Technical Throwdown. Artemis Grace vs Irene Adams

Artemis was pissed to say the least. Her last match with Anelu had left her humiliated and frustrated. She had victory within her grasp, but the vile wlmwn fought dirty, throwing off concentration and giving the woman a win. Standing up fully with her hood shadowing her eyes she glowered at the guerilla position. Her match tonight was against a irene adams. She didn’t know much about the woman nor did she care too. All she cared about was winning as she made her way to the entrance ramp.


As her entrance music began playing the platinum blonde woman would step out and pose for the crowd. Forgoing her normal pre match ritual the huntress instead began a straight march to the ring. Thats how focused she was on nothing but tbe match and her opponet, no room for theatrics tonight. Climbing up the steel steps Artemis seamless stepped into the ring and climbed a corner offering one more pose for the crowd who cheered in response before she climbed down and leaned against a corner, waiting for her opponet.

Irene knew she did not have the best record in LAW , and figured that was why she did not wrestle in as many matches as she had hoped. As the Canadian was about to compete in her third ever match for the promotion as she got dressed in her wrestling attire that consisted of an pair of red and yellow shoes , red shorts and a orange tanktop. As she left the locker room the former P.I was coming up with different kind of strategies as the brunette decided that enough was enough as she was going to get an victory tonight no matter what she had to do in order to claim in.

After she reached the backstage area the Canadian was able to hear her opponent's entrnace music as she arrived just in time. As an few seconds later Confident by Demi Lovato began to play. Seeing as this was her cue the Canadian would walk onto the entrance ramp as she soaked in the cheers as she smirked at the crowd.As she would pose for them for a bit before walking down to the ring as she heard the announcer say ''and now the following wrestler is making her debut in LAW. She is from Creston,Canada, and weighing around 175lbs. It Irene Adams''as the brunette would climb into the ring as she waved at the crowd as she looked at the blond as she thought ''your going down no matter what I need to do in order to take you down''.

Artemis would stretch her legs out silently, mentally preparig herself the best she could for this upcoming match. That being said though... there was an admittedly vocal part of her mind that was pulling her attention away. A certain samoan that drove her up a wall in frustration. Shaking her head as her opponet came down to the ring she crossed her arms at the woman’s words. ”Don’t get you’re hopes up.” She said bluntly and calmly only wanting to do one thing to this woman. And that was to beat her.

Irene was wondering what her opponent was thinking as it was obvious that something or maybe someone was on the blond's mind. Still with some luck she could use it to mess with the other wrestler as she heard her say not to get her hopes up as she replied ''only an fool counts on hope or luck to win matches. Would not surprise me if you still believe the good guys always win , and recently got your believes crushed when some bitch crushed you in an match''as she circled around the huntress.

Artemis’s eyes narrowed in anger and frustration at Irene’s words, obviously her already distracted mind went even further towards Anelu. Shaking her head she focused once again on her current opponet while circling her. She couldn’t afford to give her any openings to work on, all she had to do was do her best to ignore and power on through. Charging in Artemis attempted a stiff jab at Irene’s face to test the other heavyweight’s defenses firs rnad foremost.

As Artemis charged forward it became clear that she had figured the other wrestler out as the Canadian would twist to the right as she dodged the blond's jab. Afterwards she would grasp onto her opponent's extended fist as she attempted to force her fellow heavyweight to run towards the ropes with an Irish whip as she replied ''wow it seems I got you completely figured out. Well do try and win so that all the kiddies who are watching can see their hero triumph over evil''

Artemis watched her opponet intently as she charged at her sending a jab to the woman’s face. Unfortunately the bespectacled wrestler dodged out of the way of the punch only to grab Artemis’s arm and send her running at the ropes with a irish whip. Cursing softly to herself Artemis went with the momentum. Turning on her heel she would hit the ropes back first, using the rebound off the ropes to launch herself back at her opponet Artemis attempted to leap up and go for a dropkick at Irene’s chest.

Irene would manage to counter her opponent's punch , and send her running away from her and towards the ropes as she waited for Artemis to rebound off them. As she would attempt to knock the Huntress with an clothesline as she ran towards her. However the Canadian made an mistake as she would end up walking right into her opponent's feet as Artemis knocked her down instead with an well placed dropkick to the chest.

Artemis could practically feel the smug aura emenating from Irene as she leapt up deliverig a drop kick straight into into the woman’s chest. She didn’t know waht the woman had to be so smug about, nor did she care. She only knew she would knock the bespectacled woman down more than a peg or two. Getting to her feet she watched the woman on the mat below. Walking around in front of the woman Artemis crouched, like a predator getting ready to strike, once Irene would manage ti life herself up a bit, she would turn and spin to unleash a superkick right into Irene’s face.

After the former P.I got hit in the chest by her opponent's dropkick she ended up stumbling around for about two seconds before falling flat on her back as she was looking up at the lights. As the Canadian began to wonder if she had made the right decision by doing her best to piss the huntress off , but considering how sloppy Artemis was the brunette figured she made the right call.

So with that in mind Irene would slowly rise up as she would watch as her opponent was in the perfect position for an superkick , and assumed that was what the huntress had in mind as she attempted to catch Artemis's foot before it could connect with her face.
