Alizeh grunted in pain as the single legged boston crab was applied. Technically speaking it wasn't the most perfect take on the hold, but the fact that it was somon with as much raw power and strength as Valerie it may as well have. Or at least considering the sheer pressure on her leg Alizeh wasn't left with many options as she shook her head aggressively when commanded to tap before wincing as her leg was slapped.

Opting not to respond directly to thee blonde with words Alizeh let her actions speak for her. Climbing and clawing her way closer to the rops, desperate to grab them and force a break! Unfortunately however Valerie would react quicker than Alizh could and got up, offering her momentary relief before the pressure resumed as Valerie tangled their legs before dropping down and locking her in a stf!

Grunting at this and clawing at Valerie's arms as much as she could Alizeh knew she would have to react quick to try and break this up and keep Valerie from widening the gap between them too much. Swinging her arm back for an attempt at elbow strikes to Valerie's chest to try and make the hold far more difficult to keep on!

This combination didn’t come out of nowhere, it was a move that her mother, the elder Valley Doll, had used in one of her championship matches to significant effect. While she’d lost the match in question, these moves had still done a fantastic job of locking down her opponent early, keeping her from building on her momentum, ensuring that she stayed on the back foot. That was the same case here - as long as she had Alizeh on the floor, she could maintain control. She could dominate.

But there was a limit to everything, and her opponent was starting to realize the desperation of her situation. Valerie grunted as she struggled, and one of Alizeh’s elbows came dangerously close to catching her in the face. As strong as this move was, she couldn't keep her opponent down like this forever. She needed to keep mixing things up.

Valerie gave the hold one, final wrench, then abruptly let go, taking away all the pressure on her neck and leg. At the same time, she brought her arms down, wrapped them around Alizeh’s waist from above, and planted her feet on both sides of her opponent. Time for the plunge.

Valerie steeled herself, tensed up, then proceeded to stand and haul Alizeh up as she went, deadlift her clear off the mat. As soon as she was all the way up, she arched her back, pulled her opponent along with it, and attempted to bring her up, over, and down with a commanding Germanx Suplex, one that would end with her crashing hard on her shoulders.

Alizeh was in a lot of pain right now, but she wasn't out. Not this early at least. While the back to back submissions weren't great to deal with, and while she would probably be feeling the effects of them throughout the rest of the match, she could deal with them, and the STF in general was something she could fight her way out of with elbows to her opponent's head while she was down!

More than anything else however this felt... oddly familiar. Not that Alizh herself had been in this situation exactly, but like she had seen it before. With that final tug of Valerie it was as if a jolt of memory had hit her. She had seen this before. In one of the original valley doll's matches that she had watched when she was younger. If her memory served her correctly thee combination of holds was followed with...

'A deadlift!' Alizeh thought just before Valerie's arms wrapped around her waist and she was lifted off the mat. 'I got one chance at this.' Alizeh thought to herself before she was flung backwards for what would surely be a devastating suplex. As Valerie arched back however Alizeh would fling her legs back as they hit the apex of the arch while trying to pull at the blonde's wrists to free herself of the hold midair before, if successful in her escape Alizeh would turn her body as she fell, trying to land feet first on the mat, forced to stumble back until she hit the ropes.

"Hagh... not done yet." Alizeh breathed out to herself, still hurting like hell, but luckily adrenaline was a wonderful thing and it allowed Alizeh ro run forward to a hopefully now down Valley Doll, jumping up as she neared to come down with a double knee drop on the blonde before rolling forward then backflipping for a standing Moonsault, trying to hit her signature move Adrenaline Shot on Valerie before grabbing the girl's leg and pulling back for a pinfall attempt if successful!

Valerie wasn’t so vain as to think that this would be enough for her to finish off Alizeh, but she knew the combination would do some real damage to the LAW veteran. Like her mother had said, she needed to be aggressive, offensive, giving her opponent little room to breathe and nothing to counter. An opponent like this could make a mountain out of the tiniest little slip-up, so she had to maximize everything, get the most effect from every move…

That was the plan, as she lifted Alizeh up and prepared to plant her with a German Suplex, hoping to go for the pinfall straightaway. Somewhere along the line, though, things took a hard left turn, right around the moment where her foe managed to slip free of her grasp.

