Abby Lazel vs. Raquel Masters

Raquel was pacing, in her ring attire and a bit nervous about this match. She had done better lately but heard a lot of hype about this new superhero person.

She was out to squash that hype as much as she could. She had a lot going on in the back of her mind amidst a sordid love triangle with Asuka and GASTER, a triangle she never wanted to have a 3rd party.... GASTER..... involved in.

She had to focus. Tonight she was out to show everyone that some upstart wasn't about to beat her! Raquel came out to a good bit of cheers fro. The crowd. They loved her small, lean frame which packed more power than many would assume. She jogged down the ramp, jumping onto the apron then leaping over the ropes standing in the ring with her arms up in the air. Raquel bounced on her feet eagerly awaiting this hero to come.

Match after match Abby had been having lately, with the superhero girl seemingly getting quite involved in LAW right away, looking to keep her word on becoming an inspiration and being a bringer of justice! And today, this would once again be put to the test as she was matched up with another foe, a lightweight redhead, who stood in the middle of the ring now!

But as the crowd looked to the top of the ramp, they would find that the superhero was taking unusually long to appear, seemingly nowhere to be found! Where could she be!?

Somewhere in the rafters? No, not there! Under the ring? No, not there either! In the duffel bag that was wriggling slightly in the corner? It would appear so, as suddenly a hand burst out, followed by an arm, and then shortly afterwards a full girl! A superhero at that!

Bursting forth from her hiding place, Lightning Lazel would spring up, brushing herself off and fixing her hair before pointing at Raquel, her voice ringing out in typical superhero fashion!

"Hah! It is I, Lightning Lazel! Greetings, possible fiend!"

Well the girl really did take her superhero gimmick to the extreme and Raquel couldn't help but raise an eyebrow and smile. "That was.... something. I ain't a fiend but I am gonna beat you in the middle of the ring tonight." Raquel said confidently as she strut to the center of the ring. She was eager to see if this woman could live up to the hype.

Raquel circled as the bell rang, and held her hands out. Abby was slightly bigger but Raquel was very strong for the lightweight division given her firm, defined build. She wanted to see how strong Abby was offering up a straight forward contest of strength to start things off!

Facing off from her foe, it would seem that Raquel had managed to keep her cool in the face of the loud girl that stood in front of her, giving a slight chuckle before answering Abby with a good deal of confidence in her voice. However, the superhero merely tilted her head back and laughed, giving a loud chuckle with her hands on her hips, before turning back to Raquel, smirking and striking a heroic pose, hands on her hips!

"Hah! Quite confident! But now you face somebody who is powered by justice! Strengthened by the people! And tasked with protecting all that is good! So I won't lose" Abby cried, before the bell rung, starting the match!

Immediately, her and Raquel would shove up against one another, locking up in a test of strength, with both girls looking to prove their strength, the slightly bigger Abby digging in her feet and pushing hard!

"Y-you may be bigger... but I think the extra weight is junk weight!" Raquel shot back the woman straining and struggling against Abbys power! Raquel was giving it her all but she was losing ground step by step! Raquel buckled down trying to stonewall Abbys progress. She tensed up her body, her entire figure trembling as she tried to push back against the bigger superhero instead!

Thrusting her body forwards hard, using her size advantage to full affect, Abby was slowly starting to shove Raquel back, pushing the redhead farther and farther towards the ropes. However, it was as she did, that the other woman began to speak, saying such villainous things like Abby's extra pounds were just junk weight! How dare she!

"How dare you, you villainous woman! I haven't a scrap of junk on this body! Us superheroes eat our fruits and vegetables! Just like everyone should!" Abby cried out indignantly.

Deciding to teach the fiend a lesson, she would suddenly step forward, throwing a knee up, intending to break the lock up and hit Raquel hard, right in the gut!

Raquel was giving it her all but Abby was a strong lightweight just like she was! As Raquel felt herself maybe making some progress however a sharp knee strike hammered her abdomen and she doubled over, falling to a knee right in front of Abby! The strike stunned Raquel, knocking the wind out of her and leaving her in a highly compromised spot! This wasn't good, not at all the start she had hoped for! Raquel grit her teeth, trying to bring her hands up so she could at the very least stop a nasty knee or kick to her face.

Shoving back harder and harder against Raquel, it was only when her knee hit the redhead's stomach did the superhero start to take the advantage, causing Raquel to bend over, gasping as the air was forced from her. But despite her shortness of breath, Raquel was smart enough to raise her hands, looking to protect her face and head, stopping any strikes from below.

However, Abby was crafty enough to think of a way around this, quickly taking a step back, before raising her foot high up into the air, before bringing it down hard, intending to slam the back of Raquel's head with a huge axe kick, looking to floor her and leave her dazed!

Raquel thought she was somewhat covered from taking a nasty hit but she was horribly mistaken! The kick smashed into her skull and she could only let out a weak moan as she crumpled to the mat in a heap, her legs kicking as she laid on her back with her hands cradling her head! Raquel looked like she was already out and the bell hand only rung 30 seconds ago! She had been off to rough starts before but she couldn't recall a match going this south this quickly!

Despite Abby being a heroic defender of all things good, the girl's strikes couldn't really be called anything but ruthless, as she swung for Raquel's head like she was aiming to floor a heavyweight. And her foot did indeed connect solidly with the back of the redhead's head, sending Raquel crumpling to the floor in a heap, the axe kick looking to have destroyed the girl from the get go!

"That'll teach you to say I'm junk weight! You shouldn't mock heroes like me!" Abby said with a pout, feeling slightly self conscious after Raquel's insult. However, she instead focused on beating the girl, quickly dropping down and shoving her over, before laying atop her and hooking one leg, going for an early pin on the woman!
