Of Powerhouses & Maidens: Annie Clark Vs. Penny Polendina

Annie slammed Penny’s head down into the mat with the brainbuster, causing the crowd to flinch in response, knowing how painful that must have been for Penny. Annie liad on the mat for a bit, having to take a deep breath before she continued.

Eventually, Annie would get up to her feet rather slowly after a few minutes, being a bit stumbly, but knowing she was at the finish line in this very hard-fought match that Penny had given her.

Once up, Annie would walk over to where Penny was, and grab her by the shoulders, pulling her up to her feet. She would then put Penny’s head between her thighs, and then lift her up on her shoulders.

Then Annie would attempt to drop her with her down with her finishing Crater Maker (Sit Out Powerbomb) and hold her down for the pin.

Penny was laying down after the brainbuster. In the time in which Annie recovered, Penny tried to stand up on her own but she couldn't even... the brainbuster really made her feeling dazed and had to stay down on one knee and both hands touching the mat. She was really dazed, stunned and tired to keep up, looking at Annie when panting...

After that moment, Penny is grabbed by Annie and lifted up to the Lightweight Champion's shoulders, then she gets slammed hard against the canvas with that Crater Maker, as her back made a loud thud, with the Maiden getting pinned by the little Powerhouse in the center of the ring for the count, with both legs up, arms spread at both sides and the eyes closed, still breathing but barely able to move.


1!... 2!... 3!! DING! DING! The match ended after the last bell... but not just ended... it ended as Penny's first loss in her career.

Annie finally did it. Despite all the pain she was in, she managed to pull out her Sitout Powerbomb and became the first women to defeat Penny in a wrestling match. Her body just about felt like it was ready to shatter and crumble into a bunch of pieces, but she did it, she won.

After the bell was rung, Annie immediately fell flat on her back, tired from how hard fought the match was, especially the amount of power she had to expel near the end. Soon enough, the referee came over to help her onto her feet.

Annie grabbed the referee’s hand and pushed herself up to her feet to have her hand raised, as the fans cheered and she was declared the winner.

After all that, she walked over to where Penny’s body was and held her hand down for Penny. “Come on partner, get up.” Annie asked.

After laying with the back on the canvas, Penny just breathes to recover a little in the time in which Annie stood up with the referee's help, after a rough match for both of them.

Later, Penny gets up slowly and stands on both knees, sweating and breathing heavily until Annie offered her hand, Penny then looks up at her and smiles softly, besides the pain she went through in this match, and grabbed Annie's hand to let her help.

Annie picked Penny right up, helping the opponent who beat her up really badly right up to her feet. Annie smiled at Penny and said this.

“Thank yall so much for the fight partner, let’s do this again some time.” Annie said before raising Penny’s hand and motioning the crowd to cheer her on for how close she got to beating the Lightweight Champion.

Both were standing up, but with Penny getting her arm raised by Annie, and getting the cheers for giving them a great fight, besides the result in a close match. Later, the Maiden hugs the Lightweight Champion and then raises her arm as well in front of the crowds, showing some respect of her own, before going out of the ring and start leaving the arena...

Annie bowed to Penny as she proceeded to leave, showing as much respect for her opponent as possible, especially for the hard fought bout.

Annie would then grab her Lightweight Championship Belt and head to the outside to shake hands with some fans, take photos and then head to the back, knowing that she proved how hard of a fighter she was tonight.
