

Perhaps the Brazilian could have dragged the fight to the outside of the ring, but she saw no need to and prefered giving the whole crowd a fair view of the beatdown she intended to lay on the heel. So Kelya jumped back up to ring apron. However, she was not quite yet done on the edge of the ring, using the opportunity to attempt a hard stomp into Helena's face, before stepping through the ropes.

If the stomp kept her dazed long enough, the woman of the amazon, now in the ring, would drag her opponent along the canvas, fully into the ring. From there, she'd attempt handstand just by her foe's head, then drop her shin into Helena's face, deliberately targeting her with the metal of her knee brace. Kelya would repeat the move as long as she could.
