Battle at the Top: Karina Rine vs Cyber Widow

'THREE'

Theresia is flat on her back. Everything is hurting, and her cheek is starting to swell from taking that punch to her cheek, even just touching it with her feels like something is broken inside her jaw. She didn't expect Karina to have that much power behind her moves, but she just learned the reason why they call her a barbarian in the first place. As she let's out a groan like moan rolling over onto her side not even wanting to move that much, as her sight is blurry looking around to see if her opponent is in rough shape as she is or still moving around.

'FOUR'

An arm struggling to stay up stretches out, slowly reaching for the ring ropes. As the woman tries to slowly reach for them to pull herself up, sweat dripping from her body and blood from her mouth as her arm falls limp back to the canvas again.

[Ghost]

Karina having great difficulty with getting back up onto her feet. All the damage that had been done to her had so far been mostly ignored and endured with the help of her own hard body and the adrenaline that came along with them. Her opponent proved to be powerful, able to withstand even the roughest of attacks from Karina and then some, leaving the Barbarian Queen unable to gain a decent lead throughout the match, yet it mattered little now since she was in big trouble.

" FIVE! "

She couldn't seem to get back up again, her hands weakly clutching the canvas and sought to push herself back up onto her feet but her body was hurting so much that it had the better command of her movements than Karina's will and stubborness for a change. The overly long haired barbarian remained on her stomach while the referee counted yet again, coming dangerously close to a double knock out and with the way Karina was writhing and shifting, it looked like she was not going to get back up before the final count would reach!

" SIX! "

'SEVEN'

Everything hurts. Theresia's body feels heavy, like her whole body is made of lead, but seeing that her opponent is in just as bad shape as she is does bring a small smile to her busted face. She has never been beaten this badly before to the point where her body has shut down like this, even in her wars with her legendary opponents she was able to take punishment and strike back just as hard. But against Karina it felt like her best wasn't even close compared to the younger woman, even the training that she put in, and she was just able to try and go blow for blow with her. And at best still, she wasn't able to knock her opponent out cold with her kick, as she drags her body slowly to the ring ropes.

'EIGHT'

She lays her upper body against the bottom rope, unable to beat the count herself to steal a victory. The fans peel back, seeing the side of her face swelling up from the punch. Blood still dripping from her mouth from the injury to her rib, she looks like a beaten mess, but the fans cheer trying to will the older woman to her feet, but Theresia just can't do it as that daze look is in her eyes.

[Ghost]

With things coming to towards the end of the count, Karina was trying to muscle every bit of strength she had, the energy within those muscles and to rouse them to work once more so she could get back up onto her feet. The problem was the damage she had accumulated in this fight. Cyber Widow had managed to get a few good attacks in, not to mention almost knocking Karina out with those powerful kicks. It had been more than enough to keep Karina on the floor this and something like that happened perhaps two more times in the many years she has been wrestling!

" NINE! "

Karina wasn't going to get up in time and she gently squeezed the canvas with her fingertips, her nails dragging along it as she knew she couldn't even roll to the ropes without the pain settling in and making things worse, but she damn well tried! She would make a roll, then another with a very slow yet rapid succession until she would find the ropes, yet it was too late.

" TEN!! "

The bell went off and soon enough the match was called to be a draw between the two of them, again something very rarely happened within Karina's career but at the same time, in the state Karina was in all she could really do was curse and be irritated by the amount of pain she had to deal with, yet at the same time this was a challenge that had kept Karina on the ground and with multiple bruises and perhaps even cracked ribs! She dealt with it for now though as the people came to check up on her. She could still move but definitely needed a hand.. Or a stretcher.. Whichever helped her head towards the medical facility without too much pain along the way.

'TEN"

Those words sound so sweet in Theresia ear. She would be the first to admit that she doesn't like fighting to a draw, but after dealing with Karina, she would rather take the draw than the loss after the beating the wild woman gave her. Rolling over to her back, her upper body still propped up on the ring ropes, looking at her opponent with a bloody smirk on her face. A part of her just wants to leave the ring and get looked at by medics... but her pride refuses to allow her opponent to leave without being mocked, even through she is still injured.

'Hey... What happened to you forcing me to kiss your abs and crap.' she taunts while medics come to check on her, some bringing a cold warm towel to place on the back of her neck to help her body relax. 'Looks to me like you couldn't put me away, Karina... It alright through i'm too much for you to handle anyway, but I will give you that rematch anytime any place...' Theresia chuckles before slowly being helped to her feet, her back is turned as the medics try to help her make it backstage, but they are moving closer to where Karina is at while being checked by her own team of medics.

[Ghost]

Normally there would be great dissatisfaction from Karina, whom prided herself as a powerful woman who was more than able to handle bigger opponents, as she has displayed in her very first match in LAW. She craved the challenged but never showed it, this was much of a similar experience for Karina and there was a certain amount of annoyance that it had ended in a draw, but the power of Thereisa was no joke. She considered just leaving with that frustration remaining silent but alas the Cyber Widow decided to open her mouth, which caused Karina to turn her head to look over at the woman while some of the staff members were checking and tending to her ribs.

" You happened to hit hard enough to prevent your downfall. Be glad for that. " She adjusted herself, looking back at the staff member as they were finishing up and telling her she could move to the medical facility by herself if she wanted to but she had to take it slow. With a simple nod, she returned her gaze to Thereisa and would speak the next words in a clear, stern tone. " The rematch will happen and I will make sure to crush you until the only thing you can use is that big mouth of yours.. And trust me, there will be plans for that. "

With a smirk, she would slowly begin to move herself down and ease herself under the bottom ropes, taking the approach of caution that was given as advice by the staff members and would bring herself down onto her feet. She didn't spare a third glance at Thereisa and would begin to make her way from the ring and up the ramp with the mixed feelings she carried. She would just have to fight smarter and harder the next time they would meet.
