Harmonia vs. Peggy II

Peggy was down and out as Harmonia strut about making a show of things. The Irish grappler was an easy target as Harmonia came crashing down on her with a big elbow drop making Peggy howl is agony as she kicked the mat limply, her arms cradling her chest as her wails of pain echoed throughout the arena.

The elbow drop, taken from the repertoir of the one and only Macho Man worked effortlessly. Harmonia likely could have pinned Peggy now, ending the match. But she knew that this whole match was'nt just a match, it was a showcase. A showcase of the new and improved Harmonia Edelstein, so the Austrian had to made sure to got out with a bang. And so she did'nt go for the pin, confusing the audience and the referee but rather jumped to her feet, looking at the crowd and pumping her fist in the air again. The crowd reacted with loud cheers and when Harmonia took Peggys legs, everyone knew what was about to come.

The next signature of the Superstar that she been inspired by a legend. Harmonia put Peggy into a sharpshooter, crossing her legs and going down as low as she could , trying to strain the hips and ligaments of Peggy enough to make her tap. Meanwhile she looked at the audience who chanted her name, echoed her motto. The Superstar smiled. She had arrived. She really had arrived.

Peggy was down and out, feeling a flood of embarrassment washing over her as she was manipulated again and folded up. Peggy howled in agony as Harmonia locked in the sharpshooter leaving Peggy screaming in pain and thrashing about as the crowd cheered her demise. Of course they'd cheer the pretty blonde over her. Peggy felt embarrassed and humiliated as the agonizing pain kept shocking her system.

A desperate Peggy tried to crawl to the ropes , doing all she could to frantically pull the two of them nearer. However a hard pulling pain, pop and jolt of pure agony swept over Peggy and she let out the loudest howl anyone had heard in the match, frantically tapping the canvas.

Harmonia did'nt hate Peggy, she did'nt even really dislike her. In some way she could understand the redhead. You tried to get the attention of the crowd by doing the best you can, just being yourself. But people did'nt get easily impressed, especially in the world of pro wrestling and Harmonia knew that the bodystandards for a woman could be frustrating indeed. She had'nt been allowed to eat what she wanted, she and her fellow models, constantly were called fat pigs when they allowed themselves a piece of cake or anything. The beauty standards in the current world definetly were messed up but it was like that and Peggy seemed to struggle.

But all her thoughts were cut off when she heard the tapping on the canvas, the ring of the bell and the explosive amount of cheers from all directions when her theme started to play. Harmonia almost forgot to release Peggy and softly dropped her legs on the canvas before jumping on the turnbuckle, pumping a fist in the air for a screaming crowd. Harmonia grinned from ear to ear. She had done it. She had proven herself against an opponent that she could not beat months before. Now she could and the crowd stood behind her!

Then Harmonia turned and walked to Peggy, stretching out her hand. "Hey Peggy. You gave me one hell of a fight again. Come on, get your cheers too...",Harmonia smiled with an outstretched hand.

Peggy felt Harmonia let go and flopped down to the mat, laying on her stomach with her arms around her head. She knew she was red with anger, embarrassment and frustration. She didn't want to even look at anyone right now after having been dominated by a woman who was in Peggys mind new to wrestling. Peggy had been at it for years, struggling to win and failing to get noticed while Harmonia shows up and seemingly is able to wipe Peggy aside in a tag match and again in this match months after Peggy faced her the first time. Was she just destined to be a low end mid-carder at best?

Peggy rolled to her back kicking the mat in pain a couple times still with her arms covering her face. She heard Harmonia speak and Peggy took a deep breath looking up and seeing Harmonia offering a hand. Peggy was still for a second, and instead of the steely intense glare she had a resigned look on her face. She let out a deep breath and reached up to accept the help up. Peggy gave Harmonia a nod and pat on the back, standing there for a few seconds with her. The cheers were all for Harmonia as Peggy really was squashed under heel save for a couple brief flashes of offense. A few in the crowd still cheered for Peggy but it was easily way less than the loud roar Harmonia heard as the bell rang. "Good job. Ya showed up, did some work n' already flew past me n' everything." Peggy said, completely unsure what to say at this point. She gave Harmonia another nod and then hobbled to the ropes making her way through as she hobbled towards the ramp to head to the back left wondering exactly where she and Lauren were going with their careers if they were destined to live in dark matches and the undercard.
