Halloween Bash: Karina Rine Vs. Cecilia Northman

Getting Cecilia into this hold right after the Camel Clutch was failing meant that Karina had more time to think of other ways to injure her rival, but for now choking the blonde was her focus, and Karina couldn't afford multi tasking, couldn't drop even a tiny bit of focus away from Cecilia cause that would give the blonde the time to break free or turn things around instantly. Karina would keep those legs spread out, trying to prevent Cecilia from properly using her legs to power out or start bucking her body around with added leverage.

Karina didn't stop Cecilia's hands from grasping and pull her arms, it was going to be quite a effort for the Northman to break free from Karina's choke, who was looking to keep it locked in tight while trying to weaken Cecilia at the same time. She hissed into Cecilia's ear, leaning in close to utter a single word into Cecilia's ear.

"Yield."

[Devastated]

Karina's new hold was quite a bad one for Cecilia to be locked into, she found herself in this choke with Karina incapacitating her legs with that grapevine like hold! She could feel her throat closing up from how dry it was becoming, slight dry coughs escaped from her mouth as she tried to catch whatever breath that she could. She continued to struggle, trying to pry those arms of Karina's off her! Yet it was becoming clear that the longer that she kept fighting, the weaker she was becoming.

As Karina leaned in and hissed out into her ear, Cecilia would grit her teeth, baring her fangs for a hot second...before she would start to tap on Karina's arm. Signaling her giving up this point! "I...Y-yield..." She rasped out through a now fairly soar throat.

"That's what I expect."

Karina basically snarled into Cecilia's ear, not releasing the Northman champion just yet and aimed to linger for a few seconds longer, milking out her victory point while her eyes remained downwards towards Cecilia's body. With the way her opponent was, it's obvious pain was a better lesson then asking for submission, but this was one of those moments where it's needed, both to score a point but also to teach Cecilia a lesson. Never count a Rine out when she's in control.

After a while, she would finally release Cecilia, letting her rest upon the mat once more though did it carefully enough so Cecilia doesn't faceplant against the canvas, no need to ruin a pretty face after all.

But time is not always gentle, nor is it long when it came to Karina's demands, who would reach down to wrap her fingers into Cecilia's beautiful blonde hair, fistful that would act as a leash as she yanks firmly, enough to lift Cecilia's face from the mat while Karina leans in to address her lovely rival with a renewed tone of excitement mixed with coldness.

"Trick or treat, sunshine."

[Devastated]

Cecilia would growl out low in annoyance at Karina's words...and the fact that she kept her hold locked in for a few more seconds, not letting up on the blonde powerhouse...once she was finally freed Cecilia was placed down against the canvas where she would huff out. She released another annoyed growl as she began to slowly push herself up to her hands and knees, making sure to take her time. She was gathering her breath, and her strength. No sudden movements and no quick bursts....she was going to recover as much as she could.

Or so she thought....

Cecilia felt the hand of Karina grab onto her blonde mane, a commanding grip which was used to force the blonde up as she had begun to get to her hands and knees. She glared up at her rival, glaring daggers at Karina.

"Grgh....Treat..." She hissed out, as she would remain on her hands and knees for now. Despite how annoyed she was, she was going to allow Karina to savour this small victory of hers. The match was far from over, they both now had one point each...it was a long way to go until either was truly victorious. She wasn't going to choose trick as it meant Karina could have a field day locking her into another hold, no she needed to be fresh if she wanted to decimate her rival in the fight for the next fall.
