There she was. The perfect target for Piper to try and end once and for all with a curb stomp. Hell if she was lucky she may even shave off whatever little time Mary had in her little midlife crisis career. Running forward she would leap up, aiming to drive her heel square into the back of Mary's head with a curb stomp!

Only that's not what happened. Instead Piper's foot hit nothing but mat, making her stumble for a moment before her inner thighs was grabbed and she was pulled back with absolutely no warning, her shoulders pressing against the mat suddenly and with the ref already starting to count!

Legs kicking about wildly Piper wasn't able to generate the power necessary to kick out in time and was thus made victim of Mary's roll up as a result in a stunning upset!

Mary cheered her heart out super shocked that was all it took to beat Piper. She didn’t do so badly in this match, but it was clear in the tail end of this match that Piper was cheating her way towards the finish line and she was going to steal this one from Mary. Mary had reversed the roles and became the one that stole it from Piper! Mary rolled through and out of the ring stepping on the floors before the referee went outside raising her arm to mega cheers. Mary had been vindicated and she finally put Piper in her place. She had defeated the demon child that plagued her classroom years prior.

Piper couldn't believe it, she literally couldn't. The match was all but in the bag for her, she had it almost won, just one more move and Mary would have been at her mercy! But a roll up, a simple stupid roll up had managed to do her in. She didn't even know how it was possible!

Immediately getting up Piper would have attacked Mary had the older woman not managed to roll out of the ring. Practically flinging herself onto the ropes Piper would glare hatefully at her former teacher, silently vowing that this wouldn't be over, that she would get her revenge.
