That hit would make Samus dizzy as well making her hang there only half awake.

Slamming her forearm into the face of Samus, but her hit only spurred a counter attack as Samus came flying back, smashing forehead into forehead. Alison's head snapped back from the blow, teetering backwards and almost toppling down onto her back. Instead, she threw her hand back to stop herself, groggy from the head butt as she snapped back forward. Her original attempt was to try and head butt right back but all she managed to do was fling herself forward and miss Samus' head and rested her head over her shoulder as they were back to being boob to boob!

Samus was hanging there only half awake when suddenly her opponent fall right against her.
