Tara was upside down and clearly winded but despite all that wanted answers, it was clear she had gotten her hook in, now it was just a matter of sinking her in and calling it a day. Anyone could tell that just making the offer wasn’t enough Kyoko had to show why it was viable and her plan right now seemed to be working with her forceful nature making the case for her. If she refused that was fine Kyoko could happily go right along with pummeling her down.

“What details could I add? Even if you’ve deluded yourself into thinking your better then me, you surely must know I’m the expert on this craft. And you know that as LAW gets more dangerous people like us need allies or help. I’m not proposing that you be a good little servant to the Queen, but you’ll learn a lot more under me then you will as my enemy.” Kyoko said getting low to Tara’s head but placing a hand on her exposed stomach. “But If I need to prove it just say the word and I’ll crush you in front of your trainee. And then take you home for more fun later, or you can see since and join a group that will keep you safe while not also holding you back.” Kyoko added her fingers running across her trapped prospects stomach letting her know just what would catch the brunt of her rage if she refused.

Tara panted and moaned softly still from the flurry of blows to her stomach while the blood rushed to her head from the tree of woe. But those were at the back of her mind, at the fore front was Kyoko and the surprising offer she had made to Tara. As the woman explained it Tara’s eyes narrowed as she took in and considered Kyoko’s words carefully, trying to determine what would be the best call. On one hand Kyoko would likely want to assert dominance right away and demand Tara concede the match here, something that didn’t sit well with her. On the other hand however, Tara was not in a good way and in no position to incite Kyoko further.

Besides... Kyoko was talking some sense here. Her ruined debut, her weeks of recovery after her humiliating loss to Rarity. Plus the oncoming of more stables in LAW and people like Rose Gold cheating constantly to take wins... those were things she’d have to worry less about with someone like Kyoko on her side. Sure she had Thea who likely wouldn’t like this at all but... there was a bug difference between Kyoko and Thea.

Looking up at Kyoko she panted a bit more as she collected her thoughts and nodded at the woman standing above her. ”I do not like some of you’re phrasing Kyoko..” Tara said referring to Kyoko saying she could learn from her. She didn’t take kindly to that at all believing the two to be equals, or close to it at least. “But I do like what you’re selling. If you do right by me... I’ll do right by you. So count me in for this.” She said officially accepting the belly queen’s offer.

With the bait set it seemed that Tara had been successfully won over by the enticing offer even if she tried to put in some defiance with her words she didn’t really care. She didn’t need Tara to be a wimp she just needed her to be loyal, so long as she wasn’t undermining hugs she could take as many she’d with her wording as she pleased. Kyoko would just prove herself right like she tended to do. And with Tara added along with Yoko she knew she had a good enough start to really kick things off the ground. Kyoko smirked and took her hand off Tara’s belly and gave her a pat on the head.

“Good girl. Now we’re on the same page. Now is the important matter what to do with this match.” Kyoko said standing up and readying to go back on the attack. “We can keep going but keep in mind on my team or not if you want to keep fighting I’m in a bad mood so I’m taking it all out on you. If you surrender now things will go smoothly I won’t be a pain and things in our POW phase won’t be...the usual. But if you make me have to work up a sweat to beat you and look me in the eyes when I say this, I will come at you harder then I have any other girl if you don’t do this, You’ll get the usual and a whole lot more. Now. Make your choice.” Kyoko declared. Part of her knee that Tara was stubborn and was likely to take her chances but on the off chance she could get this match to end now. The look on Theas face would be priceless to say the least and she’d make an ally much faster.

Tara’s eyes and nostrils flared slightly from the pat on the head and ‘good girl’ comment. They would certainly need to set some ground rules later, but for now Tara wouldn’t look a gift horse in the mouth. This would certainly be a boon to her career so she’d take the annoying with the good when it came to this. But sure enough there it was, Kyoko threw the idea of giving the match to her, but she at least gave her the option of continuing the match. But honestly? As tempted as Tara was to continue it...

”Fine.” She ground out to the Akan, after swallowing her pride in the process. Forcefully untangling her legs from the ropes she fell to the mat and slowly turned on her knees to face Kyoko while holding her belly. “As much as I wanna continue things... It’d be damn hard too after the advantage you gained.. so just this once I’ll concede to you but I expect a proper tie breaker some day.” She said through some ragged breathes while holding her sore stomach while looking up at Kyoko. “How do we end it?” She asked begrudgingly with a soft sigh.

There was a moment of tension there, Tara’s fighter pride was clearly conflicting with some logical part of her brain telling her she was not in a position to keep going, a situation many fighters struggled with. If she got out Tara could probably put up a hell of a fight still but it would be an uphill battle against an opponent who was clearly more driven then usual, something she knew Tara had to pick up on. She made the right choice, though admittedly not the choice Kyoko expected but she wasn’t about to look a gift horse in the mouth she had somehow gotten the best outcome of her offer and now she had a new clear new gal to her addition.

“Oh I’m not going to make this harder on you then it already is. Making you say something embarrassing or force you to do something we both know you’d hate.” Kyoko said moving in and helping Tara up. “I DID have a few things I was gonna make you do if you let the match go on but since it’s clear your thinking the right way. I’ll just say I accept your submission. Ref?” Kyoko said looking at the women who looked at Tara for confirmation and assuming she got it she would ring the bell. Declaring Kyoko the winner in a surprise. “Now we do have a lot to discuss and since your technically mine for a week I guess we have time to discuss things at my place...don’t look to much into that.” Kyoko smirked and would turn to where she expected Thea to be. Having turned her mentor into her protege she was pretty happy at the moment nothing could really bring her down

Tara after seeing the way Kyoko had spoken and carried herself the last few minutes, fully expected some drawn out admission of defeat to establish dominance. But instead, Kyoko fully surprised her with a... completely reasonable and fair response, merely accepting Tara’s admission and calling it there. Even helping Tara to her feet after saying she accepted it.