Valerie was left to fall flat on the floor, her balance ruined and her equilibrium in tumult. Shocked, she shook her head and tried to get a bead on her opponent, only realizing too late what was coming her way. ”No-”

Alizeh’s knees crashed into her stomach, knocking the wind clean out of her. She was left to writhe and gasp, but only for a moment, before she was hit with the double-tap - an moonsault, right to the breadbasket. It left her in stitches, aching, easy prey for the greenette to scoop up into a pinfall.

”1…”

The referee’s hand hit the mat, but Valerie was too winded to respond at first, reeling from the combination and the rudeness of it all. In less than two seconds, it felt as if Alizeh had managed to catch up to all the damage she’d piled on for the better part of a minute.

”2…!”

Valerie threw her arm up hard, just after the second count, but she had to flop back down right after. She was still a long way from being pinned, but she did need a solid minute to recoup after a turnaround like that, and she knew Alizeh would make her work for it.

As if on the drop of a dime the tides of the match had turned drastically. Where the new Valley Doll had been using hold after hold to wear Alizeh down before trying for a bigger suplex Alizeh used that brief window available to her to absolutely blast Valley Doll in turn with one of her signature moves and in turn, gain the first real near fall of the match!

That's all it was though, a near fall. Close as it may have been it wasn't quite enough and naturally the blonde had kicked out. Sitting up herself Alizeh would wince and rub her leg a bit, still sore from Valerie's assault but she wasn't out of it yet, and the Adrenaline shot was far from the biggest ace up her sleeve. Before getting to those however Alizeh needed to use some other cards first, and in this case she knew just the one to try.

Grabbing for Valerie's shoulders Alizeh would grunt a bit as she moved to lift the girl up from the mat and to a hunched over position where Alizeh would thn wrap a arm around her head. If successful Alizeh would smirk while pointing at the corner, the crowd cheering in response as Alizeh darted forward, leaping up as she neared, bracing her feet on the top rops and running along them before pushing off the corner! Should all go well Alizeh would go careening down to the mat, pulling Valley Doll with her to spike her with a tornado ddt!

And Alizeh had scored the first nearfall. Damn it.

Valerie knew it shouldn’t have bugged her that much - after all, Alizeh could get a million nearfalls and it wouldn’t matter one bit, especially if Valerie got the only full count. But there was something irritating about having the reigns firmly in hand only to get wrecked in hardcore fashion. She didn’t think that she could hold control of the match all the way to the end, but to have it shift so suddenly? That was distressing.

Alizeh was good. She knew that going in, but knowing and experiencing were wildly different things.

Valerie started to make her way up, only for Alizeh to grab her and ‘help’ her rise, wrapping her head up to do so. If she’d been fresh, she couldn't push the smaller woman off, no problem. But she was still dazed from the Adrenaline Shot, making her all-too-easy prey for what came next.

She was spun about, taken on a wild ride, and it all came to and end when her skull was slammed into the canvas at high speed, an impact that sent her flipping forward. She came down hard on her back and kept, tumbling until she stopped just shy of the opposite corner on her hands and knees. With a growing headache to deal with, Valerie grabbed the ropes for support and tried to rise, but it was slow going, and she knew that someone with Alizeh’s speed would take full advantage. She looked back, trying to get a bead on her foe, and did her best to steel herself for whatever came next.

That was more like it. Despite starting the match off with a decent lead Valerie was quickly proving herself worthy of her mother's name and had put Alizeh through quite the combo but Alizeh had seen through it and punished the blonde for it, earning a nearfall in the process. But Alizeh wasn't one to stop so soon after a bit of success, hence pulling Valerie up and along with her to drive the woman's head in with a tornado ddt that once more left Valerie reeling!

Getting up with a small smirk as she saw where Valerie was Alizeh would back up a bit until she herself was near the corner, waiting for Valerie to get just a bit more up. Than once she was Alizeh would dart forward, trying to pick as much speed as possible before... Diving down, looking to slide past Valerie and under the ropes to the outside near the corner.

