"Haah," Noelle Silva let out a sigh as she waited backstage for her introduction to begin. "No Ishtar, no Sakura, it just doesn't feel the same." The silver haired wrestler had put nearly the entirety of her focus on her LAW career into two things up to this point: her tag team with Ishtar Vasiliev, and her rivalry with Sakura Hagiwara. So much so that this was her sixth match in LAW, yet the first that had neither of those two women involved.
"It's not like I have anything against this Deku guy," Noelle said to herself as she stretched. "But with that arc of my career at a close, this fight feels like... filler, almost. Like something to do while I wait for the next thing to happen." She wasn't simply assuming that because it wasn't Sakura, her opponent would be no challenge. But because it wasn't the idol, and she wasn't fighting alongside her partner, the princess just didn't feel as strongly about this match as she had her previous five in LAW. Noelle's music soon came on. Ready or not, it was time for her to make her entrance to the ring. Music
Noelle
Noelle had made a strategic choice to wear a bikini for this match in lieu of her regular attire. Deku was male, and while she hadn't poured over the tapes herself, Noelle had gotten word that her opponent could be trusted to not act perverted, but still was susceptible to being thrown off by more womanly opponents. An easy advantage at best, a non factor at worst, Noelle had thought earlier when selecting her attire for the match. The princess stepped rather casually, and began the process of waiting for her opponent.
Deku took a deep breath backstage as he rubbed his wrists while his opponent made her entrance. Admittedly this was probably a first for him. Going up against someone who was a freaking princess after all. Well distantly as far as his research had shown but... still. "Hopefully she's not the obnoxious kind of princess." Deku said as he did a final check of his green and black wrestling gear, insuring that was all secure and good to go for his match. Finding everything to be ok he would nod and head to the entrance ramp, running over what he knew of his opponent to strategize a bit before hand. Spoiler"Lets see, she's tough and cunning, her recent bouts against Hagiwara san are proof of that, but she seems to have a limited amount of damage she can take and is mostly a tag competitor with her only singles matches being against Hagiwara, meaning I may have an advantage-" He continued on but his voice steadily lowered as he did so, going more into a mumble as he ran over the details he knew until feeling a tap on his shoulders. Blinking he looked up at the stage hand who gestured that it was time for him to make his entrance. "Oh right of course." He said with a nod of appreciation as his music started up Spoiler
Coming out from behind the curtain Deku was greeted with a very adequate pop, a sign that he had managed to get fairly popular with fans despite his mixed record of wins and losses. Even so it did help to make the boy feel a bit more confident as he started to come down the ramp at a measured pace before breaking out into a run towards the ring. As he did so he would leap up, between the bottom and middle rope before coming to a stop with his leg extended out before popping up and throwing a hand out for the crowd who cheered in response.
Turning to his opponent Deku would gain a small blush and a slightly nervous expression as he saw the... skimpy attire of his opponent. Not that Noelle was the first to wear something like that who he'd fought, after all he wrestled against Clara Gaster for 30 minutes wearing about the same, but he was at least mad at her for that. Gulping softly to get a hold of himself Deku would step forward and offer a handshake to the silver haired girl. "Uh hello Noelle, or is Your Highness more appropriate? I'm sorry I'm not one hundred percent which is most appropriate." He said bashfully while scratching the back of his head, wanting to get the match off on the right foot given he knew what Noelle could do when offended or mad, and besides, he genuinely wasn't sure what the proper decorum was with someone who was, even distantly a legitimate princess.
Noelle let out a small smirk when she saw Deku's near instant reaction to seeing her outfit. When the boy offered a handshake, the princess came out to meet him. While Noelle was quite sure of herself, she had been working on not coming off as rude or condescending to people who didn't deserve it. She responded to Deku's question with a chuckle and an eye roll.
"Noelle's fine," she said. "If I actually was far enough up myself to want everybody to call me 'Princess,' I'd probably be trying to order you to bow instead of taking your handshake. Deku is fine for you, right?" asked Noelle. "Or would you prefer I call you Izuku instead? I'd imagine your stage name is fine, but I have heard of people getting stuck with nick names they don't like."
