Silence on Stage- Lindsay Queen vs Neopolitan

Since she couldn't always fish for a promotional stunt or social media tirade, Lindsay decided to seek matches the natural way. She didn't have time to do research about her opponent or the upcoming bout besides something to do with ice cream. Lindsay assumed that it was some sponsor.

Believing that her old attire was a bit too drab led to Lindsay commissioning a few outfits specifically designed for a wrestler, however she couldn't proceed without a few specifications from her agent. Having to adhere to a colour scheme as well as enforce that she is in fact Canadian. Now that she looked like a true fighter, the blonde woman was hungry for a win to commemorate this new wardrobe change. Having just done her makeup in time, she would leave backstage to make an entrance.

Upon seeing the model officially enter the arena, the crowd responded with a warm reception, mostly due to Lindsay's new attire. "Thank you everyone!" Greeting her fans as part of her usual routine along with strutting done the aisle all smiles. It didn't take too long for the orange clad wrestler to climb up the apron and slip between the middle ropes. "Hmmm...I don't remember it being so tight..." Feeling the leotard ride up a little when she hunched up. Lindsay didn't dwell on this too much and just decided to perform some pre-match stretches, waiting for her opponent to arrive.

Well this was something new for Neo, she was going to go up against some model. A confused expression coming over her face, as to why would a model of all things get into the ring. Not wanting to think about it any further she shrugged it off. It'd be too late to back out of the match now after all. Neo now grinning, thinking of all the ways she could play with her new toy.

Not for long that is as her opponents entrance was underway. Gauging from the response the audience gave her, the model seems to be well liked. Making Neo smile sinisterly for the show that she is going to put on. Soon enough she was going to make her entrance and make an appearance.

Neo would appear from backstage, some would recognize her and for others it was the first time seeing her. Nonetheless she still received a nice welcome. Not as nice as Lindsay's but enough where it wouldn't be annoying at least. Walking down the ramp Neo would have her hands behind her back and do small skips as she made her way to the ring. Not entertaining anyone in the audience, purely keeping her gaze on the ring and Lindsay.

Upon reaching the ring Neo would use the steps to get on the apron and slide through the middle ropes. Now closer to Lindsay, something was made abundantly clear. The size difference between the two, not that Lindsay was some giant. But compared to Neo she might as well be. Neo showing proper sportsmanship would give Lindsay a small courtsy, before heading to the opposite side of the ring. Electing to move herself between the middle and top rope and sit on the rope. Now smiling at Lindsay, though something was off about everything. At least to those who have never seen Neo, she hasn't said anything let alone any other sound aside from walking. Surely giving her a layer of mystery everyone wanted to figure out.

Models and professional wrestlers did have a few things in common. Sharing the spotlight, having a few wild personas and fans enjoying the chance to see a bit of skin. Lindsay temporarily halted her pre-match routine to gaze at the next wrestler's entrance. She was quite enamoured by the fashion sense on display, specifically that cropped up jacket and that unusual yet familiar hair colour. The entrance wasn't too noteworthy being rather modest and implying that the lightweight showed a bit of class.

As ditzy Lindsay was she didn't underestimate opponents for their size. While appreciating the little acknowledgement and smile, the Canadian woman had a questions at the back of her mind. "Oh hey there!" She didn't lower her tone when it came to directly addressing her opponent on the ropes. "So what's your name? Because I am not good with them!" She probably wouldn't get a proper response, but how would Lindsay have known that anyway.

If nobody would convey the message to her then Lindsay decided to just focus on the match "Well that was a bit rude...little girl" She shrugged while waiting for the official call.

Speaking plainly Neopolitan only had one goal, and that was to win. Making friends along the way wasn't part of the plan. Well it'd be hard to do so regardless since Neopolitan isn't the most talkative person. Something her opponent would have to get used to very quickly. Now in the ring with her Lindsay would ask Neopolitan for her name. Seeing it as a proper thing to get the name of your opponent. Neopolitan's response was just a small shoulder shrug. Not really giving away much of anything. Essentially not answering Lindsay's question.

When Lindsay was met with the silence she concluded that Neo was rude. Well if Lindsay thought that already, she was sure to have some more negative feelings about Neopolitan going forward. But really now all that was left was to wait for the bell to ring and start the match. Wouldn't be much longer from now really.

DING!
Upon hearing the bell Neopolitan would take her umbrella and close it. Once she closed it Neopolitan would toss her umbrella to the side outside of the ring. An official nearby would grab the umbrella and put it somewhere until the match concludes. With all of that out of the way Neo simply skipped her way to the middle of the ring. Putting both of her hands up, as if she wanted to go for some sort of contest of power.

