Gabi allowed her conqueror to embrace her, feeling a full hug from the woman who at first had seemed to vicious in the ring. As with some wrestlers, it seemed like it was all an act, a persona. Thorne actually didn't have any real desire to hurt her.

"Thanks," Gabi managed as they stood up. She watched Thorn walk out of the ring with cheers for the victor following her. Despite the display of sportsmanship, Gabi's own exit was greeted with a lot more mockery as she followed the other wrestler from the ring.

Cheeks red with embarrassment, Gabi decided that she could use this. If Thorn could help her, maybe she could prevent a squash like this from happening again! She left the ring, hoping and planning, and ignoring all the jeers that followed her.