With pleasantries out of the way, Noelle had a positive first impression of Deku. Barring something quite unexpected, any rivalry that may bloom between the two would not be born of hatred as it had been with Sakura. With the match moments from beginning, Noelle's feelings were almost casual. Without a partner to support or a hated foe to overcome, the princess felt almost no worries. Whether an empty mind would help her or a lack of focus would hinder her remained to be seen.
Once the match began, Noelle would try to lock up and grapple with Deku. Her knowledge of Deku's fighting was that he was speedy, roughly to the same level as Noelle herself was, and that he was primarily a striker. The basic gameplan for a grappler against a striker had been played out who knows how many times before, and was well known to Noelle; try to get inside their comfortable striking distance, and then get the fight to the ground. Not to mention accomplishing those things would allow her outfit to better perform its job.

Deku smiled a little bit more casually as Noelle spoke and even joked with him, or at least he thought she was. Either way he was glad that she wasn't acting like some of the stories made her out to be, or how he had heard princesses, legitimate or not acted. It was honestly pretty reassuring for him knowing that this match would actually be a friendly affair so long as things continued as they were.
"Haha, I guess thats true." He said in response to what she first said before giving a little dismissive wave as she asked her own clarifying question. "Oh either or is fine. Whichever rolls off the tongue better, I've gotten used to both." He said nd assured, wanting Noelle to know he had no issue with what she called him in much the same way she had assured him.
Either way the time for camaraderie and talk was soon over. As within moments of their hands coming apart the bell would ring, officially starting the match between the Princess and the Hero. 'Lets do this.' He thought to himself, immediately getting his game face on as he dropped down with his fists up in readiness.
As he did so Noelle immediately grabbed his hands and pushed up against him in a grapple! 'Of course!' Deku thought to himself with a fierce blush as he spread his legs out to keep from getting bowled over, Noelle's barely clad body already making it hard for him to think. Still Deku wasn't a lust driven person, and while he was definitely flustered he at least had a good idea of what Noelle was going for.
'She knows my strengths and is trying to keep us in her territory I gotta keep her from pulling me under!' Deku thought to himself quickly as he immediately analyzed the situation. Purposely lowering himself Deku would dart forward while trying to pull Noelle's hands down, aiming to drive his shoulder into her stomach and if successful push Noelle back towards the ropes!
The bell rang, and it was match time. Noelle's A-game was either going to be there, or she would have to try to win without it. Things began well as the princess able to lock up with Deku. But just because he was a striker by nature, the green haired boy was by no means an incapable grappler. Deku was also quite strong to boot. The two fought and jockeyed, with Noelle fighting to keep Deku from getting low into her body while he fought to keep his feet underneath him.
The two battled evenly in the center of the ring. Who would take the first advantage in the match would come down to what gave first. Deku tried once again to get low and push his way through Noelle's gut, and when he did, Noelle would try to make a move. The princess would release her grip with one of her arms so she could hook her arm over Deku's. Then she would try to shift to the side and use her other arm to get Deku into a headlock, pinning his green topped head against her hip.
In effect, Noelle was trying to give Deku exactly what he wanted; to get down and lower his shoulder into her hip. But doing so in a way that would leave Deku weak, and the silver haired princess with all the strength and leverage in the position. Deku could still generate plenty of power in his legs and hips, but if he pushed forward with it, all it would do is generate momentum for Noelle to use to drag him down to the mat, something she was still aiming to do.
Right off the bat Deku and Noelle were duking it out and testing each other's limits to the most of their abilities. 'She's surprisingly strong.' Deku thought to himself as he pushed and shoved against Noelle, looking to try and get any advantage possible against her, but it was a more difficult task than he expected. "Grrr agh!" Growling lightly as he bent down he tried to use the lower vantage point to exert force upwards on Noelle and push her back.
Yet the girl was quick and clever, far too much so for such a trick like that to affect her too heavily. "ugh!" Grunting as Noelle wrapped her arms around him and spread her legs he immediately stopped any and all attempts to keep pushing her back. This was a perilous position, one that could easily see him getting taken down to the mat which was the absolute worst case scenario for the green haired boy.