If successful Alizeh would reach back in the ring, looking to grab a hopefully disoriented Valerie's ankles from outside the ring, giving them a pull to take Valley Doll off her feet and smacking face first into the mat before giving a tug to pull the blonde halfway out of the ring. Should this work then Alizeh would hop back up on the apron, grabbing the top ropes and vaulting over them, aiming herself to come crashing down feet first onto Valerie's spine!

Valerie had always thought Valley Doll II was fast - she seemed that way when they trained, constantly moving around the ring, incredibly agile for any age, staying one step ahead of her at all times, constantly confounding her. She’d always thought that was the peak, that she wouldn’t have to deal with anyone more agile, but Alizeh was putting that notion to shame. As quick as her predecessor had been, it felt like Alizeh was a step above, and it wasn’t just the age difference. She was crisper, clean, quicker.

Maybe better, as much as she didn't want to admit that.

Whatever the case, she was a hard woman to pin down, and she was already building back up whatever momentum she’d lost when Valerie had gone on her tear. The woman came rushing in, and Valerie swung out to try and hit her with a clothesline, but she evaded her at the last second. She started to turn around to get a bead on her again, but she knew it was too late when she fell hands around her ankles - she was yanked forward, tripped, and dragged out of the ring, forced to do an unwilling belly flop on the floor.

That was less than pleasant, but not so much that she lost her awareness. With her back so vulnerable, she made a tempting target, and sure enough, she looked over her shoulder to see Alizeh hopping on the apron, preparing for takeoff.

”Nope!” She threw her body hard to the side as her opponent came down, barely avoiding the stomach. Instead of just staying down, however, she rose up quick, reached up to grab Alizeh while she was recovering from the jump, and pulled her up over her shoulder, holding her in a fireman’s carry.

The crowd came alive, knowing what was coming - Valley Doll I had made this move famous during her time, and even Valley Doll II had used it in special occasions. Now, it was her turn to show it off as her finisher - she took a step to the side prepared to drive Alizeh into the mat, going for a Death Valley Driver.

Things were starting to heat up so far between Alizeh and Valerie, both women gradually starting to pull out bigger moves and more dynamic offense as the match went on. Alizeh in particular managing to fly past Valerie and out of the ring, pulling her legs to bring the blonde clear out of the ring and onto the floor below before throwing herself back onto the apron. All in preparation to leap back towards her opponent's body, trying to unleash another big impact move to weaken the woman more!

Only to instead be caught by Valley Doll in the process! Eyes widening in shock at this Alizeh kicked her legs about as she was held aloft on Valerie's shoulders, in a position that she was knew was nothing good for her! 'Sht!' Alizeh thought to herself, knowing that she wouldn't have much time to get out of this, but there was a way out of it.

Feeling Valerie push up on her leg Alizeh would reach behind herself, wrapping her arm around the woman's head so that as she was thrown off Alizeh would try and pull Valerie down with her, attempting to counter the move into a stunner!

Valerie could almost hear her mother’s henpecking as she carried Alizeh on her shoulders, warning her about this exact sort of thing. She hated when wrestlers went for their biggest moves early on, believing they should always wear down their opponents adequately before they tried their most stalwart maneuvers, but the young wrestler never saw the point, especially in situations like this.

She had Alizeh. She had her. All she had to do was nail her with the DVD on the floor, and the match would be hers to win. If you have an opening, why not go for your heaviest hitter?

That was her logic, and she was willing to put it to the test. She tipped to the side, dumped Alizeh over, and-

And she had no clue what happened next.

All Valerie knew was that something hit her in the jaw and hit hard, nearly making her bite her tongue as her head shot straight up. Stunned, she stepped back one, then twice, then came down to sit in the middle of the staircase, which just so happened to be in the perfect place for it. Just because she was upright didn’t meant she was in good shape, however. Blinking and shaking her head, she stayed there as she tried to reboot her brain and process the damage she’d taken.

”How…how…”
