OK, so fucking pin her. Hook her leg, humiliate her, and go home to some relief.

If only. As Anna collapsed, Phoenix cocked her head to one side, rolled her shoulders, and cracked her knuckles.

"Now I gave you an out." She shook her head, sighed. She wore a look of absolute disgust. "We could, both of, be heading home. Right now. But you wanted to explore pain. It would be commendable if it was the result of any thought or feeling above rank stupidity. But. I guess stumbling into Enlightenment works just fine."

She was stalling, just a bit. Catching her breath. But Anna's repreive wouldn't last long. In a lightning stroke, Phoenix went from relaxed to lashing out—as she fell suddenly on Anna with an elbow drop aimed to devastate her skull.

"You... are so stupid." (Tu sei così stupida.) Anna knew that Phoenix would attack right away, she summoned her body strenght to roll away at the last second only to take some breath after while using the ropes to get up.

"Damn you angry woman.. anf..anf.. just rest a bit." (Dannazione donna incazzata... riposati un attimo..) Anna used the ropes to get up hoping that Phoenix would stay still down to catch some breath so she could run to her and kick the bitch in her face! "Now stay down!" (Adesso stai giù!)

The mat always hit harder than Phoenix thought it should. It looked soft, and it bounced just slightly under her weight. And it could be gentle, if you knew how to treat it. It was not gentle here. It cracked against her elbow, sending pain arcing up her funny bone. In spite of that, the sound Phoenix made was a quick grunt of surprise followed by a long, drawn out groan. She drove her fist against the mat.

"God damn you." She closed her eyes and breathed deep, assuming Anna would be too winded to try anything too quick while Phoenix was recovering from her bump.

She was wrong.

Anna's running kick slammed into Phoenix, knocking onto her back where she lay clutching her jaw and gasping. Gasping became a gurgle became a hiss as Phoenix clenched her teeth together and beat the mat. One, two, three punches slung hard enough to ache in her knuckles.

"God...

The words got stuck in her throat.

Anna was panting heavly after that but she needed to do something or the bitch would give her hard time! She approached her and picked Phoenix up to deliver some more punches and kicks but Anna was weakened. That could cause trouble for the italian woman and could give Phoenix a chance to counterattack and deliver a devastating blow!

"It's over angry woman! Time to end this match!" (E' finita donna incazzata! E' tempo di finire questo match!) Anna tried to set up her finisher, an implant DDT! Hopin to end this cruel match between her and The bitch.

Oh it hurt — No question about it. The strikes to the face, the gut, the throat, as Anna forced Phoenix to stand. But even so, some of the wind in her sails seemed to be sagging. God had put Phoenix through a lot of pain. A lot of disappointment and need and pure physical agony. She could stomach this—and wait.

Her moment came when Anna thought she was done. She slipped facelock around Phoenix's neck, and you didn't need to be Poindexter to see where this was headed. The instant Anna's feet left the ground, Phoenix woke up and charged. By the time Anna's legs were at their full height for the DDT, Phoenix had charged her legs between the top and middle rope.

Her counter had one more piece to the plan. Once Anna landed on the ring apron, Phoenix planned to grab her head, jump, and slam her throat against the middle rope.

"Ur don... Woahh! GAHHH!!" Anna thought she had this in the bag but she didn't. Phoenix used her momentum of the DDT to pick Anna up and slammed her throat on the middle ropes! That left her without breath for a moment and now she knew that this would lead to a lot of damage or even a finisher from the angry woman!

She had no choice to take any punishment that was coming. Anna could only harden her body and pray, hoping that she could have a chance later to turn the tides, after all both women were tired there is no way that the angry bitch would still do something if Anna managed to land a finisher later. She just had to endure her's but it will be a very difficult task. For now she was on the mat completely useless.

Anna fell on the ring apron, then rolled back into the ring, at Phoenix's feet, who sighed, squatted over the prone woman, and took a fistful of hair.

"You know what you did wrong, Anna?"

It was one of the few times in the match Phoenix used her opponent's name. She took a step back, then another, as she lifted and pulled the woman to her feet, head under her armpit in a side facelock.

Once they were both on their feet, still standing beside the ropes, there was just one more hold to take. Drop the facelock, grab the hips, and lift the opponent far into the sky. A straightline. Setup, most likely, for a vertical suplex or another brainbuster.

"Well?" asked Phoenix, as she held the position and glared at the woman "You were so fucking talkative today. Speak up. Do you know how you fucked this up or not?"

"Nghh...Shut up...i will win <3" (Stai zitta... io vincerò <3) Anna was dazed but still taunted the bitch with a smirk but couldn't do much after since she was weakend and now she would know true pain..she tried to get ready for the impact hoping she could kick out from this.

"What? you called my by my name now? You love me?" (Cosa? Mi hai chiamato col mio nome adesso? Mi ami?) Anna said continuing to taunt the bitch hoping to get her mad enough to lead into some mistake but right now she didn't think it could work. The only thing she could do now was getting the pain.

"Fine do your best, i'll kick out from this." (Va bene fai del tuo meglio, riuscirò a uscire da questo) Anna said with a confident tone like she had some plan to get out of it.

Still didn't get it. Happy, go lucky little freak right up to the end. You know, she had been going to just drop another brainbuster. Smash her head a second time and take that pin. As Anna retorted though, Phoenix's face went calm and smooth. A moment of pristine clarity formed in her chest.

"You wasted our God damn time."

And with that she'd turn and chuck Anna out of the ring, a body drop from Phoenix's shoulder down to the unyielding concrete at the ringside pavillion below.

"GUHHHHH" Anna was launched out of the ring and she flied only to land on her back! That hurted like hell and there was no way she could get up right now but she had to move or she would lose to countout! In fact the ref started to count her out while for sure Phoenix would be proud of her work.

"ONE!....TWO!...THREE...!"

"I...must get up..." (Devo... alzarmi..) Anna started to pull herself up using the ring hoping the bitch wouldn't come at her swiftly and hit her because right now she couldn't defend herself at all.
