Amber's wrestling attire
Amber was just a mixed ball of emotions at the moment. On the one hand, today was a special day for her since she would be going into the ring for the first time in her career. On the other hand, she was completely embarrassed by the attire Hyacinth had picked out for her on her special day. Sure people said she looked cute in it and she might have agreed with them...if it weren’t for the fact that she had almost no coverage on her behind. She blushed deeply and shut her eyes, shaking her head and leaning down to lace up her matching red boots. Hyacinth has been nice enough to buy her her own pair for this day, but they cut off half way up her thigh. This made Amber blush even more at the thought of so much of herself being exposed, she couldn’t help, but wonder how Hyacinth did it. A knock came at her door letting her know it was time. Standing up, she bounced around for a second to loosen herself up and try to expel the butterflies from her stomach before she opened the door and stepped out.

Amber’s theme song began to play as a combination of orange, white and green smoke covered the ramp’s entrance way. Amber wasn’t the biggest fan of this. She felt like it was cramming her Irish heritage down everyone’s throat, but her friend and mentor had managed to talk her into it, but she couldn’t remember what she had said. It didn’t matter, Amber wasn’t thinking anymore as her instincts took control. The months of practicing, she seemed to go into auto pilot. She jumped through the center of the smoke and spread her arms out before she slowly began to spin, then increased speed. The speed she was going, the clouds seemed to wrap around her before she jumped once more and a large Irish flag suddenly appeared on the big screen, causing the fans to scream and cheer. All of her embarrassment and anxiety seemed to melt away with the sounds of the people cheering her on as she made her way down the ramp, giving out the occasional high five or hug before she reached the ring. She whipped her feet before climbing up the steps to the ropes, turning one last time to the audience and waving to them before she stepped through the top and middle rope.
The lights felt blinding as the focused in on the middle of the ring and Amber slowly made her way over to the ref girl, shaking her hand and smiling shyly as she thanked her for being here to officiate the match before she quickly hurried off to her corner. Hyacinth has told her that thanking the ref for doing their job wasn’t necessary and that she shouldn’t do it, but the little Irish girl couldn’t help herself. She wanted to be nice to her, after all, she felt it was safe to assume that she had probably been having a rough day so far with all the jerks that were in the business. Now, however, she had to put that thinking aside as she made her way to her corner and stared at the ramp. She leaned against the turnbuckle and put her arms along the top rope as she waited. Her smile fading as did her music, waiting there, she listened for the sound of her opponent’s music with that same mixture of feelings once more.
