The stomp connected, and with it, Valentina felt success wash over her. She hadn't won the match, but with two deadly uses of her powerful legs having bared fruit, she felt all that was needed was the cover.

A cover that soon followed, as Valentina fell to her rear, seeking her lighter foe's leg only after shoving her flat to her back.

Raquel was out, and offered no resistance as the pin attempt came. The count would begin, continue and end at three without Raquel offering any resistance to it or attempting in any way to kick out. Raquel would eventually wake up and realize what happened but now was not the time. Raquel looked lifeless at the feet of the victorious Valentina, the only sign of life the movement of her chest as she unconsciously drew breath.

Tiredness set in now that Valentina had no need to rush forward with all gears churning, as the Spaniard rolled off with victory now in her hands. Nothing was said between the Spaniard and her smaller foe; Valentina wasn't the sort to brag, given she herself had been victim to horrendous defeats in the past, and she felt no obligation to offer words of comfort. If anything, she considered such a thing to be patronising.

"Yeh...fuck yeh..." Was muttered to herself instead, as she came to all fours in the direction of the referee. Offering her arm even before she had begun to get fully to her feet, so that it could be raised in victory.

Raquel was just starting to wake up when she heard Valentina's music playing in the arena. She knew what happened right away. She didn't move initially, just laying there and waiting for Valentina to do her thing. She would slowly roll over to the ropes but the world was spinning. Raquel rolled underneath to try to land on her feet outside the ring but she crumpled to the mat in a heap. Her head was still pounding and she wasn't able to see straight. She couldn't even think straight. The referee saw this and made their way out of the ring after raising Valentina's hand to help Raquel. She wasn't able to make it up to her feet without aid, let alone walk up the ramp without help. She felt disoriented knowing only that Valentina proved to be the better woman tonight.
