The Debut of the Heartbreakers

Unread post by CaptainL »

Match Type: Elimination Tag Match
Rules: Victory by submission, pinfall, or knockout on all members of one team.
----
As the action of the night's LAW show was building to a climax, the whole audience was on the edge of their seat in anticipation of who would appear next. It was a spot on the card that had been given little context in the buildup to tonight's event, save that something was coming. But what was still to be revealed - until now.

All of a sudden, the lights to the arena were cut, and everything fell into darkness. While the fans were looking on, bewildered, a symbol slowly flickered into view on the screens...

...and soon after, as the lights began to come back on, that would be followed by three girls emerging from backstage, each of them wearing jackets with the same logo emblazoned on the back.

With such an unexpected entrance from the newcomers, LAW's long-suffering ring announcer Misa Otomura ran up to the blue-haired girl at the front of the procession. "Oh, excuse me, miss-! That's right, you're-?"

Before Misa could finish, though, the girl - one Sachiko Koizumi - delivered a hard fist to her jaw, knocking her over backwards before swiping the microphone from her and speaking into it. "Yeah. That's better," she said, stepping into the ring. Already the fans were booing her, her intentions made perfectly clear by her attack on the announcer, as well as the baseball bat she was now leaning on as she stood in the center of the ring. Regardless, she would continue.

"Hey! Listen, you shitheads! Allow me to do the honors with introducin' ourselves. I'm Sachiko, and these here are Kyoko and Misako. And we like to call ourselves...the Heartbreakers! We're gonna show you all we can kick anyone's ass here! Any time, four times over! Maybe more than that! And we'd like to be able to prove that, so...anyone who thinks they can take us on, come on out! We'll be waiting!"

It was a rare night in LAW. Even before the doors opened, the internet was awash with rumours and claims about a special match tonight involving a new tag team. This was enough to whip the fans into a frenzy, but it was the other team that caused a ripple in the LAW universe.

"Um... Are you sure about this?"

The question was familiar. It was Kelly talking to her long time tag team partner, Vikki. The pair were collectively known as the Super Adorable Cuties! It was a dorky name and to be fair, the duo hardly had a sterling record in LAW. They were more often than not smushed flat on the canvas, earning them the nickname of "Cutie Cushions" by those who didn't approve of their matches.

However, they had a small section who loved them. The pair were pure sugar and spice. They were nice beyond nice and had even managed to pull off a victory pinning another lightweight. Sure it was a 2v1 but hey, they won!

As the pair got ready, they saw the monitor. They saw the team of the heartbreakers take out the ref girl, they heard and saw the offer and the abuse to the crowd. It made Kelly's blood boil

"Ugh this! This is why LAW sucks Vik, I bet we could take them on and sit on them, cutie style! That would teach them a lesson .."

Vikki looked and bit her lip.

"They look kinda mean, and there is 3 of them!"

Kelly shrugged, and adjusted her matching Powder Blue bikini and boots.

"I'm gonna do it, let's go!"

Vikki grabbed her eager partner, dragging her back from a certain humiliation.

"Wait. OK, let's at least even it up, yeah?'

Kelly nodded and turned to pick up her phone. She knew who to text, it was Megumi Mushroom who was the unofficial protector of the Cuties. The fact Megumi was over 500lbs meant that she flattened almost anyone who got in her way.

They waited. And waited. No answer.

Just as they wondered what to do, the door to the locker room opened. There was Erika, the gamer chick with the special moves and combos that made her a fan favourite.

"What's up cutie pies?"

Both the cuties turned to see Erika. She was wearing another of her cosplay outfits, this time it was Tracer from Overwatch. The skin tight material hugging ever curve and asset of the gamer girl

"ERIKA!"

The cuties rushed over and gave her a double hug as a means of happiness and excitement.

"Woah, OK Sheesh..."

Vikki spoke first as she clutched tighter

"We need you to help us Erika, were gonna take on some mean girls and you can be a cutie for tonight."

Kelly chipped in as she smushed closer to the gamer girl

"Yeah they're in the ring right now and are bullies so...."

"ACK! OK just get off me, can't breathe!!"

They let go and stood there sheepishly. Erika adjusted her outfit and gasped. She was happy to help out and looked up at the monitor. As the Heartbreakers continued to antagonise the crowd she nodded

"Yeah player one joined the game!'

With that she led the cuties out of the locker room and into the arena.

The familiar sickly sweet pop tunes blasted over the PA and Erika appeared to a huge cheer. She was flanked by Kelly and Vikki who tried their hardest to look tough. Erika grabbed a mic and spoke as they walked down the ramp. The cuties took to high fiving fans and hugging crowd members.

"You know, you don't look so tough, I mean sure you look like a last level boss, but there is a boss character that's beaten me yet. So get ready to be taken down by....

THE CUTIE GAMERS!

And just so you don't get confused, one of you will be my comfy new gamer chair after we have given you the super cutie combo!"

