Valerie had executed this move before, but in an actual match? Never. It was so out of her wheelhouse, so wild, so dangerous, that she swore only to bust it out for a special occasion, not something she would employ in a regular bout. But occasions didn’t get much more special than teaming up with the heavyweight champion, so…

It connected clean, crashing into Yasmine’s chest like a landmine, and she went for the count straightaway, draping her body over her foe’s chest, and pulling her leg up for the pinfall. She could see Brea coming her in the corner of her eye, but she held out hope that Alaina could do something about that, as the referee came over to start the count.

”1…!”

Alaina was clapping and cheering on the apron as Valerie was taking control and as soon as she had Yasmine pinned the amazon was eyeing Brea leaning in and ready to step into the ring to stop any attempt she would try to break up that pin. "Don't even think about it girlie..." Alaina said leaning in looking ready as the referee was counting.

As Brea was getting ready to step in an rush Valerie to break the pin she caught the sight of Alaina leaning in ready to stop her. Brea in her annoyance mumbled to herself. The Amazon had continuously proven to be a thorn in the gamer girl's sides throughout this match.

"Two"

Seeing how the referee's count was already two Brea didn't enter the ring instead stepping back and hopping off the ring down onto the floor. "Fucking damn it" Brea said slamming her fist on the ring apron as the referee's count finished.

"Three"

The bell sounded signaling their defeat. Brea was tired, but she was pissed. Gritting her teeth she ran at the steel steps, kicking them over! Pain radiated through her foot but she was so angry that she simply ignored it. Yasmine for her party let out a groan as she realized they had lost the match. Rolling out of the ring the darker skinned gamer girl met her partner on the outside of the ring. Brea was never going to let Yasmine hear the end of this despite Yasmine clearly being the better wrestler of the two. Without saying a word the two women left ringside and went back up the ramp and disappeared backstage.

The bell rang and Alaina stepped into the ring smiling and jumping as she made her way over to Valerie! "Awesome work, you did it!" Alaina said as she held Valerie's hand high as her music was playing. Alaina pointed to the young woman knowing that her career was off to a good start with this adding to it. Alaina saw a lot of the wrestling lineage present in Valerie but she was different from the rest of her family. She knew her way around the ring for sure but she was a far cry from Delores style-wise in between the ropes. In Alaina's mind Valerie was far more akin to her grandmother and even then there was more speed, more technique here and less raw power.

"Awesome job! You really know your way around the ring. Who knows maybe we'll be facing each other sometime? That'd make three generates of Valley Doll I wrestle." Alaina said with a wink.

They did it.

They actually did it.

It wasn’t like they’d won anything major, and other than being her first - and likely only for a while - tag match, there wasn’t any real cause to celebrate. They weren’t the tag team champions, and Alaina had a real partner she could team up, so this wasn’t going to go anywhere…

…but damn, did it feel good.

Valerie watched Up Up Down Under make their way up the ramp, nodding with respect as they went. While they’d been a bit annoying at times, they’d proven to be an effective team, even going up against two opponents with a distinct weight advantage over them, never faltering. They’d given her a victory she could be proud of, and for that, she was grateful.

”I…thank you.” Valerie was stunned for a moment at the prospect of wrestling Alaina, unable to even fathom taking on a real champion at this point in her career. But she appreciated the thought, and bowed toward her senior with respect. ”I would like that, Alaina-sama.”
