The Turtle & The Topic: Akari Ito vs Phoebe Duclair

Akari manages to tighten the hold even further, thus prolonging the agony that Phoebe had to endure as she tried crawling toward the ropes. As she got closer, Akari pulled her back a few inches to delay her progress, wanting to ensure that she got the most out of this submission if Phoebe wasn't going to tap out. However, much to the Sea Turtle's dismay, her opponent managed to escape and got her hand on the rope. Akari lets her leg go, but she doesn't stop her assault. She grabs Phoebe by her waist, lifts her back up, and turns the Hot Topic around. If Phoebe were too weak to fight back, the Sea Turtle would lift her up and drop her down with an Elevated DDT, slamming her onto the canvas.

Phoebe through sheer determination, and not wanting to submit to someone like Akari Ito, powered through the Single Leg Boston Crab and managed to reach the ropes, barely grasping the bottom rope. She had to take a quick breather after that flurry Akari put on, ain't no way she tapping out to someone as low on the totem pole as Akari.

But Akari was noticeably stronger then Phoebe, and managed to lift the goth girl up to her feet by her waist. "WHA?! Phoebe yelped as she was caught by surprise from Akari attacking her again so soon. Phoebe was turned around.

And then she was planted with an Elevated DDT. "AAAAH!" came out of her mouth before her head crashed to the mat, Phoebe not able to do anything about it as she just writhed on the mat in pain, holding her head.

Akari took GREAT pride and satisfaction in manhandling Phoebe as she did, bending her leg back and putting her through the wringer before she would lift her and bring her down with a harsh impact. Shutting the 'Hot Topic' up felt so cathartic to the Sea Turtle, especially after all that smack talk of hers. And so, after planting her opponent down onto the canvas face first, Akari wasted no time in rolling her over and pinning her down for the potential win. She lays over Phoebe and hooks her leg at the thigh, the referee sliding in to count the pin.

Phoebe's mid went blank for a moment, the impact from the DDT had definitely rattled the goth wrestler. She could not feel her body being rolled over, and her leg hooked by Akari, the lowlife Sea Turtle trying to get a win over her.

She cannot let this happen, she will not let this happen!

At 2.9, Phoebe forcefully kicked out of the pin attempt, her senses slowly coming back to her. After that, she had to take a few deep breaths to recover, and feel out what Akari was gonna do next.

After Phoebe's kick-out, the Sea Turtle let out a partially frustrated grunt as she was bucked off the woman's body. She rolls off and sits up, letting out a few faint huffs as she recollects herself. Akari stands back up and grabs Phoebe by her arm and shoulder. She stands her opponent up and attempts to toss her into the nearest corner to set her up for another move. Just what would it take to put this brat down?!

Phoebe would never let herself lost to such a lowlife DJ wrestler who does not belong in a ring like Akari. Honestly she would rather listen to a mediocre MySpace band then lose to Akari.

Phoebe could feel herself being picked up to her feet by Akari, and the Sea Turtle tried to whip her towards the ropes. But Phoebe had other ideas.

"WHAT A STUPID MOVE!" Phoebe yelled as she attempted to reverse the Irish whip and throw Akari into the corner herself. If she managed to, she would run straight towards Akari, and dropkick her right in the head.

Akari brought Phoebe up to her feet but was immediately met with a livid stare from the younger woman. Shortly after Phoebe's outburst, Akari was tossed toward the corner, slamming chest first into the turnbuckle and almost dropping to her knees. She hangs onto the top rope to steady herself, a little winded but none the worse for wear. With a stagger and a grunt, she turns around to get back into the fight...only to be met with Phoebe's boots NAILING her across the jaw, stunning her further.

Just like a speeding bullet train out of the Tokyo subways, Phoebe drop kicked Akari so hard that her opponent had to drop to a stunned position because of the force. Phoebe landed right on her ass, and despite a bit of a wince, the smug look that Phoebe is known for was sewn across her face again.

"Perfect position for a lowlife like you." Phoebe smirked as she got up, looking down on the reeling Akari. Phoebe knew what she wanted to do next, as her main objective was attacking the head of Akari and wear her down for the Feline Lock.

Phoebe came running at Akari again, this time looking for an Enzuguri to the DJ.

With Akari stunned and down on her knees, the Hot Topic had ample opportunity to compose herself and prepare her next move. The Sea Turtle was down and flipped over onto her back, utterly helpless in the face of her younger adversary as she was on the back foot. Despite the cheers and warnings of the fan, the dazed Japanese woman was still susceptible to the incoming attack that she was unaware of. As she stood, Akari turned around to face Phoebe's leg swinging at her temple, knocking her right back down to the canvas, almost limp and unconscious.

Phoebe looked down at her opponent after getting up from the enzuguri, looks as though her kick had took the Sea Turtle to near extinction. A confident, smug smile glimmered on the Hot Topic's face, she felt as though the win was in her grasp.

Phoebe attempted to grab both of Akari's legs and pull her away from the ropes. If she managed to successfully, she would then pin Akari, and hook the outside leg.

Akari should be out, and this would let the world know what Phoebe already knew, that Akari was beneath her.