Erika beamed a smirk at the trio and joined by the cuties were ready as they all climbed into the ring, eager to see what the Heartbreaker heel team had to say.

Back in the ring, having issued their challenge, the Heartbreakers were left with...well, all things considered, not much to deal with. The crowd hadn't stopped booing them over their antics earlier, and it seemed as though no one was willing to step forward to take them on. But that meant they were left standing in the middle of the ring, idly waiting for someone to show up.

'Ya hear that?" Kyoko commented, elbowing her long-time friend and companion Misako. "It sounds like there's a bunch of ghosts in here!"

She was, of course, referring to the boos of the crowd - but Misako had her own response, as she balled a fist and pressed it against the palm of her other hand, stepping forward. "Oh, there's going to be some ghosts in here all right," she growled. "We booked tonight for an open challenge. If nobody wants to step up...I think I'm gonna find someone." She shot a glare towards the stands, punctuating her threat. When she was itching this much for a fight, she was going to get it one way or another.

Sachiko, however, met both of them with a laugh, as she tapped her baseball bat in her palm. "'sfar as I see it, girls, it just means everyone backstage is too afraid of us! Which I can't say I have a problem with..."

"It's just kinda boring."

However, they wouldn't need to wait forever - as the sound of music finally came through the speakers, and another team would appear on the ramp! One that looked far different in attitude and disposition than the Heartbreakers - they wore their cuteness and energy on their sleeves, and they were eager to take the crowd's side, something that was garnering them support as the fans cheered them on, hoping they could put the newcomers in their place. However, many in the crowd didn't seem too confident in them, strangely enough...

As Erika made her speech, Sachiko, acting as the apparent leader of the trio, stepped up to face her. "Cutie Gamers, huh? Cutie is right..." She chuckled, running her eyes up and down the girls in front of her with a grin on her face. This was going to be fun, she could already tell.

"Doesn't sound like you're pro enough to stay out of fights you can't win," Misako chided. But Kyoko was quick to follow her up. "What the hell, though! We'll take you any time!"

"Then it's settled." Sachiko began to back away towards her corner, while she kept her eyes on the opposing team. "Who's gonna be up first, then?"

Erika was doing her best to whip up the crowd with her silly but suggestive comments. A large number of her fan base simply followed her on social media purely for her looks and her sizable but perfectly proportioned rear end. She was frustrated that none of this seemed to have an effect on the Heartbreaker trio.

These girls were tough, the kind from the wrong side of the tracks and for all the skill she had, she was still tagging with the cuties who were not exactly the muscle she needed to get rid of the team one by one

"Yeah well..um... You are all out of credits. Game over!"

It was pretty lame but Erika had to say something.

The cuties, Vikki and Kelly meanwhile looked on, they couldn't decide how this was going to go down. At least they were not fighting some massive giant or mega heel team, or so they hoped.

As the teams parted, it was time for the match. Erika stepped through the ropes and so did Kelly, leaving Vikki to start out. At barely 110lbs she was pretty outmatched but if she got a good start, who knows what could happen?

Vikki moved out hands up with her eyes on the team, she was ready as the crowd roared and the ref called for the bell

DING!

Even if Erika's attempts to fit video game references into her speech were growing a bit forced, they still drew a giggle from Kyoko - and that caused Misako to roll her eyes, as if the very thought of anyone actually finding that amusing was absurd to her. Nevertheless, it was Sachiko who stood in the ring, waiting to meet the challenge she was presented with, as she chuckled to herself. She saw it was Vikki who was the first to put herself up to the task, and she grinned wider as she leaned back against the ropes. While she didn't know if Vikki would put up much of a fight by the looks of her...at least she was cute.

"Heheh...bring it on, girlie. This is gonna be fun," she teased. The ref, however, stepped in, holding her hand out in warning to Sachiko. "Drop the bat," she warned. "I want a nice, clean fight. Don't make me disqualify you."

"Aw, relax," she said, passing the bat off to Kyoko, who took it and kept it at her side. "Nice and clean aren't usually things I do...but I can roll with it. As long as it gets the match underway." She also slipped off her jacket, as her partners did the same. As the referee leaned in to further check Sachiko for foreign objects, the blue-haired girl aimed a slap to her behind, one that caused the ref to blush and draw back from her before narrowing her eyes in an unimpressed glare. From there, though, she stepped back, signaling for the bell to ring - and they were off!

Sachiko herself would waste little time in getting into the action as soon as things had begun. She lunged for Vikki, not waiting to see what her reaction would be before she swung her arm towards her for a lariat! "Haaaah!!"

Vikki wasnt so much bothered about the baseball bat as she was about being pushed out by her team mates to go first. She knew the ref girl would stop any cheating and this wasnt going to be a hardcore match as the cuties never got put into those. She watched as Sachiko slapped the behind of the official and shook her head. For now she had to get ready and moved out hands up. Vikki was always anxious and she had half an eye on her corner, who were clapping to rouse the crowd for the first clash of the pair.

