"~Oh, resignation?~" Emaline commented with a sing-song voice. "~Look at yourself.~ One of LAW's most plucky and spirited souls, now in a quailing and mewling state... She can't even meet my gaze, how pitiable... I would hug you if that was something I did." Soon enough, Gil passed out and this time, the referee swiftly had the bell rung before the sadistic snake could artificially prolong the match more than she already had. The sound of her music resonating throughout the arena only served to cement her total victory.

And even then, she did not relent, continuing to choke her unconscious opponent despite the half-concerned, half-angered urging of the ref and the equally incensed reaction of the audience. Eventually, she shrugged, disentantagled her legs from the brunette's throat, and stood up. With a self-satsified smile, Emaline crossed her arms and planted a foot on Gil's cheek, basking in the less than happy response from the watching crowds.

Pleased with how the match went, the Viper exitted the ring and sauntered up the ramp, leaving the unconscious stepping stone to the care of the referee.

The last thing Gil would hear before her fate was sealed, wasn't Emaline's taunts, but rather, the crowd, one's who had supported her despite how badly things went, and in this one, they went sour, fast, and they never got better. Despite it all, they weren't bandwagoners, they rooted for her because they liked her, and wanted to see her improve, do better, and kick some butt of her own...!

The crowd's vocal displeasure with Emaline didn't seem to faze the snake-like woman even in the slightest, if anything, she basked in it with great satisfaction. Maybe it proved to her that she did exactly what she intended to, because with an attitude like hers, she wasn't going to be making many fans or friends...

The ref aided Gil as her heavy eyelids began to open, the lights above the arena were the first thing, and only thing she needed to see to know she had lost, it was a somewhat familiar feeling and sight, even if she wished it wasn't. She got up to her feet, though slowly, she held her head high, it was all part of the game. You can't win them all, but something about this one was especially hard to swallow. She made her way up the ramp on her own with relived fans cheering her on, determined not to ever be a stepping stone for anyone, ever, again.

Winner Via KO; Emaline "The Emerald Viper"
