Amelia wasn't doing great in this match - neither physically nor mentally. Of course, being a debuting rookie often made you the underdog... But it wasn't exactly the mindset that her sister had tried to amp her up with just moments ago backstage. And she couldn't deny, while Aarna looked like a very capable wrestler physically, with an awesome attire, she didn't look like someone who would for certain be too much for Amelia to handle - there were wrestlers like that too. That's why it was mentally so painful to get such a poor start as this... And also to get so surprised by the viciousness of her opponent!

The viciousness was also physically very painful, as Amelia's chest had already quickly found out. It was a rather brutal choice from Aarna to target as well... Almost as if she had something personal to prove against the debuting rookie! But then again, it was very effective, as the Indian girl's kick had sent her opponent already laid out on the canvas, her pained chest heaving heavily... And Amelia got to witness firsthand how satisfied the Transcendent looked while looking at her downed form, and mildly celebrating for the crowds already.

Amelia was thinking that Aarna already had something further in mind for her, but she let out a big sigh of relief as she could see the girl turning away from her for now. Good, she needed some more rest-... "KYAAAGHHH!!!"

Completely surprising Amelia, instead of going further away, Aarna suddenly crushed the slender ninja with a Standing Moonsault! It was another small victory for the Indian girl at the rookie's expense, as her inexperience was turning out to cost her once again. The crash flattened La Liana Rosa, and it was easy for Aarna to hook a leg of hers.

"1!"

"2!"

"Oh... No... This can't be happening..."

Finally, Amelia found the mindspace and physical strength to kick out of the pinfall attempt. The cute rookie had saved herself for now, barely... But what could she do to turn the tide of this match to her favor?

Aarna landed elegantly on top of Amelia! Her standing moonsault was well-practiced and sublime, and it landed with enough impact to cause Amelia some damage! The pin attempt was just extra for her, but after that two count, Kunisada was already kicking out! It was a great early start for the Transcendent so far though, and it was easily seen across her face! She had a bright, toothy smile as she looked out at the crowd. "Time for more fun then!" shouted Aarna, feeling particularly giddy now!

Grabbing hold of Amelia, she would then pull the rookie up to a seated position. A basic move now, just to see how the girl would cope with it. A submission, just to further wear the newcomer down and allow for Mehta to see just how far she could push it. She would stand and grab hold of Kunisada's wrists before dropping down and slamming her knee into her opponent's spine!

Then, she would pull tightly against those wrists, stretching Amelia's spine against her knee with a Surfboard hold! A simple maneuver that could test to see just how good Kunisada was and whether or not she had any fight in her! The move would further hurt her chest and back, which would be another boon in her favor, and just another part of Aarna's master plan!

Aarna was apparently ready to have "more fun" as soon as she had gotten herself back up again. For Amelia, the start of the match had been anything but fun... Her chest was already throbbing with pain, and the impact from the Moonsault had rather thoroughly just driven the air out of her lungs. Thus, despite the fact that she had just kicked out of a quick pinfall attempt, La Liana Rosa's condition was still pretty poor already considering the phase of the match.

Aarna's way of having fun turned out to be less high-impact and more stretching this time, as she began pulling Amelia to a seated position to set her up for what she had next in mind. The rookie tried to feebly yank her arms free from the Indian's grasp, but to no avail. Aarna was stronger enough to keep her under control from that position, and slowly but surely Amelia could sense a painful hold being set up, unable to resist her opponent's actions at all...

Finally the Surfboard hold reached its full magnitude, earning a shrieked cry of pain from the poor rookie, that turned into a slow, pained moan. Kicking her legs around haplessly in an effort to try enduring the pain better, Amelia was helplessly trapped in place, her busty chest getting once more tormented by Aarna's attacks. She did try to resist in any way she could, but there wasn't really anything that she could have done... Which probably only served to boost Aarna's confidence even further that she could easily toy with the debuting rookie.

Aarna Mehta kept a firm grip on Amelia, and she actually found herself a little bit surprised that there was barely any attempts to escape--at least any learned or practiced ones. It finally dawned on her that Mehta was dealing with someone who was completely outclassed in skill. It was possible this girl had barely spent any amount of time in the ring. Truly, Mehta was dumbfounded.

But... maybe there would be a chance that she could get a little more fight out of Kunisada. Surely this wasn't the best she could offer. The Indian girl was sound enough in the ring and she could make something happen. Perhaps if she escalated this hold, she could see what the limits of Amelia were. See what she would do if backed into a corner. She had time to test this, after all.

And so the Transcendent rocked back, replacing her knee with two boots to the spine. And then Aarna would try stretching Amelia even further in the Elevated Surfboard! There was no way that the newcomer wouldn't be able to gut it out and fight back now!

On paper, Amelia certainly wasn't a completely hapless fighter. She did have speed, agility and a rather honed skillset - albeit still a relatively narrow one. There wasn't any reason why her place shouldn't have been inside a wrestling ring. Not all wrestlers were big, muscled, powerful and skilled all-rounders after all... Not even her opponent appeared like one, being much comparable to La Liana Rosa's own frame than a heavyweight's one.

She still had some glaring weaknesses though. Besides the obvious lack of size and strength, Amelia was very poor at defending and countering. She had to rely on being agile and free, and being on the offensive herself for the most part, not let herself get caught or trapped by her opponents... Which was exactly what Aarna had managed to do so far. It had meant that Amelia was in trouble now... And the pressure she was feeling from having her debut match in the huge LAW arena wasn't really helping her either.

The Surfboard stretch had been one more painful move Amelia had to take already... But it sooned turned to even worse as Aarna decided to ramp up the stakes. As a lightweight girl, La Liana Rosa was easy prey for the Transcendent to lift up into the Elevated Surfboard hold! Her pained moans became even more agonizing and the expression on her face even more desperate... Oh, how she would have loved to fight back and escape from this hold, but she just didn't know how! The only option for the Mexican-Japanese ninja was to try enduring the dominant Indian girl's hold for now... Her pain tolerance wasn't exactly poor, so she was still far from needing to submit yet!