The cutie was a little unsure of her rival, she seemed confident, much bigger and a lot more experience.

WHACK!

UUGNNNNN!

"Oh jeeze. Vik!"

It all seemed to happen in a blur as she cutie hit the canvas. Erika winced, and Kelly got up on the ropes to lean into the ring

"HEY, WHAT THE HELL?"

It served to distract the ref who came over to admonish the other cutie. Vikki groggily got up to a sitting position and held her chest, needing a moment to catch her wind. The crowd were on the side of the face team and loudly booed as such a move which floored the good girl.

As she waited for the bell to ring, Sachiko watched Vikki with hungry eyes, a grin spreading its way across her face. While she was already confident in her own abilities, she was sure this was going to be fun, no matter what way it went. The girl chuckled under her breath. This was almost unfair; their opponents had no idea what they were getting into. But at the same time, she wasn't about to pass this opportunity up. These girls were cute - and she had no qualms about getting in the ring with them.

Indeed, Sachiko's first move promised to start things off hard, as Vikki went toppling to the ground with her partners gasping at the sight. Sachiko, however, had little in the way of mercy. She shot a glare back over at the other girls as she loomed above her fallen foe. "Whaaat? Already upset? You ain't seen nothing yet!" As if to prove her words, the next move out of Sachiko would see her raising a foot before stomping it down on Vikki's back, while she was down!

Vikki started vadly, taking a full on clothesline which floored her. Most of the crowd groaned because at this rate, the cutie would be eliminated in minutes unless something happened to either cause a fight back or some other method of intervention.

As she sat on her rear, Vikki had no idea of the intentions of her rival.

"AGGHHHH"

Her back exploded and she tumbled forward, hand to her back as she lay on her chest. Vikki began to instinctively crawl but was heading for the opposite corner as opposed to her own.

Kelly meanwhile argued with the ref and was keen to help her jobber partner. Erika say the plan and did the most she could to ignight the crowd and distract the ref girl again. The gamer would grab her and plant a kiss on the officials lips. It was unexpected and the perfect ruse to allow Kelly to dart into the ring.

She ran toward Sachiko and shouted loudly whilst sticking her arm out. The cutie wanted to mimick the Heartbreakers move by going to a clothesline of her own. If course, she practically announced it and her inexperience meant Kelly was never going to win the battle of ring smarts

"You cow!"

Erika meanwhile let the ref go who stood stunned for a moment, flushed and unsure what she was meant to do next....

While Sachiko might have had a little experience when it came to wrestling, she was still a dropout from her aunt's school, and she wasn't exactly a technical genius either way. She was, however, good at hitting people, and occasionally hitting them with things, too. Stomping on her downed opponent might not have been pretty, but it was what worked for her, and that was what she intended to do now - as she slammed her foot down and down again into the defenseless Vikki's chest. With each stomp that fell, the crowd booed her, while her own teammates cheered her on. But of course, Vikki's team was less than amused.

Sachiko didn't notice as Erika went to distract the referee, too absorbed in her own efforts. She did hear a few cheers go up at the gamer girl's daring move, but failed to grasp the context. "Heh, you hear that, girls? They're cheering for me!" Sachiko proudly boasted to her companions. "...Yeah. Sure, let's go with that," came Misako's response.

What Sachiko did notice, however, was how Kelly had charged into the ring - in no small part due to her defiantly announcing her arrival. That gave Sachiko time to prepare, as she turned to face the blonde, going to grab her as she came near to swing her arm down between her legs and counter her charge into a bodyslam to use her own momentum against her! At the same time, Vikki was getting away, and was going towards the corner opposite her own - which happened to be where the two other Heartbreakers were waiting. Coming closer, she would be greeted with a swift boot to the face, as Kyoko kicked out under the ropes while the ref was still coming off of her daze!

Kelly charged in looking to send a message to these bullies that the Super Cutie team were not to be messed with, which was laughable given their history in the LAW ring. It didnt take long for Sachiko to dispatch the oncoming jobber. She was scooped up and slammed down hard to her back, the ring canvas shook with the impact.

"GAH"

Kelly writhed and nursed her back as she rolled over looking to escape to prevent any further damage. So far the face team had completely derailed itself and the Heartbreakers had barely even broken a sweat. Even Sachiko on her own could beat them, which was hugely embarrassing. Erika meanwhile was enjoying herself, even if it meant her new found partners were getting pummelled.

The ref girl backed away to see the carnage of the ring. She rushed over and focused on Kelly, ushering her out of the ring with a stern warning for cheating, which was kind of ironic given the Heartbreakers proceeding persona. The cutie rolled under the ropes and tried to argue with the ref, to which Erika got involved looking to make peace.

It left Vikki wide open and now lurking at the corner of the heel team. She clutched her face and pawed for the ropes, mumbling incoherently. Now she was at risk of being eliminated any time the heels wanted. The crowd booed loudly because their fan favourite was sure to be worked over before being put out of their misery.
