Cali McCloud vs Abby Cox: Battle of the Rookies

Cali could see Abby dazed and went on the attack. Deciding to deal some major damage early and wrapped her arms around Abby's waist. With a huff, Cali looked to lift Abby into the air and start squeezing her fellow rookie with a bear hug, hoping to crush her into submission.

Abby in her dazed state tried to regain her composure but before she could Cali was already on the attack. Before Abby could try defending herself Cali would wrap her arms around Abby's waist and lifted Cali up into the air and started squeezing her tightly. "AAAAGH!!!" Abby would scream out placing her hands on Cali's biceps but trailing back to her forearms but found it quite hard to try and pry herself out of Cali's grasp. Abby shook her head as the ref asked her if she wanted to tap but through the pain for now she could not get out of the hug just yet.

Cali squeezed harder, now in firm control of the match. She started shaking Abby side to side to try and get as much air out of the rookie as possible. "Come on now. I know you must have some kind of fighting spirit in ya?" Cali asked before she suddenly tossed Abby over head with a belly to belly suplex, dropping Abby on her feet to use the bounce of the ring for added momentum.

Abby cried out in pain as Cali would torture her with the hold, starting to shake Abby side to side. Abby was starting to gasp for air as she did the only thing that she could think of which was digging her nails into Cali's biceps. But as she heard Cali's words she could not tell if she was trying to pump Abby up or was trying to now beat her mentally now with verbal attacks. But she felt a moment of relief as her feet would touch the floor though as it would appear it would also disappear as Cali throws Abby over her head and lands hard back first on the mat. Abby couldn't take much more pain as she was out of it already, trying to catch her breath to recover any bit of energy she had left. But her body was heavy, she could not even bring herself to her feet. She needed to breath but there was not much time.

Cali got back to her feet quick and turned around, expecting to see Abby also to her feet, but instead saw her fellow rookie still sprawled out on the mat. Cali blinked before putting hands on her hips with a frown.

"Now this won't do." Cali said with a tsk following it. "You aren't going to be making it far if you can't even take a bit of punishment. Come on, at least finish the match on your feet!"

Cali walked over to Abby and grabbed a handful of blonde hair to force her opponent onto a standing position. She then hooked Abby in a front facelock and hooked an arm over her neck before lifting Abby into a suplex position.

"Well, it's been nice knowing ya!" Cali then spun Abby into a tombstone and spiked the blonde head first into the mat with her finisher known as theTerra Driver. She'd then cover up Abby and not bother hooking a leg as Cali made the pin attempt.

Abby shook her head wondering why doesn't Cali just pin her already? She was sprawled out and defeated, there was no fight left in her physically. Abby could only groan looking up at Cali as she would pull her up by her hair.

"Please...No...Just pin me."

But her words would be useless as she was standing face to face with Cali, seeing the disappointment in her eyes. Abby was a disappointing opponent for her. That was when Cali found herself lifted in the air and and held there for a moment before being spiked to the ground with the Terra Driver!

Abby didn't let out a single word as on impact she was out like a light, her eyes glazed over as Cali would pin the poor rookie knowing full well Abby was not going to kickout.

"1!"

The ref started the count her hand meeting the canvas hard. Though Abby was out like a light it was like she could hear the echo of that impact connect with the mat.

"2!"

"...3!"

And with that Abby was pinned and the beginning of her career didn't start with a boom, it started with a whimper as she was absolutely decimated by Cali. What type of training did that woman get to make her so amazing?! Abby wasn't moving after the Terra Driver so the medical staff rushed into the ring to make sure Abby was going to be alright, making sure nothing serious had happened to her.

The bell rang and Cali got to her feet, her hand raised as the staff rushed into the ring to check on Abby. The crowd cheered over Cali's dominant win on her first match in LAW. Cali however still felt that the win was too easily gained, but hoped that future matches would provide better challenges.
