Another day, another dollar and what was more important another match. Serena’s career had been skyrocketing lately. With her getting used to L.A.W. and getting some wins she was starting to feel like she now completely belonged in the league and that she was a fully fledged contestant, rubbing off any kind of impostor syndrome that she could have felt before. Now the Siren felt more comfortable as ever inside a ring and the crowd and her rivals had been responding accordingly to that. At this rate she had a pretty fair amount of fans in social media and the people cheering for her from the stands increased with each match and that made her feel good, and getting to know good looking rivals in more than one sense was the cherry on top of it. In summary: Serena was having the time of her life in L.A.W.
That night promised excitement as well, thought Serena as she was finishing her preparations inside the locker room. The blonde was going to face a former wrestler returned for some more action and she was doing it in a P.O.W. match, a kind of match that was among Serena’s most liked ones for its combination of emotion and… something else. The thought of bringing her rival with her after a match gave the blonde the chills. Yes, it was going to be a good night. She hadn’t made much research on her rival since she wanted some surprise factor to it, but she was feeling confident on her skills and her prospects for the match.