Allowing herself to be pulled up she looked bewildered at the belly queen before turning to the ref and nodding. ”O-Oh yeah. Yeah I submit.” She sid to the woman who nodded in response before ringing the bell ending the mat. “Right yeah. Thats fine and all..” Tara said still feeling conflicted, but also feeling somewhat guilty about Thea. She hadn’t expected things to go down this way and admittedly she felt as if she had let the girl down...

Speaking of... Thea was looking at what was happening in the ring open mouthed. In utter shock and awe at what had happened, in disbelief that Tara would betray her like this, that Kyoko had somehow pulled Tara to her side over her.. she was.. she was... she was FURIOUS! Everything went red for the girl as before she knew it she was in the ring, closing in on Kyoko she lowered herself and grabbed Kyoko’s legs taking them out from under her to bring her to the mat. If successful the blonde would mount the belly queen and unleash a furious flurry of punches to the woman! “I! Hate! You!” She yelled in between punches to the belly queen’s face

In a strange turn of events she had beaten Tara in a quick fashion though not in the fashion anyone expected, hell there was no way anyone could have seen this coming. Tara coming in a tough enemy and walking out a partner of sorts to the Belly Queen? It was unheard of, but Kyoko didn’t care she had won one very way she wanted and that was the salient point in the end what people thought if it was irrelevant.

“Well if your that weirded out by that I could make you get on your knees and kiss m-Aaaggh!” Kyoko screamed surprised by the sudden loss of her balance when Thea Asters came down and started to throw punches after knocking her down. Kyoko had barely bounced off the canvas when Thea started to strike at her skull in a complete rage. Kyoko had focused too much on Tara she had expected Thea to be stunned into silence, a notion the blonde disabused her or by throwing punch after punch trying to knock her head off. Her arms came up to block hits as she tried to cover up but that didn’t stop Thea from going at her like crazy. “Oh for the love-nggh- Calm down bitch, who the hell- Rnngh! Do you think you are?!” Kyoko let out trying to find an opening to strike back. Fresh off a match or not she was going to hurt the blonde for this.

Despite the surreal circumstances they were in now Tara found herself smirking slightly at Kyoko’s words. Already having a idea of what she meant before she even finished, Tara was about to grin and respond back when suddenly a blur passed between the two and Kyoko was knocked down by a enraged Thea! Eyes widnening in shock Tara was at a crossroads. On one hand Thea was like a student to her and she liked the kid, but on the other she also took a liking to Kyoko and technically speaking they were in league now.

Needless to say.. she was at a crossroads, she didn’t want to hurt Thea but she didn’t want Kyoko to get hurt by her former pseudo protege either. After a few moments with Thea continuing to wail on Kyoko in a blind rage Tara went into action. Going around Thea who seemed unfocused on anything but attacking Kyoko, Tara looped her arms under Thea’s and attempted to haul her off the belly queen and drag her towards the ropes.

”Come on kid thats enough!” Tara yelled as she did so, trying to resolve this peacefully but Thea was having none of it, even if she couldn’t continue to punch Kyoko she was more than ok with attempting to stomp the woman while she was in range! “Let me go Tara! She deserves it! I hate the bitch!” She screamed in incessantly while violently thrashing against Tara as she attempted to drag her towards the ropes.

The whiplash of craziness that had hit her these past few minutes where Kyoko had won overTars only to be blindsided by Thea who had taken Kyoko’s actions personally, her declaration of hatred following by her trying to pound her head into the canvas was leaving the Belly Queen in a permanent state of defense before Tara pulled her off and left Thea to try and hit her with anything else. Kyoko growled and as soon as she could she stood up slowly feeling her jaw and her back which had taken the brunt of her rage, a few new marks but otherwise she was fine, just really pissed off.

“You need to chill the hell out. Not everything’s about you.” Kyoko said she would have charged Thea but Tara was holding her back and hitting her by accident was not something she was looking to risk. Besides scrapping with Thea now would also not get her on Tara’s good side and she was t about to ruin her big gain.

Tara grunted with effort as she dragged Thea back, half expecting Kyoko to wail on the blonde’s unguarded stomach but thankfully she held herself back. Something Tara admittedly appreciated. The scathing comment not so much, but Tara honestly couldn’t blame her, it was only really cause she was the one dealing with a thrashing Thea. ”Grr shut up! Its not about me! Its about you you.. you bitch! I’m gonna get you!” Thea ranted too angry too really form proper thoughts.

Thankfuly Tara managed to get her to the ropes where security was already waiting as they got up on the apron and gripped Thea from Tara’s grasp. Carefully changing hands and pushing her over the ropes. The blonde thrashing the whole way as she did, the security personal struggled to hold the blonde as they carried her off backstage to cool off.

Panting a bit Tara pushed a stray hair out of her face as she watched Thea get carried away. A twang of guily coursing through her. Turning to Kyoko she approach the belly queen with her hands on her hips. ”Uh... sorry about that. She’ll calm down later. I appreciate you not roughing her up though...” She said before holding her hand up to the belly queen. “Partner.” She offered while keeping the hand up, to solidify the pact between them.
