The LAW audience was excited. Tonight had been a card full of intense matches, including more than a few new names, and wrestlers who they hadn't seen in action for a while. They were all now waiting intently or the next batch of opponents to arrive.

The audience wouldn't have to wait long.

"The Wicked Symphony" by Avantasia began to play, violet and fuschia lights strobing as Emily made her way into the ring. The audience cheered as the former Wrestle Angel strode down the ramp, the tall Scotswoman's hazel eyes fixed resolutely on the ring. She only casually brushed aside her long pink-brown hair as she made her way down the ramp, her gaze never once straying from the ring.

Sliding under the ropes, the tall Scotswoman strode to the center of the ring and casually brushed her hair back, setting a striking figure as she watched the ramps. It felt good to have fans cheering her, and felt even better to actually have some of the spotlight after being on the lower tiers of Wrestle Angels for so long: while she had no ill will towards the likes of Risako, or Yukiko or Megumi, and heck, was very good friends with more than a few of them, she had always felt like she had been under their shadow. Now, though, she felt like it was here time to shine, here and now, in LAW>

Allowing herself a faint smile, she stretched her arms a little, waiting to see who she would be up against....

Peggy had been in a rough slide. She and Lauren were losing both tag matches as well as matches on their own. Tonight she was going to try to change all that. Clad in her green one piece swimsuit with gold pads and green boots Peggy was walking through the backstage hallways looking ready to go. She was going to win, and show these people that she wasn't just some jobber joke.

Peggy's music began to play and she came out into the arena holding her arms out as she stood at the top of the ramp. Some fans cheered and a couple booed or laughed at the curvy woman. Peggy began to stomp down to the ring, her legs and backside shaking with each step. Peggy scowled as she walked up the ring steps and climbed through the ropes giving a harsh look to Emily. Peggy stood with her hands on her hips and kept staring a hole through her opponent. "I already know ya think the soft oldschool grappler is just here for ya to be put over. I am gonna slam ya silly lass, n' you won't like it when I leave ya laid out on that mat!" Peggy said flexing her biceps and stepping up to the middle of the ring.

She was waiting for the bell to ring eager to get going and grapple with Emily!

Emily watched her opponent finally strode into the ring-- a fiesty-looking redheaded girl clad in a simple green leotard with matching boots and pads, a very classic look that Emily quietly approved of. To her consternation, though, the newcomer-- who had been introduced as Peggy McIntyre-- was receiving a mixture of cheers and boos as she made her entrance. Emily had no idea why, but she decided to withold her judgement until she got to see how Peggy actually acted in the ring.

And Peggy quickly showed Emily just that, proceeding to glare a hole at Emily and start trash talking her. Emily immediately recognized an Irish accent, along with that unmistakeable Irish swagger. Unimpressed, Emily folded her arms and took a step forward, letting the difference in height between the two of them. "Oh aye?" Emily replied, letting her own natural Scottish twang come out as she spoke. "Ye brag a good game, lass, but can ye fight one? We'll be seeing who slams who, I think."

And with that, Emily took a step back, waiting for the bell to ring. The moment it did so, the tall Scotswoman would step forwards confidently, arm raised as she motioned for a lockup.

Peggy smiled and shook her legs out as the bell rang, eagerly moving in and locking up with Emily! She was trying to push Emily back against the corner or ropes using all her strength to do so. Peggy was going all in on this, and she had a simple goal in mind. Push Emily back, and when her back was pressed against the corner or ropes then Peggy would knee, forearm, elbow and punch away at Emily to treat her like a punching bag! Peggy wasn't going for fancy here, she just wanted to power her way to a good opening at the bell.

The bell rang, and the two wrestlers circled. Peggy responded eagerly to Emily's motion for a lockup, and in an instant the two ladies were grappling intensely, pushing back and forth against one another as they battled for supremacy. Peggy was clearly eager to prove something, as for a brief second Emily found herself being forced back! Gritting her teeth, she sank a boot down into the mat and pushed back hard, briefly deadlocking the two of them as she leaned in against Peggy with her superior height.

Spinning around, Emily tried to lock an arm around Peggy's head and squeeze her against the side of her chest in a side headlock! If she managed this, then she would give Peggy a short, tight squeeze, before suddenly dropping down, trying to flip Peggy down onto her side and continue to squeeze her in a grounded headlock! As far as Emily was concerned, this match was just warming up, and she wanted to see how well Peggy would escape from this...

"Ack!" Peggy yelped as she was making no progress pushing Emily back then getting herself wrapped in a side headlock! Before Peggy could grab Emily and lift her up for a backdrop she was instead sent crashing to the mat and kicked her flubbery thighs about as she reached up and grabbed at Emilys grip to pry herself free. Peggy pulled with one arm while using her other to punch at the arms and abdomen of Emily to soften up that grip all while reaching her legs up. Peggy wanted to pull herself free and clap Emily in a headscissor immediately after to really put the squeeze on her opponent!

Emily grinned as she managed to take control of the match, giving Peggy a nice, tight squeeze before letting gravity take its course, dropping down to resume squeezing Peggy against the side of her chest while she was grounded on the mat. The Irish girl wasn't about to take this lying down (literally) however, and Emily winced as she felt Peggy's fists slam against her arms and abdomen, a hiss of air escaping her lips as her grip began to weaken.

And then Peggy managed to clamp her strong legs around Emily's head, and their roles were suddenly reversed. Giving vent to a muffled cry, Emily pried at Peggy's legs, feeling her head being squeezed ruthlessly by those strong thighs. Her veteran instincts took over, however, and she kicked out with her legs, trying to get into a kneeling position, before pushing her palms down against Peggy's legs, trying to slowly but surely pop her head free...

Peggy squeezed and grunted as she was trying to choke the air out of Emily with her legs before Emily rolled and adjusted popping her head free with Peggy flat other back in front of Emily! "Damn it ya sneaky...." Peggy muttered to herself. She tried to coil her legs to her chest before thrusting both feet out aiming to kick Emily in the chest as hard as she could! Peggy wanted to land a hit and create enough space to rise to her feet hopefully first before Emily...

Emily took a deep gulp of air as she finally wrenched her head free from Peggy's powerful thighs. So far, the Irish girl's ground game was on point. Before she could take control of Peggy's legs, however, her opponent kicked out, hammering Emily hard in the chest! "OOOF!" she gasped, stumbling back against the ropes. Breathing hard, she watched as Peggy rolled up to her feet, the crowd around them clapping at the exchange of moves between the two ladies.

"Not bad," Emily breathed, starting to circle Peggy and raising her arms. "Care to start this dance again, lass?"

Peggy got up and heard Emily. Peggy smiled. "Oh yeah, n' this time I won't let ya get on top!" Peggy shouted as she stepped up and grappled with Emily! Peggy strained and grunted, trying to grab an arm and twist looking to get behind Emily and lock in a hammerlock with Emily's arm twist behind her back! Peggy would hold it with one arm while hitting Emily's upper back with some forearm strikes to deal a bit more damage while she was stuck.