'If I can't keep going back... I'll just force her up!' He thought to himself with gritted teeth while his hands closed tighter around Noelle's thighs to grip her tighter. If he successfully did so he would take advantage of his lower position against the girl, as well as her own grip around his head. All to pull up, trying to lift Noelle up into the air, and if successful he would arch his back, trying to slam Noelle back first into the mat with an improvised Northern Lights suplex!
Noelle would learn a lot about Deku based on how he responded to being trapped in her headlock. He showed himself to be careful, and at least a little smart. A lot of people would have kept pushing and thrashing, which would have given Noelle a free ticket to a takedown. But Deku was able to avoid that, and at least for the moment, stayed standing.
But Noelle still felt confident in her position. Even if Deku was good enough to keep her from speedrunning this, she still had him in quite the spot. He couldn't go forwards, backwards, left, or right, so where could he go? But it was then that Deku made his move, and Noelle winced at the pressure he was putting on her legs. Strong grip. Good thing he doesn't have long nails, the princess thought.
Then Noelle felt herself getting lifted up off of the ground. "Huh?" Noelle gasped as she desperately began trying to hold herself down to the floor. The princess tried to pull back against Deku, but she was overpowered. Noelle was lifted up into the air, and then slammed down onto her back. Up. He could go up," she thought after taking the hit.
Noelle was good. Deku knew this already but now that he was properly locking up and competing against Noelle he was seeing just how good she was as she almost immediately trapped him in her head lock. A position that he could have easily been brought down to the mat with if he wasn't careful and that would have been a death sentence against the submission specialist.
'Good thing her stance wasn't more solid... or that she doesn't weigh more.' Deku thought to himself as he grabbed onto her thighs, something that in of itself made him blush a bit as he lifted the girl up into the air, tossing her back and suplexing Noelle hard in exchange for the headlock! With the move being done successfully Deku would immediately turn and pull his head free from Noelle's grasp.
"Not bad huh?" He asked her rhetorically as he took a step back before darting forward again. He knew that if he was to win this bout than he would have to outspeed Noelle and keep her from getting a chance to plan around his offense. So he would dive through the air, turning as he did so while swinging his leg out, trying to throw his leg down as he fell to slam Noelle with a falling axe kick!
Noelle held her back as she reeled from the suplex that Deku had just dropped her with. He'd gotten her, plain and simple. Noelle missed an option that Deku had and he took it. But now that the greenette had secured the opening advantage, now it was a matter of what Deku would do with his edge, what what Noelle was going to do about it.
By the time Noelle raised her head to look at Deku and ready herself for him, he was already charging at the princess. From his charge Deku went into a leap, and then a twist in the air as he brought his leg out to smash into Noelle's head when he came down. The princess crossed her arms over her face to shield herself from Deku's heel. She was able to block the attack, but Deku came down with enough force that he was still able to force Noelle's guard down into her own face.
But even if Noelle hadn't been able to block all damage, she had still protected herself well enough to be able to react. As Deku landed, Noelle would pull her legs back and wrap them around the leg he had just struck her with. Then Noelle would hook her arm around Deku's ankle and pin it to her side, trapping the leg. The princess would then begin to bend his knee back. "Heh," she would smirk with satisfaction. Hopefully the first hold of many.
Deku having just barely managed to escape Noelle's clutches turned, knowing he had to keep up the pressure on her. That opening exchange showed him just how knowledgeable she was in bringing people down to the mat, the place she would be strongest, so if he wanted to win this and survive he would have to stay up high where he knew he could out match her.
So to keep up with this he would dive forward, spinning his leg around like a spinning blade of death, aiming to spike directly into Noelle's chest to leave her breathless and unable to defend herself properly for what he had planned next. But as he descended down towards Noelle something surprising happened when she
managed to grab hold of his leg making his eyes widen in shock. 'Crap!' Deku thought to himself knowing this wouldn't be good.
How right he was. Before he was able to react as Noelle grabbed his leg and intertwined her own legs around it, pulling him down and trapping him in a brutal leg bar! "Gahhh!" Screaming in pain from the hold Deku would struggle and resist against her clutches. Gritting his teeth in pain he would try to roll them over slightly before shooting his free leg out, attempting to nail Noelle with some kicks to try and force her to let go, or at least loosen her submission!
