Yuki Kazikura vs. Bola de Nieve [D]

Yuki's breaths coming in wearily, the black-haired girl tried to struggle underneath Elena's weight as she felt her leg being hooked inward. She heard the first two counts land, and she took in a gulp. Her strength was beginning to return to her, but...could she afford to kick out? Yuki held that thought in her mind as she froze in place. She knew her whole body had grown sore from all the exertion she had put it through in this match. Even if she did get out of the pin, what more could she do? She had been able to coast thus far, but everything had its limits - and Yuki didn't want to push her luck any further. If she kept trying to fight in this state, it was likely she would give out before she could do anything to Elena, or worse, risk hurting herself. Swallowing her pride, Yuki acknowledged that there was only one way out for her...and she let the count fall a third time!

"...THREE!"

The bell sounded, while Yuki let out a groan, slumping wearily against the mat as her hair fell in a mess around her. Her chest rose and fell with haggard breaths, and her muscles were tingling from the strain. But at the least, it was over now.

Breathing out as the ref counted three Elena would roll off of yuki and take in some breath and recover. it was over and she had won. she knew coming here would be a challenge and she was glad fighting an other highflyer and adapting to her trying to do her was fun. "ha...good match....if i didn't block it would have been different..."Elena said laughing between breaths as she would look at Yuki and smile at her. Elena had fun with the match it Yuki wasn't a mean girl even though she felt the japanese girl underestimate her.

Yuki looked back up at Elena, and even now in defeat, she had to let her cold composure break as she showed the girl a genuinely warm smile. Slowly, and achingly as she tried to move her sore muscles, Yuki began to straighten herself enough to look Elena in the eye. Even she had to chuckle a little at what she had to say. It brought her relief to know there truly weren't any hard feelings.

"Ahh, yeah...heh, I guess that's true, isn't it?" Yuki said. "You're pretty good too...you really made me take things to my limit." She ran a hand over her sweaty brow, swiping some wet strands of hair out of her eyes. "For now, though...I think I need a break."

"yeah not the only one... you really threw me for a loop hah"she smiled at Yuki as there really wasn't much hard feelings they both wanted to win and gave ti their all and both didn't cheated to win either. Elena spoke the truth that if she was a second to late to block that enzugiri she would have lost this match. Helping Yuki up Elena raised her hand up to have the crowd cheer for her to.

"lets hit the showers im so sweaty.." Elena said as she smiled at Yuki and would leave the ring. limping abit her legs still hurting.

"Heh..." Slowly but surely, Yuki was raising herself up off the mat. She winced as she tried to move herself, but she managed nonetheless, even if it felt like she could collapse at any moment. Her legs were still wobbly, and she had to lean back on the ropes for support while she caught her breath. The match had been a long and hard-fought one, and the two women had given it their all. Now their bodies were showing the toll it took on them, but they were still nonetheless satisfied. Yuki could look at Elena with great respect for all she had done, and she was sure she was just as capable as she was. She was truly someone she could feel proud to have faced. And the smile on her normally staid and calm face was proof of that.

"Yeah, I guess you're right, huh?" Yuki said with a nod. "You really kept me on my toes...you should be proud." As she took a moment to stretch, still wincing from the soreness in her arms, Yuki looked back at Elena. "Yeah...I could use a shower myself, after this. Let's go..." She followed Elena out of the ring, staying a short distance behind her so that she could support her if need be. After all, she was weary.