Lindsay didn't mind making friends if they weren't mooching off her closet and then not responding for over 2 months. Her mannerisms seem to got on a lot of wrestler's nerves, but what she can do besides try to make the most of this situation and win. She and Neo didn't get off to a good start by not getting a name in return, but by the end Lindsay might just wish her opponent was only rude. "At least tell me where did you get that cool umbrella... girl?" Unable to form an interesting nickname in time.

Well she better hope that it won't be the announcer saying the other wrestler's name. Perhaps dealing enough force could allow her to hear what a grunt sounds like.

"Oh ok! You wanna do the thing!" Strolling across the ring until she was at the centre as well. The blonde brought out her arms for the supposed grappling contest, even crouching down because of the noticeable high difference between the two. Would this be a ruse from Neo or an actual test of strength would take place.?

Neopolitan's silence only added to her mystery, even more so when the much smaller woman decided to go for a lock up. Neopolitan looked as though she was being earnest in her want to lock up. Lindsay must've thought as much because she crouched down to Neopolitan. Compensating for their height difference.

Smiling all of the way Neopolitan's hands met with Lindsay's and as they were locked, Neopolitan began to push away at Lindsay. Neopolitan was never known for her strength. Sure she could throw a good punch or kick but nothing on the powerhouse side of things. Neopolitan was looking to push Lindsay back into the ropes, but was this all she had in mind or was there more?

Lindsay would save further questions for later and proceeded with the early grappling contest. Even the watchers were curious about why the match would be starting in such a manner when the blonde clearly towered over Neopolitan, almost an entire foot difference between the two.

No early twist apparently as the shorter woman was genuinely try to guide Lindsay towards the ropes. "Woah there..." Underestimating her opponent's strength, she would be forced to take a few steps back until anchoring her boots back into the canvas, only a few feet away from the rope. She decided to exert some of her muscle in a bid to make Neo tremble onto her knees. Assuming that there wasn't any ulterior motive, the model tried pulling her opponent and whip them towards the ropes. If successful upon the lightweight's return trip, Lindsay would spin around to throw her forearm for an attempted clothesline, but was no longer crouched.

Safe to say things were going exactly how Neopolitan wanted. She exerted enough of her power that which surprised Lindsay to say the least. Most people wouldn't expect Neo to have some power considering her build. Neopolitan did all of this with a unnerving smile on her face.

But that wasn't to say Lindsay was just going to take it. Not at all, Lindsay would flex some of her strength. Like most would expect Lindsay was in fact stronger than Neopolitan. Planting her boots into the canvas and pushing back on Neopolitan. Neopolitan did in fact have some trouble in pushing Lindsay back. It was noted with the light shaking in Neopolitan's legs. Next this blonde model would pull Neopolitan in and whip her towards the ropes. Neopolitan's back would hit the ropes and stretch them only slightly, rebounding off of them and heading to Lindsay. Lindsay who was already planning her next move in a spinning clothesline.

In that moment Neopolitan's facial expression which was currently more cheerful, now was much more sinister. Meeting Lindsay, Neopolitan would bend forward on her hands. Almost cartwheeling to Lindsay but in reality she would handspring forward, gaining more height. Neopolitan would land her legs on Lindsay's shoulders, using her current momentum to get on Lindsay's back. Culminating in Neopolitan's forcing Lindsay back and slamming her head on the canvas. That smile of Neo resembled a corporate executive after Lindsay accepted another business deal, except the silence came during the blonde's entertainment career instead of the downtime

Believing there was little reason to fear of any tricks, Lindsay believed that she was going to start off dominating and that her opponent wasn't used to fighters of a different weight class. "Sorry! I hate beating up cute things!" Even if they weren't the polite type. Performing a clean enough spin, she would glimpse at a more cheerful expression, enough to make the model a bit nervous. Some were expecting Lindsay to just slip up and let Neo duck past, but then the opposite happened.

Before she could swing her arm, the colourful terror took a ride on the model's shoulders. A sudden shift in weight forcing blonde to topple backwards. "AHHHHHHHHHHH!" A high pitched scream accompanied the boom as a result of Lindsay's neck colliding into the mat. She was left bamboozled, stunned and legs folded all because of a simple flip

Neopolitan had quickly switched up the situation on Lindsay. Most people were probably expecting Lindsay to hit the clothesline or Neopolitan ducking under it. But no one was expecting Neopolitan to get on Lindsay's shoulders and taking her down from there. Safe to say Neopolitan had gained some new fans from that move.

Lindsay now was all folded up because of Neopolitan's move. Basically giving Neopolitan free reign to do what she wanted with Lindsay. Now Neopolitan had a smile that did not match what she had planned. Grabbing Lindsay's' legs, Neopolitan would prop them up way over her head. Looking down at Lindsay with that same smile, Neopolitan would raise her right leg and stomp on Lindsay's crotch. On the first kick looking to grind her foot on the same spot. Afterwards Neopolitan would just continue to stomp on Lindsay with her legs raised.
