Samus would need to stay down trying to recover from that. The last hit really did a good number on her. But her opponent would allow the American woman to recover. Instead Zarya was backing away from Samus only to speed up towards her with a full head of steam. The blond could only watch the Russian warrior jump up a bit away from her. The knee was coming up fast and in the end it hit her head very hard, making the head of the American woman snap backwards hardly. Samus could only scream out in pain before she would be thrown backwards completely and would land on her back with her head full of loud ringing bells. The blond would stay down for a bit without moving a single muscle.
