----
As she hung back in the locker room tightening her boots, Lacey Whitman took in a deep breath to reflect on how things had gone for her up to this point. Her arrival to LAW hadn't gotten things off on the best foot, with her losing matches against Reiko Masuda and Arizona. But even if she had lost, she hadn't come away from either match with any ill will. Both Reiko and Arizona had quickly come to be close friends - friends who could see the potential in the green-haired girl even if she'd fallen short of the victory, and who were willing to help her reach out and take that potential. In fact, Arizona had even been willing to join forces with Lacey in a tag team - and tonight, that tag team would be making their big debut.

Lacey had to admit, she was a little nervous. Her failures in her last few matches had forced her to confront her own feelings of inferiority and her struggles to live up to what everyone thought of her, and now, she wasn't just carrying the fans, but her teammate as well. If she slipped up here, she would only be letting Arizona down in the process. And when one of her opponents was a number-one contender, the stakes never seemed like they had been higher.

But...this was a new, exciting opportunity for Lacey. This was her chance to reinvent herself, and put forth a new Lacey Whitman to the world. This was her chance to make another first impression, and both she and Arizona were determined to make sure it would hit perfectly. And if she had Arizona to back her up...she at least knew she wasn't at it alone. Yes. She could do this.

Taking in a deep breath, Lacey stood up, flipping a green cowboy hat onto her head before she glanced over at Arizona. "You ready for this, Arizona? I mean...pardner?" She had to admit, she was still getting used to the cowboy thing. Yes, she was from Oklaholma, but she was from a city and never considered herself all that country. But that didn't matter now - now, all that mattered was what happened between the ropes!

"Coming first to the ring, at a combined weight of 256 pounds, and making their tag team debut - Arizona and Lacey Whitman, SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY!"

Music
The arena burst out with cheers as the two girls stepped out onto the entrance ramp, arm in arm. As their music played, they looked out over the crowd; Lacey pulled the brim of her hat down over her face - and then, when the bass dropped, she jumped up in the air, whipping her hat into the air with a cry of "YEEE-HAW!!". The moment she landed, she turned to Arizona for a high-five, and then she started to make her way down to the ring, stopping to pass her hat to a fan on the way. Once she was on the apron, she took a moment to stretch, cracking her knuckles. Now, it was the Power Plant's turn to make their entrance...

For Annie and Seline, they were both super young into their careers as both single stars and as a just debuting tag team. Both of them knew how much in ring experience and wins could help, and that is why they took the offer to take on Southern Hospitality in their debut match. Annie would take on anybody no matter who they were and Seline just wanted to wrestle more.

Annie and Seline were both doing arm exercises, and training with dumbbells occasionally. “Don’t worry Seline, we show these new girls what we are like.” Annie said, trying to reassure Seline’s confidence.

“Okay, I’ll do my best.” Seline said back, as they did their last few exercises before eventually a knocking on the door happened, it was the LAW official who let them know that their match was about to begin.

Annie nodded before she grabbed Seline’s arm and they both headed out to the ring.

The arena turned bathed in orange and pink lights as Annie and Seline came out to large cheers from the crowd, waving to the fans. The two would then look at each other, before fist bumping and walking down to the ring, Seline following Annie.

Annie and Seline then walked up the steel steps and then went underneath the middle rope before both headed to the center of the ring, and then both pumped their fists in the air to loud cheers from the crowd. They both headed to their corner, as they saw their opponents, with Annie being the first to say something.

“Cool to see a couple of further southerners here in LAW, you partners got anything to say before me and Seline give you a butt kicking.” Annie said while Seline looked on nervously, hoping Annie does not say something that winds up in something bad happening to her.

There she was. Annie Clark. Lightweight Championship hopeful Annie Clark - who Lacey would be sharing a ring with tonight. If this was to be Southern Hospitality's first outing as a tag team, then Lacey was under a lot of pressure to set the right expectations. Considering she was up against someone with a far more proven track record than hers, it was a daunting task to be sure. Still...she took in a breath, reminding herself of what she'd repeated in her head over and over. She needed to be more confident. She had to have faith they could handle this.

Clearing her throat, the green-haired girl stood as straight as she could. "For my part, the only thing I want to say...is that I hope we all make this a good match!" She flashed a grin in Annie's direction, placing her hands on her hips and thrusting her chest out. She could only hope that no one could notice how anxious she felt - but on the inside, her heart was racing.

With Arizona volunteering to go first for their team, Lacey stepped over the ropes to get to her corner. Her eye twitched a little at the thought that she had chosen Annie as her opponent - that was surely a bold move, and she could only hope it wouldn't blow up in her face. But she didn't seem to have any regrets about it. Why couldn't she be more like that? "Well...good luck out there, Arizona! Don't forget, I'm right here if you need me..."

Annie and Seline had a conversation over who should start the match, over where it was decided that Annie would start the match. “Good luck Annie, show them what you got.” Seline said, before heading to her corner and heading through the ropes.

“Alright Partner.” Annie said before deciding to respond to Lacey. “Don’t worry partner, I’m sure you do fine. How about you Arizona, you better be ready.” Annie said.

Annie then shook Arizona’s hand, then motioned her for a test of strength between the two ladies.
