Six-Woman Tag: Marzia/Astrid/Michiko vs. Breanna/Kennedy/Jovannah

"And your winners are the team of Marzia, Astrid, and Michiko!"

Marzia grinned, looking down at Breanna. It took her a short while to realize the full gravity of the situation. Had she really done that? Had she managed to secure the win in such a heated match as this one? And against the woman who had turned on her, no less, who had promised to help her climb her way to the top, only to run out on her at the last minute, turning on her old friends back at XCW in the process. She thought she might have been dreaming at first. But as the time went on, and she caught her breath...no, she realized. She wasn't. There was no way this could be anything but reality.

Soon enough, Astrid took Marzia by the arm, helping the Italian girl back to her feet. She grinned wide, nodding to her. "Good work," she said. "You've made me proud." Michiko climbed back into the ring to join her teammates, and the three looked over at Jovannah and Kennedy.

Jovannah and Kennedy nodded with smiles before heading back up the ramp no longer wanting any business with this match. Breanna growled and rolled out of the ring. She grabbed a mic and breathed heavily before speaking.

“I hope those LAW officials are hearing me right now...We aren’t done Marzia. We have to settle the score and me kicking your ass at the next big event will be worth it!”

Marzia was happy to have won the match - but her happiness, alas, had to be short-lived. Breanna was quick to undercut her, reminding her that the two were no longer friends, let alone partners. Hearing the country girl's harsh words, Marzia's glare narrowed. Still, in beating her, the Italian had gained a little bit of confidence. She had stood up to Breanna this time, and come out the winner. She could do it again.

"Just...just you wait-!" she called out to her, storming over to the side of the ring to jab a finger in Breanna's direction. "I know that we used to be friends...but I can't stand by what you've done. And what you saw here was only a taste of what I can do! You think you can act tough, but you don't scare me. I don't even need help from these two. I can do it all on my own!"

Talking so tough wasn't something that came naturally to Marzia. But she could summon the strength she needed from her friends, and from her victory. She looked back over her shoulders to see how well she was doing, and was met with a nod and a smile from Astrid.

“Heh...you want to take me on again, sugah? Your win meant nothing if my two traitors didn’t help you. How about you and me one-on-one to settle the score once more.” Breanna offered.

"F-Fine then-!" Marzia's voice began to falter, but she bit her lip, sucking in her gut. One hand balled at her side, while she held the other out in front of her. "One on one it is! We'll see how good you do without others to fall back on, anyway! I bet you can't stand for yourself if you tried!"

Michiko looked on and nodded, lifting a hand to give Marzia a thumbs-up.

“You are saying ah can’t stand up for myself? You can’t even do that for half of your matches. However, you get this one chance. You and me, in a Hardcore Match! No rules, no way out, hun!” Breanna exclaimed.

She started laughing, but was also groaning from the pain she was feeling.

A hardcore match, she said. At the thought of it, Marzia started to tense, her eyelid twitching. She was still finding her groove in normal matches - but a match with no rules, where Breanna would have free reign to inflict any kind of pain on her she wanted? That was definitely a new experience for the Italian girl, and one she wasn't sure she was prepared for. She swallowed a breath, digging her fingernails into the palm of her hand to steel herself and hopefully stop any signs of her shaking. The last thing she needed was to give Breanna any ammunition that could be used against her, and the country girl was sure to latch onto any signs of weakness in her.

But it was for that reason that Marzia couldn't say no. She grit her teeth, looking up to Breanna and nodding. She glanced back at her teammates, who knew just as much as she did that any sign of regret would be suicide. Astrid nodded enthusiastically, and Michiko gave her a thumbs-up of encouragement. With that done, the girl directed her attention back to Breanna.

"I'll do it," she said. "If you think...if you think that's enough to scare me, then you need to try harder! I can take you down with or without help...and I'll prove it! You just want to hurt me. But you'll see how your plans will backfire, when I bear it through and only give you the beating you've been asking for!"

“You’ll see when that day comes, sugah. Ah ain’t going easy on you.” Breanna stated before dropping the mic and walking the ramp.

"Hmph..."

Marzia crossed her arms, letting out a breath as she turned away from Breanna. With the country girl having left the ring, Marzia joined with both her teammates and Kennedy and Jovannah, the rest of the participants in the match slipping out of the ring and following Breanna to the exit a short moment after she disappeared from sight.
