Trial of Courage! (Amano vs. Pieck)

There was only a black void and sluggish struggle as Amano's body was brought back to the ring. The celebration of the crowd, the taunts from Pieck beforehand, none of it reached the Demon's ears as she trudged through a mental sea. Even as Pieck started setting up for the pin Amano showed little resistance. The only sign of her conscious showing was her chest heaving up and down as she breathed.

"One!"

Amano didn't move after the first count, remaining motionless.

"Two!"

"U-U..."The second count had Amano stirring, her eyes slowly opening to see the bright lights above. W-Wha...? Despite her consciousness, her body refused to move. Mind was barely aware of its surroundings and the screaming headache she felt kept her from fighting back again the weight on her body. "A-Aaa..."

Holding Amano in her pin, Pieck only focused on the sounds of the referee counting. Any other sound in the arena, Pieck did not register. With their current position, Pieck could feel Amano’s body. Feeling her motionless body at the count of one, noticing the subtle eye movement she was making at the second count. For added good measure, Pieck would jostle Amano’s leg over. As if to tighten the hold on her.

With the count of three, the referee signaled the match over. Waving both wrestlers off and asking Pieck to remove herself from Amano. Pieck did so accordingly, allowing the ring officials to care for her downed opponent. As for Pieck, it was time for her to celebrate. Customary things aside, Pieck allowed her arm to be raised. Only for a second though, as Pieck shot her arm down and went into her signature finger gun pose. One that many fans would replicate in the moment for Pieck. To finish things off she would aim the finger guns and Amano and fire at them. Showing off what she had done to her opponent. With a display like that, it was sure to make some noise backstage. Something Pieck was sure she would have to deal with. But that would be later. Now it was time for her to celebrate.
