April Castle vs. "Tigress" Tina Armstrong

Tina was trying to get her groove back, hoping to regain the magic touch she had that saw her fast rise as a rookie straight to the top as the inaugural middleweight champion. Tina finished stretching and tugged the back of her briefs so she didn't show too much of her toned backside. She took a deep breath and left the locker room ready for action tonight.

As her music played the crowd roared and she smiled, pointing out to the crowd as she walked down the ramp. Tina high fived a few fans and picked up speed as she ran towards the ring, leaping up to slide underneath the bottom rope to enter the ring. She stood up and held her arms up, nodding as the crowd continued to cheer for her. She was eager to see what April could do and the tigress was ready to give it her all tonight. She eventually settled into her corner and leaned back, watching the top of the ramp to await the arrival of her opponent.

April rolls her wrists, attempting to not get nervous, and...well somewhat failing at it. Could you blame her? Who wouldn't be nervous going against THE FIRST MIDDLEWEIGHT CHAMPION IN LAW HISTORY. The brunette would rub her head adjusting her boots "Man, why of all people do I gotta figh'em, I started like only a few weeks ago! Now I'm fighting a champion!" April would rub her head, before shaking it, slapping her cheeks "No! You're not getting scared, you are doing this, and you're gonna prove you can be championship material!" April would pump herself up, making sure not to trip on any bags, before putting her jacket on and heading to the ring.

She would head out as her music played, the crowd not roaring to the level they did for Tina, but still giving her a warm welcome, as April would pose on the ramp, giving a few high fives of her own, glancing at her opponent, before jumping into the ring, hitting a final pose, taking her cap off with a smile. She then turned to Tina, hopping down and take her jacket off, placing it on the apron. She would nervously walk forward, but still attempt so friendly banter "Alright...I hope you're ready for some tough compition Miss Tiger lady. Cuz you may be armstrong, but these legs will make you tap for sure!" April send, using her skills with making cheesy puns with a smirk.

Tina watched as April came out and kept an eye on the bundle of energy as she came down to the ring. Tina stood with her hands on her hips and smiled. "Well ain't ya just the perky one? I look forward to a good battle tonight but don't think bouncing around will save ya from me." Tina said with a smile as she flexed her arms, tensed up her abs and showed off her own powerful legs.

As the bell rang Tina began to circle about before lunging in to try to grab hold of April in a grapple! It was a basic start to the match but Tina was looking forward to see what April could do....

Aprils pun wouldn't not hit, but rather it would bounce off the Tigress abs, which she would show off. April blushing a bit as she would step back to her corner, repeating "Don't get scared." To herself before then focusing back up. She would keep her hands up as the match began. However rather then running from Tina's grapple, she would attempt to lunge forward, flipping and locking in a sudden school boy! The crowd got on there feet as it looked like April would get an upset. If tina kicked out, which was more then likely, April would quickly spin around, instead waiting for her to get onto her hands and knees

She would then suddenly jump, locking her arm's under her thigh and shoulder, hitting another rollup with a sudden Oklahoma roll-up! When Tina kicked out of this, April would cap off the flurry of roll-up's waiting for her to get up again, running and locking her leg's around the girls arm's and locking in a crucifix pin. If Tina kicked out April would quickly get back to her feet, hitting a defnsive pose with a smirk. This was just to show off a bit, showing TIna not to take the girl lightly as the crowd gave round of appulse for the quick succession of moves, bouncing a bit with a smile.

Tina moved in and felt herself flipped down and held against the mat by April! "Ngh..." Tina groaned as the count didn't even reach one before she thrust her way out. Before Tina could react she was again rolled up and held to the mat by another pin and the referee was already in place.

"ONE!"

Tina groaned again, thrusting out with her legs and core muscles before scrambling back up to her feet only to be pinned again! "Damn it!" Tina shouted clearly showing some frustration at the speed of her opponent!

"ONE!"

Tina gave out a bit of a scream as she thrust out of this one trying to buck herself free with enough force to get April to back off. Tina kipped up and stared at April before moving in again looking to grapple but shifting to try to grab one of Aprils arms with both of hers to arm drag April to the canvas before sliding in to shift to a reverse chin lock before April was able to get off the mat.

April smirks as she got the former champion off guard, but this didn't last for long as she got back into the groove, attempting a lock up only to take her down with a sudden arm drag, flipping the girl onto the mat. She would yelp before then being locked into a reverse chinlock, grabbing Tina's massive arm ash it squeezed around her neck.

April would keep calm, the tight hold squeezing a lot more energy out of her if she were to panic. She would grip her arm, attempting to slowly make her way to her feet, which if she was able, she would try to counter the submission by running backwards, running Tina into the ropes and hopefully, breaking the headlock as she would toss her into an irish whip into the ropes, attempting to run at Tina as she charged to hit a running knee to her stomach.

Tina felt April pushing her back and she let herself be whipped, looking to hit the ropes with as much speed as possible! As Tina bounced back at April she decided to try to leap at her with an arm extended.

That was a mistake as Tina played right into the trap, getting smashed in the chest by the running knee, crumpling to the mat in a heap.

April would be rather suprised by the move working, duking at the last second as her knee hit the big girl. She glanced up realizing that she had, in fact, taken down Tina! She wanted to celebrate just being able to do this but knew it would cost her, so instead she would quickly grab the girl, looking to lay in some more offence.


She would attempt to lift her up into a scoop slam position, showing off a bit as she would spin around, before then hitting a massive michinoku driver, slamming the big girl onto the mat with a massive slam! If the move connected April would get another idea, looking over Tina she would quick get to her feet. She would glance around smirking, waiting for Tina to attempt to get back up to her feet, and just as she got back to her hand's and knee's April would wrap her arms around her waist. Then, showing off some strength, she would say "Here goes." Lifting Tina slowly off the ground, showing off her strength, holding her for a few moments in the air, before finally falling back, hitting Elongated Impact and going for the pin!

Tina groaned as she was heft up into the air and slammed down hard to the mat letting out a clear moan of pain as she weakly kicked the canvas while she was laid out.

Tina slapped the mat in frustration as she rose only to be grabbed and held up from behind! "Ngh... no way..." Tina muttered as she reached down to try to pry April's grip. However Tina felt herself flying and smashing against the mat hard causing her to howl in pain before going limp!

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

Tina knew the referees hand was raised back up and she suddenly sprang to life, thrusting to the side as hard as she could to break the ph. at two and a half, the stunned crowd amazed that the tigress was reeling in this match from the opening bell on!

April would barely reach a two count, only for the Tigress to kick out once again. April would grab her own head, not so much shocked she still was going, but more feeling victory slip away as it was so very close. April would pick her oppoent back up, attempting to toss her into the corner. If this worked she would then run at the girl, flying in and hitting a splash, squishing her in the corner

If the splash connected, April would spring back, letting Tina stubble forward as she would run to the ropes, attempting to jump up and hit a flying clothsline to the hopeful stunned Tina, trying to take down the Tigress to decide on her next attack
